Went here to get a PRP shot in December for tendinitis on both elbows.

I've been going to Dr. Sharma for seven years and he has helped me manage my health issues with his recommendations. He is my Primary Care physician. I feel so much better now than I did when I first started seeing him. I highly recommend him to everyone I know. Three other family members also go to him for any health issues. He takes time to listen to your concerns, and goes on to do a thorough examination to find the cause of your symptoms. His office staff has improved with time, and keep up with your requests for refills. They are extremely polite and respectful.

Dr. Sharma has been my primary care doc for years. Sometimes I have insurance, sometimes I don’t, but everything I need has been affordable and Dr. Sharma has always been understanding, patient, informative, and honest.

The front desk staff are always busy, and sometimes it’s hard to get them on the phone to make an appointment, but overall, the doc pulls thru for me whenever I need anything, so I’ll be coming back until he retires.

The front staff and the medical records staff is the WORST! Front desk will directly put you on hold without even saying "Hi" or any other greeting. If you plan to go hear be ready to deal with the worst staff and good luck getting your medical records. Seems like they don't have any records on file or they are super backed up on updating them that they just ignore any requests. Do you really want to go to a doctor that cant manage the staff or manage the record keeping?

Doctor Sharma's front desk 2 out of 3 are unprofessional and inconsistent. There is one kid that I wish I got his name is amazing and helped me a lot and spoke 2 the doctor to get things right. I have the Covid-19 and have been testing still positive since September 9th, 2020 and its now October 14th, 2020. The doctor seemed 2 think I could return back 2 work on the 17 of October but going back 2 work requires a negative test. My Sugar levels have been off the charts high and still getting dizzy spells. Even tried 2 go 2 a diabetes specialist and they turned me down because of being positive. Inconsistent meaning they didn't charge my wife for the same things they charge me for. But having to tell them that then they wave the fee. I'm not sure that the doctor knows about these issues because the one girl named Janet charged us a co-pay back in the day when we started back up with the Doctor and the Doctor has to apologize and refund us the money. I am very grateful for this one fellow that finally spoke with Doc and got the help I needed. Thank you so much. I will get ur name next time. Being positive with Covid-19 its hard 2 get the help u need. Summerlin Hospital was amazing and helped me a lot. Doctor Sharma is a very nice man but needs to educate the front end with insurance information and be consistent. Shouldn't charge Covid-19 patients because Summerlin hospital didn't. No one is supposed 2 be charging Covid-19 patients..

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Sharma. After I left his office I realized I had never been heard by a doctor before. In other offices I felt like I was just one of many patients, but with Dr. Sharma I felt understood and cared for. He is truly empathetic and great at actively listening. Best Dr with the worst staff. Been trying to get a call back for two weeks and nothing. Went into office and they said they won't do anything for me. Tried to talk to Dr. but they won't let me.
