The office was very clean, calming. I do not have white coat syndrome, but it was my first visit to this provider, so my BP was a bit high. This doctors office is horrible. I am going to look for another primary care physician asap. I have been going to this doctors office for about 10 years now and I am beyond tired of the way they have been treating me. First of all I used to see Dr. Girish Daulat when I came in for my visits, but for some reason now they are making me see a nurse practitioner. Who knows where Dr. Daulat is? And Daulat had a nasty attitude anyway and rushes you out of the office, without listening to your concerns and just pushes pills on you. So, I was kind of glad that I did not see him on my most recent visits. But now, I am dealing with some stomach issues and need an ultrasound done. The nurse practitioner was suppose to send a referral to the place that does the ultrasounds last Tuesday, over a week ago. I then called the place to schedule the ultrasound and they keep telling me that my primary physician, never faxed over the referral. So I call Daulats office about 5 times and they kept telling me that they faxed the referral. So, today they finally told me, to come into the office and pick up the referral and for me to take the referral to the ultrasound place. These people are very incompetent. They want me to take time off from my job and spend my gas money to basically do their job, which was for them to send a simple fax to the ultrasound place. I asked them if they could email me the document and I will fax it to the ultrasound place myself, because I am at work. They told me no, that I had to pick it up in person. In the meantime between last tuesday May 26 up until now June 4th, something could have ruptured or who knows what, in my stomach. The healthcare system is really sad, its know longer about care, its about money and status. Because I bet you if I was the mayor or some high ranking official, or was wealthy, they would have faxed the referral and I would have already had my ultrasound done.

Because of this doctors lack of care and listening to his patients, I have permanent nerve damage! While suffering from a crumbled disc stabbing my nerve root, he sent me away 3 times, until I went in there cussing all of them and demanding that he order a MRI! Low and behold I didn't just have a narrow spinal canal! And surgery was needed not Ibuprofen! Thanks doc I can't even walk without a cane! Worst Doctor EVER!

DECEPTIVE MEDICAL PRACTICES!!! I went for an annual physical which is FULLY covered by my insurance company. During the examination Dr. Girish Daulat asked me if I had any issues. I told him that recently I have been sweating more than usual. He asked me if I am experience anything else with it such as weight loss or any tiredness and I told him that NO, I feel perfect. He said that then there is nothing he can do.

Fast forward 1.5 month later I get a bill for $50 that I have to pay! I called the insurance company and after 2 calls, they adjusted the bill to $25. (Good but that's still far from free). 2 more calls and now the investigation is done, I WAS CHARGED FOR CONSULTATION ON SWEATING!!! I was told by the insurance company that it was very deceptive (not my words, theirs) but there is nothing they can do.

I also like the Healthcare partners of Nevada survey because they do it with you RIGHT AFTER you saw the doctor and of course - silly me - I gave him 5 stars on everything. Yeah, wish I declined it because he is DECEPTIVE!!!

"Thanks" Dr. Daulat for ripping people off! I will be filing formal complaint against you everywhere I possibly can! You have NO RIGHT to do this to people!

My boyfriend needed help with quitting smoking and had bad heartburn issues, the DR prescribed 2 medications and it is an act of God to get them to call the insurance company to get it approved, its been 2 and a half months! Thats right MONTHS! I am currently on hold cause the lady I talked to was rude and trying to say my boyfriend "knows what he has to do". Guess what, we called the insurance company and they need to speak with the DR. Weve never been here before and will never comback after this. My family has been seeing Dr. Daulat for about 20 years now. My grandmother went to see him a week ago. My mother took my grandmother to see him and they first saw him arrive in the lobby, he didn't even acknowledge her. Both my mom and grandmother said hello! He brushed them both off in a very cold manner and proceeded to another patients room. My grandmother had an appointment to see him because she's been having serious medical issues and he's the only real doctor in this office. Needless to say, she ended up seeing a PA. Dr. Daulat is a very cold person and has no compassion for his patients! He has a really bad attitude and could care less, even for his patients that have been coming to him for 20+ years! Avoid him at all costs! We are all switching doctors!

The only reason I gave this "doctor" one star is because I had to. I saw this "doctor" -- actually his PA, Anthony J. Marlow, PA-C on one brief occasion. Shortly thereafter I was laid off from my job. The Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation sent me a one page (check the box) form for the "doctor" to complete and sign. After faxing the PA the form and getting no response, I was finally (after numerous attempts) able to speak to a "nurse" who informed me that I would have drive down to his office and pay them $15.00 before the "doctor" would complete and sign the form. Since I am a father of three and just lost my job, I did not have the gas money or the $15.00 to pay him. I never did receive the completed and signed form. I did, however, send unemployment proof of my attempts and an explanation of this doctor's extortion tactics. Not my idea of an ideal doctor by any means.
