I don't normally write reviews unless it's something truly outstanding and I witnessed that first hand today. Karina fixed my glasses with just a tightening and was quick. There was no pressure to buy or any sort of upsell. I was actually shocked it was free of charge. I cannot say the same thing about the Lencrafter of Downtown Summerlin saying I had broken glasses and needed new frames and lenses.

Paulette was great in answering my questions and made sure that I was able to order the out of stock glasses from the manufacturer. Get your glasses here because they know how to treat people well.

Hidden gem! After having horrible experiences at other eye clinics I found this place while visiting Vegas. They have such updated and awesome machines. They even took a picture of my eye, I’ve never seen that before! The Dr is so sweet and really helped with getting my contacts to fit properly. Karina was a great help. The staff here are professional, especially the manager who I discussed many of my options optical care with. The place smells good too, but that’s besides the point. Anyway, I’ve been to only 1 optometrist before here and have been wearing glasses for 2-3 years now, but my last Dr. never told me I had a certain eye condition. The Dr. here was able to identify and properly treat my condition and now I see 10 times better, like an upgraded tv from 720p to 8k display. This is definitely our new place for the whole families vision care.

This is the best optometrist ever!! The staff is the sweetest. The place is so nice and very clean. I have been seen by both Dr.Suk and Dr. Sirintir and they were both extremely knowledgable and nice! I usually feel like at doctors office they have one foot out the door but I definitely did not feel rushed here. Great experience!!! Our whole family uses this office for all our eyecare needs. The doctors are really professional and courteous. Appointments are never delayed because the staff gives enough time between each appointment and doesn't overwhelm the doctors. The selection of frames and lens are really good. We have young children that don't need designer frames at this time, so it is nice to have the option of lower priced frames that are still good quality. Glasses orders arrive in a decent amount of time, as we got ours in about a week. We definitely will continue our yearly exams here and highly recommend others to try them out.

Yesterday at the end of my work day I rushed over for my eye appointment. I was greeted by the sweetest and warm welcoming by Marissa ❤️ I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Neesha Sintr, OD. She is a great listener and very patient. I knew my vision had changed and was feeling frustrated. My vision did change and she recommended some changes for contacts and glasses. From there I met Marissa‼️ A TRUE GEM! She really makes you feel valued and 💯% takes the best care of you!! As important as it was for me in the time I had, trying contacts on, and then to pick out the right glasses, I must say Marissa has an excellent eye for what looks good for your face and I needed a change and she made it happen! This eye place is amazing. Everyone there is so kind and sincere. I was explaining to them what was happening at my last eye doctor, and they told me they were being completely negligent about providing the right eye care for me. The doctor sat me down and had a conversation with me the entire time I was doing my eye exam. He was explaining what was going on behind my eye and explaining what were the possible outcomes for my eyes in the future. There are two eye doctors. One Female and one Male. I came to Glassbox for a same-day appointment and had an excellent experience across the board! Beautiful office, warm and professional front office staff, and excellent care from Dr. Sirintr. She is patient, thorough, and so kind. Dr. Suk even took a moment to say hello.

They have a great selection of frames, but this time I opted to get my old frames fitted with my new prescription. They took care of that whole process for me, and it was easy peasy!

I kept delaying my eye exam throughout 2020 due to the pandemic, but I felt safe at the office and appreciate all of the precautions they're taking. Highly recommend Glassbox!

Glassbox Eyecare was friendly from the front of the house to the doctor. The Dr. made sure the contacts fit perfectly (he changed out the first pair because it wasn't sitting right). The second pair was checked and confirmed that it was a perfect fit. I've always just ordered Acuvue oasis but was recommended a much better pair for me that was even a better price. He also walked me through the process and explained everything along the way and answered all of my questions. He also recommended some nice eye drops for my allergies, which have been super helpful!

I am extremely happy with the process and results, these contacts are super comfortable compared to my long time use of Acuvue, and the eye drops are seriously a plus.

The front of the house made sure that I was doing what was best for me from a benefits perspective and drew everything out for me so I know exactly what I'm paying.

Overall, they just took the time to make sure the experience was personalized, and really, I can't ask for anything more.

I was at the Glassbox for my yearly eye exam and to order contacts. The staff was friendly and expedient. It is also clear that the office is equipped with the latest technology. I had no doubt that I was getting the best care. The optometrist was very nice and patient. It took me some time to focus on the letters I was seeing, but I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way.
