We were not notified that Dr. Gupta had changed offices so we went to your Southwest location. Your staff contacted Dr. Gupta and told him that we were coming but would be late.

As soon as we checked into your Eastern location, Tanya met us at the door and we saw the doctor. He took the time to address our concerns and it was a very pleasant visit.

Dr Gupta, pleasant and appears to be very knowledgeable but I didn't understand that my condition could be" caused by many things." Suggested that I have a sleep apnea test and return in 6 months. I'm sure he said other things but I went there for a quick fix and at 88 yrs old I suppose it "ain't gonna happen"as fast I expected but when there's a will there's a way, Thank GOD

I am representing my husband as, with many Parkinson’s patients, he has lost his ability to speak coherently. Dr Vikas Gupta was extremely kind and gentle at our consultation, he went over all my husband’s lab results for the last year and gave his opinion on how to move forward. He was appropriately friendly, referencing some sports events and social situations that were potentially of interest to an Aussie and her English husband! I really appreciated his entire personal, friendly, gentle and appropriately friendly. I would also like to show appreciation for Stephanie and the phlebotomist, Stephanie was extremely kind and supportive and had some good suggestions for my husband’s ongoing home care and the phlebotomist was very accommodating with my husband’s wheelchair and then showing us to the check out area and then, the check out desk admin was very helpful, even leaving her desk area to open the door for us! Absolutely a great experience for us both!

Today had a disappointing experience at my Dr. Gupta’s office and I feel compelled to share.
I had a 2 PM appointment and arrived just 10 minutes late due to traffic. I called ahead to notify them, but I was placed on hold for so long that I couldn't reach anyone before arriving. Unfortunately, I was informed that I couldn't be seen because of my tardiness of 10 minutes!, despite having waited longer in the past for both scheduling and in the lobby.

As a patient of three plus years, I've struggled to get clear answers about my health, particularly concerning what he’s treating me for . The staff, including the nurse and scheduler, have often been unhelpful, making it difficult to access the care I need. I had to make multiple calls over two weeks just to schedule my infusions, and despite promises of follow-up, I never received any communication from the front desk.

Additionally, during my last treatment, I found the staff's conversations to be quite unprofessional. Hearing them talk loudly about partying while patients receive life-saving medication felt inconsiderate and disrespectful.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and care at this office. I expect better, especially after being a long-term patient. I truly hope they can improve their service in the future.

HiS Nurse!!!! Is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! Because I changed my tone does not mean I am yelling. I then said... this is yelling (THAT'S ALL! Those 3 words) and then I go back to my tone and said. I am not yelling.

She is HORRIBLE! SHE JUST HANGS UP the phone. She need to understand that when someone changes their tone does not constitute yelling. It means they are upset about something and no - most people don't stay monotone when there is an emotion. Don't confuse that with yelling.

How about show patience and empathy and help the person. But to hang up? Literally after 3 words to show you the difference of yelling. You got to be kidding me.

They changed my appointment because he wasn't available... I call and call... hold time forever. The 3rd call, I held for almost 23 minutes so yes.. I am tired. I don't feel well and this is how I am treated!

BE WARE!!!! You can' t talk to him without going pass her. She made sure she let me know that today during the call!

And if his staff actually care... Pull the call. Because there is a difference of changing tone and being direct and yelling.
