Friendly staff, only went in for my initial visit, got x-rays, my visit was for a regular cleaning (my normal dentist is too far from me now). Doctor immediately spoke about Invisalign, teeth straightening, asked if I’ve had braces before, which I know is part of their job, but I personally felt pushed, I came in for my regular cleaning, I had no concerns or complaints of pain. Not for me, I understand businesses need to make money :) but I’ll stick to my regular dentist.

Visiting a dentist is not my favorite thing to do. Fortunately there’s Gubler Family Dental. What I loved about them is they are warm and friendly, patient in explaining dental needs, have all the up to date equipment. Staff is very accommodating and the skill level is excellent. Do not go to Dr. Radmal. I genuinely don’t usually get mad at dentists and I’ve always had good experiences with dental offices, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences and such a waste of my time and money.

I paid $130 for a consultation and paid for Uber there and back, just for my actual consultation with Dr. Radmal to last less than 3 minutes. He literally asked me to smile, looked at my teeth, saw that I still had braces and basically immediately said no to gum contouring.

I am not mad that he told me no. If I can’t get gum contouring until my braces are done, then okay. My problem is why am I paying $130 for a consultation just to be rushed and barely have anything explained to me?

I was confused about the whole process with my braces, gum contouring and future crown, so I asked him to explain it again. Instead, he seemed so impatient. I was trying to clarify what he meant and he immediately went “No, no, I never said that. I never said that ” I wasn’t accusing him of anything. I was literally confused and trying to understand my own dental treatment. Then he asked if I had any other questions and left. The whole interaction felt so rushed.

I also asked how much the procedure would cost and he told me around $3,000 to $5,000 and said “It’s not cheap” The way he said it came off so judgmental and unnecessary. I asked for the price. I did not ask for his opinion on whether or not I could afford it.

The only nice person there was the dental assistant.

The front desk experience made everything even worse. I was already confused after the consultation and was asking about my other dental office since they’re connected to the same company. While I was talking, I literally saw the girl at the front desk roll her eyes, glare at me and then smile at me afterward like nothing happened. So unprofessional and honestly just rude.

I even called Beyond Dental afterward because I was so unhappy with the consultation and asked for a refund. I was told they were sorry and that they would call me back. They never did. I had to call them back myself just to be told they couldn’t do anything.

Edit: I would never recommend Dr. Radmal. Save your time and money and go to a periodontist who actually has the patience to explain things to their patients.

Beware of sketchy/fraudulent billing! Was charged for fluoride treatment even though I was never asked about it or given treatment. This is also the first dentist I've been to that made me schedule separate cleaning and exam appointments so I had to pay for 2 separate office visits. If I could give 10+ stars I would do it.
I have never fallen asleep during a dental procedure before and I did at this office. (Snoring and all.) Dr. Gewelber is spectacular. She makes sure you are comfortable and has a gentle hand while giving novacain. I honestly cannot tell you how great the staff is here.
Nancy, the office manager really works with patients to help them get the treatment they need. My check is always easy and quick. I have never waited more than 10 minutes and that was because I was early.
Dr. Gewelber and her assistant, Megan are gentle and caring with their patients. Laughing while visiting a dentist is so out of the norm I couldn't believe it was happening. Dr. Gewelber worked after hours trying to get my temporary to fit,( it had to be adjusted after additional pieces were added) and then went above and beyond making sure it was as close to perfect for the holiday season as it could be. We are getting ready to fit for my permanent and I know it will be great. I am waiting to do the worst part of this procedure right now. Taking an impression is NOT my favorite.( I am in the chair as I write this.)
Gubler Dental on Harmon at Eastern is a really a great place. I would recommend as the best dentist I have ever had.
Again, Dr. Gewelber and Megan are massive stars in my eyes.

Overall good experience here. Great dentist, great cleaning, great front office. The only minor issue I had was being upcharged for fluoride during my cleaning. They never asked if I wanted this or stated that this isn’t covered by insurance. I know they want to make as much money as possible but it shouldn’t be at the expense or trust of the customer. transparency is always appreciated. Overall recommend however.

Fantastic dentistry. From front desk, to hygienists, to dentists. Excellent service 360. Due to life circumstances I haven’t been able to get my teeth cleaned or serviced in over 6 years. As soon as I landed in Las Vegas, we rolled the dice on a dentistry. I’m so happy we selected this one.

I understand that so many people come through that door, but I’ve never felt like a number there. I am always notified and educated about every situation. The communication is flawless. No sales pitches, just the honest truth. I’ve never had so much clairvoyance about my dental hygiene than I have now.

I usually avoid doing reviews, but after todays visit I felt compelled to ask how I could. Instead of fearing my dentist visits, I now look forward to reuniting with this team. I don’t feel like a client, I feel like a friend. Truly cared for. Maybe I’ll just ask my wife to punch me in the mouth just so I can go say hi!

Worst place for dental. The receptionist think they own the place. They will never try to do one thing, this place will tell you so many different things to be done. They sent my husband home with a tooth infection and told him he has to remove 10 different teeth. They handed us over a procedure for $2400 just because we needed to remove one tooth.

To be honest I have a phobia going to dental offices even though I brush twice a day and floss at least once a day. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. The staff was very nice and friendly but I want to give special thanks to the two women that was directly helping me. My younger brother went to Gubler for a couple cavity fillings. Needless to say he was quite nervous, as it's not fun visiting any dentist understand these circumstances. But the waiting room was comfortable and relaxing enough for him to joke around with me a bit before his time to see the dentist. When the dental assistant came she said something to make him smile on his way back. He was back with the dentist about an HR and a half, we schedule the follow up and he was numb all the way home. Gubler dental did a exceptional job cutting out the "scary" dentist and making the whole process laid back and easy to deal with for my younger brother as well as myself.

I am not happy with Gubler Family Dental. They neglected to get prior authorization from my insurance company and have charged me over $600. Be sure to get approval before they do any dental work.

Amazing! Few people can say that about a dentist experience. But thanks to Gubler Family Dental and their staff, specially Dr. Pilosyan, I can say my experience was very satisfactory.
Dr. Pilosyan ecplained everything since day one and created a very intensive but effective plan for me. She is friendly and very professional. Also very gentle and made me feel secure and comfortable aling the way. I highly recommend them and I’m extremely happy I found them to help me get back on track!! Thank you!

This place is great. The staff is very friendly. Maribel always remembers my name and the names of the other patients. Amy is an excellent hygenist - she’s thorough and makes the experience comfortable! Also, shout out to Neomi who took molds of my teeth today. Super nice (even though I accidentally bit her a couple of times) and explained the whole process to me which made me at ease.

I was seeking a second opinion and considering Invisalign, and Dr. Pilosyan came highly recommended. After sitting in her chair, I understood why - she is amazing! Very personable, professional, and she made me feel at ease. She explained the process in detail, took "before" pictures of my smile, and she made sure all my concerns were addressed without making me feel rushed. Such a pleasant experience!

The office staff was also very friendly. I was able to make an appointment on short notice; the new-patient "paperwork" part was emailed to me so I could complete it beforehand at home (so convenient-thank you!!) and once I arrived, they took me back in a timely manner. I have a baby, and they were super accommodating to him and of the stroller and they made me feel welcome.

But really, go see Dr. Pilosyan...she's awesome!!

Dr. Angella Figueroa has been treating my 95 -year-old father for the past year for a variety of senior dental issues. She is the most kind, caring, & gentle dentist one could ask for in treating a senior citizen. Her attention to detail and her concern for pain management are to be commended.

Always a pleasure. I feel like they run a very efficient business because I rarely need to wait for my appointments. No matter whose chair I am in they always make me feel welcome and have taken great care of me. I have been coming to this particular dentist office for 25+ years, from childhood to adulthood. I have seen the turnover between the multiple dentists, and I truly feel the current staff are keeping the Gubler Family Dental tradition alive.

One of my biggest fears is needles and I don't even worry when making an appointment here! I love Dr. Pilosyan and how caring she is with her patients. I trust her and I love how she follows up with me to make sure everything is alright - I've never had a dentist do this! Wow! I'm just amazed. I came in for a tooth extraction. I was so nervous but literally took about 5 minutes. Dr. P said it's not always that easy but I lucky for me, I dread seeing the dentist. This was the best experience in yrs. Dr. P is great.

I love this place because everybody is very nice all the time. The employees are always smiling and are very personal; you can tell that they truly care about you. The best part is you don't have to wait that long before you're called up. They don't rush you out the door and are very patient as well (the teeth cleanings are very thorough as well!). Before I found them, I went to other dentist offices where the wait times were long and the people weren't very nice. But Gubler Family Dental is by far the best dental office I've had the pleasure of visiting. My teeth and my family are very happy!
