​I am incredibly disappointed with the level of disorganization and lack of professionalism at this clinic. My husband and I had our bloodwork done here, and both tested for low testosterone. Because our insurance doesn't cover the treatment, I paid in full for both of our prescriptions directly at the office on the day of our appointment.

​The very next day, the pharmacy called me trying to collect payment again. I had to explain that we had already paid in full, and the staff member had to put me on hold to verify their own records before apologizing and confirming that we were clear.

​It has now been 3 weeks since our initial appointment, and we still do not have our medication. I have called the office multiple times to track it down, and absolutely no one can give me a straight answer on where our prescriptions are.

​If a medical clinic cannot handle basic payment logging or track a standard prescription, it completely erodes patient trust. Your health is not something you want to gamble with. I cannot recommend this place if you expect organized, reliable care.

This clinic has lost its mind. I have never heard of a doctor charging you a doctors visit then charge several hundred dollars to call in a prescription when told you were paying for the medication. What a joke! Do not go here, dispute your charges, and stay away if you have been here before. You can get the same service and medication for less than their doctors visits alone. If you are looking for TRT, you should not have to pay $125 for a visit, then $95 for a follow-up visit, then $315 more for what they will tell you are your meds, then beware when you go to get your meds and they charge you another $95 every time you refill. I have also read that they will keep making you come back for blood work for their fees. This all equals out to over $600 per treatment or just over $600 per month and a half. The sad part is that I asked them many questions and originally was going to have a pellet out under my skin for $605 and went the other route since it would be more affordable and it turns out it is not.

Rob Webb is rude, condescending and apathetic. Very poor practice management. Left unattended in an exam room for an hour. Made an appointment with one provider and another provider presented with no explanation of why the bait and switch. Mr. Webb did not listen to my concerns (less than 3 minutes in the room when he finally came in). He is so disinterested in his patients. It's hard to feel like an actual patient when you are treated so unprofessionally. I would strongly suggest finding another provider.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I was so excited when I found this clinic and made the decision to have Dr. Webb as my primary physician. Initial lists were all handled well and the nurses are superb. Doctor was friendly and everything was going well. Got my medication (2-month supply) and had to take a blood test to ensure everything was as it should be (almost $500, but I thought it was a one-time deal, so just paid it). Called in and left voicemail to let them know I needed a refill on my prescription and received a call back explaining that I needed another blood test. I asked why and they said that it is required (it is not. I have had this medication while living in CA for the past 14 years and have not had to do blood tests, once the dosage is established). I asked if a blood test is required every time I refill and was told yes. (so essentially they are making me do a $500 blood test every 60 days, for a medication that costs $90!!!) I asked to please speak to the doctor (my Primary Physician) and was told that he was with patients (fair), so I asked him to call me when he was free. 3 DAYS LATER AND NO CALL. So, I messaged them and asked for the Dr to please call me. As of today, still no call and I am just done with their lack of communication, explanation or allowing any access to the one person I am paying for expert medical attention. I am so disappointed with the service at Modern Wellness. It started so well, but just completely disintegrated, when controlled by their dreadful front desk staff, who have no idea about patient care or customer service.
UPDATE (10/20 @ 1.20PM): Received a call from Rob in the clinic who was extremely apologetic and explained the training they are doing with the front desk staff and how they are new etc. Does not change my experience, but hopefully will make a difference in the future, if those individuals are taught some customer service and actually allow patients to reach their primary physician. I hope they get it figured out, as the Doctor is great.

Loved everything about my visit with Dr. Robert Webb at Modern Wellness Clinic. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and the check in process went very smoothly. The nurses were all very friendly and professional. Dr. Webb was AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me, I did not feel rushed at all (unlike my previous primary Dr.). So excited about my upcoming appointment. I had to book it as telehealth due to my own limitations and disabilities. They may be introducing a mental health option as well soon. I am a former 5-6 year long patient of the MD Psychiatrist that’s on board now. He was THE BEST!!! Sadly, he had a not so awesome supporting staff! Honestly, the staff is the reason I wouldn’t see him anymore. And I’ve suffered for about 3-4 years losing him. Haven’t been able to replace him. Not even a close second to the provider I found after I left the office. So so so happy that I’ve found him here and can’t wait to see him as my mental health provider again 🙏. Huge thanks?! I will post a review of the office and the staff after my upcoming appointment. However so far, they have been respectful and knowledgeable as this is a new provider to their office I am seeing. I posted & removed a negative review earlier this week.
After going over the incident, I reached out to the practice to apologize. Dr. Webb is the only doctor in this city who has LISTENED to my complex medical & CARED enough to keep me functional in day to day life. I can only speak for myself here, as someone who has been pushed off from doc to doc in LV, for a dental practice to not uphold their end of treatment and that decision bleed into my primary medical- i popped off. 😣
After speaking with the owner & being able to more calmly explain how the incident was preceived to me in a moment of panic- i do hope I was able to convey my sincerest apologies. Dont be like me yall- this office genuinely cares about their patients 🤍

You can call everyday and ask for your doctor to call you to have them fix the prescription they messed up like they do every single time almost as if it’s intentional and then take weeks to get fixed while your playing telephone with their staff who refuse to let you speak with the doctors while they refuse to call you back…

I have probably been told the doctor would call me back probably at least ten times and I have never once been called back…

They will not answer your calls because they have caller id.

You will have to call them from another number that isn’t linked to your name for them to answer.

If you are on the fence about service or pricing and need an explanation of why you should choose this place over other facilities. Please ask for rob, hes amazing. I could have went somewhere else a little bit less expensive. But let me tell you it would have been a huge mistake. The service their is unlike none other. Neglected Health: A Year of Reckless Care
For a whole year I have had bad results from an ultrasound test, abnormally swollen lymph nodes and a lump in my chest. The doctor sent me a referral to a specialist, but he is not the right specialist for my condition, so they did not accept me. Six months later, another test, the findings are bad again, a conversation with the doctor, and he sends me for further treatment with a hematologist.
I have been trying to get hold of the clinic for a week to understand that I do not need a hematologist at all in my condition. I should only go to the hematologist if I have a clear diagnosis. Two days later, I fall with a high fever and go to the emergency room to receive proper antibiotic treatment.
For a whole year, no doctor in this clinic thought to check why my lymph nodes are swollen, why I have high cholesterol, and maybe it is related to the thyroid gland that is not working. For a whole year, I have felt sick and have not received professional treatment. They just roll me over with the referral to a referral to no right agency.

Never disclosed once during the three conversations with booking that there was a few just to meet with someone. This would have been fine if it had been disclosed up front and not surprising me after I wait 2 weeks to see someone and then spend 30 minutes doing paperwork in the lobby and waiting to then find out there is a fee just to see someone. Disclosed it up front and this outcome won’t happen. I was fully prepared to become a member and sign up for a program.

After searching high and low for a clinic that truly listens my daughter and I finally found our home at Modern Wellness. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed the front desk the nurses everyone made us feel so welcomed. This place allowed me to schedule an appointment asking about my insurance information about a week ahead of my check up. The woman told me that they accepted the insurance and confirmed the appointment (I called BACK again and asked just to be sure). Then something came up where I had to reschedule my appointment to another week later. Come to find out that when I finally came in, the lady at the desk tells me that they don’t accept my insurance! She doesn’t apologize even when the system clearly had my insurance information typed in from another worker who said they accepted it. Also, she was very dismissive and showed no sense of care regarding the situation, but rather seemingly wanted me to get out of the way so she could address other customers. Very unprofessional and unsatisfying customer service!

Suddenly, going to the doctor is not so bad. Very friendly group. They provide a wide range of medical care options. The wait can sometimes be long but quality care takes time.

UPDATE: I do not understand what you find so hilarious in my complaint and excuse me but some of us do work hard for our money and I won't just give it away for no reason. If $24.50 means nothing to your business you should assume this extra cost at the end of the day this was a result of your own business decisions. Also if you are implementing this type of charges, you should train your staff about what is right to say and what not, charging a client before a consultation is completely ridiculous, and if I call you to schedule an appt, this information should be given to me ahead of time. It's not just the extra 3.5% charge, is the attitude of your staff and all the misinformation being provided, the fact is that I am trusting your business to take care of my health and I am paying you a lot of money, the least you can do is to invest in your employees.

I received a call from Patricia who has no experience handling difficult situations, she was very unprofessional and offensive. I am not disrespecting you in any way, I have a right to share my experience without being attacked, I wasn't asking for any retributions from your clinic, a simple apology would have sufficed, and NO, my complaint has nothing to do with me being Costa Rican, for me this response is the definition of being "childish" and what I am doing is called freedom of speech, so DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN, my Costa Rican mother though me good manners and values and there was no need to insult or offend anybody.

Been a client for over 2 years and I don't think I have ever met Mr. Web is always a female doctor who takes care of me, they constantly change staff. I was in yesterday to start a new treatment which cost $700 and ended up leaving the office as they wanted to charge me 3.5% of what I was already spending in this clinic, this is completely ridiculous taking into consideration I was paying with a debit card, idk if this is even legal to do but as a customer I feel like you are just trying to rip off your clients, you are not even charging a flat fee but a %of the purchase you do from them what the heck! Also the fact that you tell your clients who start a weight loss journey that you can eat exactly the same as you normally do sounds unprofessional, unethical and fishy for sure, you charge extra for absolutely everything B12 shots and nausea medicine you don't even provide your clients with syringes, thanks to your new charge I decided to go to a new clinic and the change was huge, the price was a bit higher but the service was great, the knowledge they had showed, all the extra was given to me for free and I even got a free trial, with a guide for what I should be eating and what foods to avoid. People should weight their options just because this clinic is in Summerlin that doesn't mean they know what they are doing nor do they really care or will take care of you.

The only thing stopping me from raring 5 stars was the time between my scheduled appointment and the time I was actually seen (50 minutes). I'm sure it was just "one of those" days.

However, the front desk staff was very pleasant and acknowledged my presence and the wait. Everyone, from the doctor to the front desk took the time to answer my questions and did not make me feel like I was an imposition.

So far, I am happy with my choice for my PCP.

I love Dr Webb and ALL of the staff! I've been a patient of Dr Webb's for about 13 years! He really care about his patients! He's not only my PCP but he's my mother's & sistersas well! Dr Webb has really saved my life! He goes by the books but relies on his experience as well! He's Think pit of the box the type of doctor! He literally loves what he does and he'll tell you from his heart that he loves you! That's an awesome relationship to have with a doctor!
