Dr. Par was referred by my son's optometrist, Dr. Chan, as he saw a what seems to be a bleeding around my son's retina during his last eye exam.

The picture shows my son in Dr. Par's waiting room. It took us almost 3 hours before he was seen.

They took scans of my son's eyes and retina and after 3 hours when we finally saw Dr. Par, he said to give him time to study his scans and he'll reach out. He gave me his email address and phone number.

After two weeks since his office hasn't reached out, I emailed him, no response. I called the number he wrote down on a piece of paper, voice mailbox full. I called his office 2 Fridays ago, I was told that he'll reach out either that day or Monday. To this day, it's been almost 4 weeks now, we haven't heard from him.

He may be the best doctor, but if he doesn't communicate to his patients and leave them in limbo, it's all worthless and pointless seeing him.

By writing this review, maybe he'll reach out.

If you don't want to wait 2 to 3 hours before you get seen, he is not the doctor for you.

Tenaya Office location is a nice place, though a little small, for lots of patient bookings. Staff is professional & nice. Dr. Par is recommended by lots of eye doctors in the LV area. Patient wait times for the doctor, are very very long. Probably, way too many bookings per day, since Dr. Par is the only doctor on staff to see however.

Doctor George Par is an excellent doctor and communicator. His staff , Victor and the technicians are also informative regarding their procedures. Because Dr. Par is so good he is well needed by those with eye problems.
I will highly recommend Dr. Par to others.

I just can’t find the right words to express what I have just learned from visiting Doctor Par. Due to my retina problem I have visited and interviewed by more than 15 doctors, nobody was ever to give me such a detailed and helpful advices in unique approach. I have had flew from California to visit him in Nevada and will definitely go back again to get more educated advices. Very intelligent, smart doctor. So happy to know him. 5 Star also to the office staff. Thank you doctor for being very professional.
