Hamilton & Manuele has been taking care of our kids for over 10 years... two pallet expanders and two sets of braces. We loved this office! It was very far to drive we live in the southwest side of the valley, but because of how great these doctors are, we were willing to make the trip! They made my daughter feel very comfortable at every visit and when she broke a bracket, they even came in when they were off to help her out. I rarely write reviews, but I have to take the time to give credit where credit is due. My daughter had a fairly traumatic experience with a different orthodontist in town, and as such she was terrified of continuing her treatment at a different office. Hamilton & Manuele came highly recommended, both from family and from other dental practitioners in town. From the moment we scheduled our first appointment through several months of visits and treatment, I have to say that I have never experienced a level of customer service, compassion, skill, and just an overall desire to make the experience as pleasant as possible from any business in my entire life, not just medical or dental. The entire office sympathized with my daughter's situation from the get go, and Dr. Hamilton spent nearly an hour with us during the initial consultation, making sure to explain the process fully in a way she could understand and appreciate. He did not leave the consultation until he was satisfied every single question we had was answered. Dr Manuele came in and introduced himself, in case he would be performing any of our procedures he wanted us to meet him as well. When it came time for my daughter's first procedure the entire office staff was extremely supportive. The assistants took their time to explain exactly what was happening to my daughter (and to us), and they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. After a recent visit during which my daughter got an expander placed, Dr Hamilton personally called us at home after hours to make sure we were doing OK, and to ask if we had any issues or questions. Needless to say this level of care is not something typically experienced in the dental profession (or any profession). We are early on in my daughter's treatment process, but I can confidently say we will never go anywhere else - and I am insanely grateful to Hamilton & Manuele for helping my daughter move beyond a past bad experience with another practitioner and turn the process into something positive. I honestly can't recommend this office enough - make them your first choice!

We took our son there for consultation. He is 9 and we were told by another orthodontist that he needs braces and we took him for a 2nd opinion.

The facility is clean and inviting. Dr J assisted and explained the plan. They suggested extenders to make space for his extra tooth coming out. We liked that plan better so we went with them. My son was diligent in putting the bands on at night. After a few months, it was taken off (painful btw) and he is now on retainers.

The only con is their hours 730p to 430p and they are closed on Fridays and weekends. They are far from us and he had to be there at a certain time. My son had to leave school early which costed his perfect attendance award in school

Since my split, I finally can breathe through my nose - for the first time ever. Wohoa! I’ve been in treatment for almost 1 year now and I couldn’t be happier. My smile is so wide and pretty. Even my husband comments all the time about how pretty my smile is. Also, everyone is just so incredibly kind and nice at this office, from their front staff to their back staff. About 9-10 years ago, I was a patient of Dr. Hamilton’s. I wore braces for 2 years (through my middle school years) and he helped me achieve and great smile. I have been using Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Manuele since my 19 year old was in braces. My third child is soon starting there with braces. I always have a great experience from the moment I walk in. Everyone knows my name and my children's names. The office staff is kind and caring. My kids love the fact that they get cookies and now their choice of ice cream upon leaving. I love the fact that I can sip on coffee (many choices) while I'm waiting. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be called in and the doctors and nurses get right to work in the back. I love that, as a parent, I am welcome to stay with my children while work is being done! The office is super clean and every child has the opportunity to brush their teeth with an array of different colored toothbrushes to choose from.
My family loves this practice and I highly recommend them for any orthodontics you may need.

Every single experience I’ve had at Hamilton and Manuele Orhtodontics has been personable and fantastic. The office personnel remembered me after not coming for several years and that was a great feeling. When I did come here for my appointments, the service was always great. I have ALWAYS had the most pleasant experience here! Myself as well as my sister both got our braces by Dr. Hamilton and had no problems. I moved away from Las Vegas but still get my retainers through them because of the loyalty I feel to their people. Not only do they do an amazing job, but the customer service is fantastic. Very professional. They were very clear with what they expected to be able to do, and then they did it. Scheduling appointments was easy, they ran on time. The entire staff is pleasant and very capable, I am especially going to miss the front desk ladies yes please please is mile. I always saw either Dr. Hamilton or Dr. Manuele at each visit and questions were answered fully. I appreciated that they work in tandem and it’s a good partnership. Whenever my own patients who happen to be dentists saw that I was wearing the Invisalign (because they all notice those things), The universal reaction was “they are the best in town”. My teeth now look beautiful and straight. My husband had a similar experience with them when he had his Invisalign done. Both of my children have been going here since they were very young, referred by their dentist. They never charged me a penny until my daughter started treatment for braces - my son they still see for free, and he may never need treatment.

The staff, all of them, are friendly, kind, and caring. The environment is so pleasant, with games for the kids, stickers, cookies and even ice cream in the summer! Any issue we've ever had with our equipment and devices, they've gotten us in quickly to repair, or fix. And my kids don't mind going.

They also worked with our insurance, even after we had to change coverages. They helped us navigate through that, made the phone calls and figured out what the old policy had already paid and what the new needed to pay.

I have never had such a positive experience with a Medical/Dental Provider as I had with Dr. Hamilton. Both of my daughters had orthodontic care with Dr. Hamilton. With my first daughter we started with a different Orthodontist and had one error after another and often felt that we weren't listened to. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Hamilton so we switched and it was the wisest decision I could have made. The level of professionalism and competence was immediately apparent. My oldest's case was a bit complicated. Dr. Hamilton gave us the available options and let us be a part of the decision process on how to proceed. Today she has the most beautiful teeth and is often complimented. My other daughter's case was a simpler one and again we were well educated on the initial evaluation of all the possibilities. Again all went well with her care.
The most important part of any Orthodontist is of course the provider himself but secondly and almost as important is all of the other staff in the office. Dr. Hamilton has put together the best of the best. They are all kind, on time (so important), and competent. My daughters loved going to their appointments and felt a bond with each of their care givers. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hamilton and his staff. I learned that it makes a difference to go with the right provider from the start. I am very thankful to my friend who provided the recommendation.

Loved it! From the smell of cookies in the office to the wonderful treatment advice and options that they gave me, I was very impressed. I thought that I was going to need get braces put on for the second time, since I didnt wear my retainer for a couple years. They didn't try to push things on me. My youngest had a consultation this week. She is only 3 so we were pretty nervous. Our speech therapist referred us to see if my daughter needs a palette expander. I was told to see if the office mentions words like 'airway' to be sure they get what is going on. Of course as soon as I made the appointment the receptionist hit every kew word the speech therapist gave me! Every single person in the office is SO nice. Dr Manuele was thoughtful of my daughter and addressed all our concerns. After the visit he gave both my children (one he didn't even see!) a t shirt that said something like "what will you do to help the world?" They even offered to put a special word on the back! I mean how cute is that?? I love that the office obviously cares about philanthropy. As we were escorted out we were all offered an ice cream from an ice cream cart. I mean why didn't I get my braces here last year!!!!? Lol. The ice creams were like king size bars that I have never let my children have until that day. Of course my children definitely want braces now! Seriously this office is amazing. I wish every office was like this.

I continue to have nothing but rave reviews for HMO orthodontics and their staff! We live in Henderson and I have never once regretted making the drive to their office. Both of my children have completed recommended phase 1 treatment plans of palatal expansion and I am thrilled with the results, as they needed to increase their nasal airway space. I appreciate the care that we have received with both children from the doctors and their staff. Dr. Manuele's attention, knowledge, and willingness to look at the overall health and development of my children have far exceed my expectations. I find that their CBCT scans and their training in airway is something that is extremely invaluable. The office staff and team is so organized, genuine, kind, respectful, and fun! They do so many little things to brighten our day (eg, congratulatory letters send via mail, treats/goodies on days when treatment is completed, etc). I recently started my Invisalign treatment with them and I am excited to finally take care of myself for once! I found the initial consultation to be extremely informative, as I never knew that I had a pronounced deviated septum until Dr. J was showing me the scan. We have just recently started with Dr. Manuele. So far he and his staff are incredibly kind and addressed concerns completely. I feel very confident my son Hunter will receive the best care as we prepare him for braces in the future. You can feel the positivity coming from this office and this doctor asks patients "if they believe they can change the world.... and pick one word for this". This is very positive and powerful message. It took my son a good ten minutes to think about this when asked the question. His response was not what I would of expected as the word was "peace". My twins have visited here for several years since kindergarten, for various procedures including expanders, braces and retainers.
We travel from Pahrump, and to be honest I’d travel from another State if I had to because these guys are utterly AMAZING!

I was having severe jaw pain for several years. I asked my dentist about it and he suggested I go see Dr Hamilton for a consultation. Dr Hamilton was the best. He explained my options and helped me figure out what was causing my pain. I became pain free after just a few days. He recommend Invisalign to treat my problem. I am so happy with the results. We haven’t been to Hamilton & Manuele since my sons got his braces off. I thought his teeth may be shifting due to him not wearing his retainer as often as he’s suppose to....teenagers >:| I made him an appointment and right when we walked in the ladies remembered us like it hasn’t been 2 years at all. Prior to choosing braces to correct my teeth; I'd never been able to chew on the right side of my mouth. The teeth just didn't line up; buccal crossbite I believe. I can remember that being an issue as far back as my earliest memories from childhood. It was just the norm for me. My son who is 7 years old went to see Dr. Manuele for a preventative consultation to see how his mouth is growing and what maybe needed in his future. The 3-D pictures they take to see the entire bone structure of the mouth including the nose cavity / throat was very interesting. We did not know our son was waking up dry mouth until he had a conversation with Dr. J. Who knew there is such a thing a mouth taping to retrain your brain to breath through your nose instead of your mouth. Which will elevate the dry mouth. They really treat you with respect and have really good social skills so you arent just laying there quietly with someone sticking utensils in your mouth LOL. I had an underbite, and Dr. Hamilton fixed it without surgery. That was when I was in middle/high school, and now I’m 29. I was having small issues with my bite recently, and I went in to see if everything was ok. They labeled it as a follow up and didn’t even charge me for the visit. I feel like some health care professionals I’ve seen nickel and dime you and won’t do anything for free. I’ve been charged $80 for 5 minutes of someone’s time before. They don’t do that here! They didn’t charge me the last time I came in to get new retainers either. I highly recommend this place for children and adults. They do good work and aren’t trying to extract money from you for every little thing. Very refreshing in the health care field!
