What a wonderful practice!! The folks at Floss dental made me feel so special. These days customer service seems to have taken a back seat in a lot of businesses, but not Floss dental. Maria has to be one of the most patient individuals I’ve met. She answered all my questions until I had a full understanding of my dental insurance and what it covered. The other front desk ladies are warm and welcoming as well. Claudia and Janet were so supportive and attentive during my procedures. You can tell they love what they do. Dr. Rana, the singing dentist, very competent and caring, really just amazing. The problems I have spoken with 3 other dentists about was taken care of quickly, efficiently and expertly because she took the time to do further testing and really listened to me. I love going to the dentist, but if you’re someone who doesn’t or is afraid, this is where you want to go!! Love them!!

This has been the worst experience I've had in a dentist office since I moved to las vegas in 1994.The wait time was over 2 hours. BEWARE!! If you have an appointment for tooth extraction be ready to spend half day here. The designated driver has to wait in the lobby until discharged.

Went for a cleaning and exam. The dentist asked what brings you in today? A cleaning and exam...cool...exam completed...now they send me to the front lobby for a treatment plan. I was there for a whole hour and never got my teeth cleaned. They wanted me to come back for that. Yet my appointment was made for exam and cleaning. I have never to be such a place. I will be calling my insurance as I am sure they will be billing my insurance. Do not book here

Everything was great as expected. Came in for some routine maintenance on my teeth, received invisalign's recently through them, and they just needed to do a little sanding to give my teeth some space in order to rotate them etc...it was harmless. The invisalign's process though was really not bad. I thought I was going to be like a cow getting prodded for a fitting at the milking station but nope...a few really intricate scans, ex-rays etc and the trays came in a few weeks later. Really, really happy I chose this dental place.

They were great, I never felt like a superstar at the dentist but the way they treat you is fantastic. There's everything under one roof, dentistry, braces, and more. I'm really pleased with their level of service also, they are very thorough with the options you have regarding braces/dental work as well as upfront pricing/financing options and planning for future visits.

Floss Dental and Orthodontics has been great to me. They have been extremely helpful with my work schedule (construction) and accommodating and understanding of my situation. (Working out of state at times) They are always caring and comforting of my concerns. Answered my questions and explained in calming tones. The entire staff is wonderful from front office to back office to techs. I would totally recommend, this experience has been enjoyable. Thank you all.

This is the best dentist office that I have been to in my life (30+ yrs).
The staff is so friendly and helpful.
The lead dentist is amazing sweet and has a wonderful bedside manner.
The dental hygienent is very gentle and friendly. They gave me options on services that I might need in the future. The services are not to costly. I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for the best dental office in NV

Everyone was so nice & professional. Mark gave good instructions while taking my X-rays, I liked him. The girls at the front explained everything, my first visit. My hygienist did a great job & answered all my questions, really liked her. Dr. Hall, his usual nice self too.

Simone does my cleanings, is professional, easy to talk to and makes me look forward to my visits! I've been a patron of this dental practice for around five years. Each visit for dental work introduced me to a new dentist, and the staff handling cleanings were always changing, indicating a high turnover rate. This isn't ideal for those of us who prefer to build a lasting relationship with a consistently trusted dentist. Their Invisalign services are commendable, and generally, the staff has been excellent, aside from Maria. Her presence might be a contributing factor to the noticeable turnover among employees and clients. I've since transferred to a new dental office that assures me the continuity of seeing the same dentist a year from now. There's a $75 fee for missed appointments, which I've never minded paying. However, my experience with a staff member over the last fee was unpleasant—she insisted I pay before scheduling another appointment, despite my history of always settling my dues. Her attitude has left me considering withholding payment out of principle. While this practice is fine for routine cleanings, don't expect to see familiar faces on subsequent visits.

They are disrespectful, the dentist I was unfortunate enough to have DIDN'T look at my procedure chart, and DEFAULTED to give me the MOST EXPENSIVE option when I DID NOT choose that option.

The office staff is very friendly and professional. The dentist is amazing. I went in for a deep cleaning and it was the most painless experience I’ve ever had. The gel used to numb my gums worked very well and no needles for deep cleaning.

I would highly recommend Floss Dental and Orthodontics for dental needs. They are very concerned about their patients feeling any pain.

He a wisdom tooth extraction and they offered to extract another tooth that was broken off the fly. Process was smooth and very fast with the staff being courteous and professional. Highly recommend to anyone. When I heal up, definitely going back for much needed teeth cleaning.
