The assistants are attentive, but the doctor, honestly, is very ordinary. He works very rushed, injected me with anesthetic about 20 times and it still hurts. I still have pain from a crown he put in; I think I'm going to have to get it removed somewhere else. Honestly, they're only interested in money, not the patient. I wouldn't go back.

Can't give them less than 1 star. I spoke with the office at least 3 time to confirm my appt a specific procedure for which I have to arrange my work and family schedule, and i attend to my appointment and made me wait for 1.5 hrs for the end to said that the appointment was just for a check up, so they couldn't said that in any of the many times I spoke with them to confim and the assistant blaming a non existent new employee.

I heard an ad for happy Smiles dental group in the radio, and decided to call them make an appointment they had it within a week within the other week. I had my Root-canal done right at the office. within 2 1/2 weeks I have my permanent crowns root canal done. It was very fast and efficient, which I really appreciate, being a mom of two I don’t really have that much time. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I will definitely recommend it.

The doctor broke my tooth and after wanted me to pay more , after he broke my tooth and assistant told me doctor didn't want to do anything else unless I get my tooth fixed that he broke. And over charging me more when I went in the past it was a different amount and now it went higher. After I got a call back from the assistant to come back because they realized what they’ve done. Very disappointing experience. I came in for a cleaning, but after hours of exams and X-rays, I was told I need a deep cleaning that isn’t covered by my insurance. No cleaning was performed, and my yearly insurance-covered exam was used up. I left feeling misled. Be aware they’re gonna trick you.

They are in general a good place. I would just asking for everything upfront like in terms what will be charged and how much everything is. Dr V was amazing today, he finished my root canal #19, his dental assistant was amazing as well. Pain a 1/10. I’ve had a root canal in the past with another dentist and that one was way more painful . I have a few others I have to fix but will worry about them in the new year . I definitely will be coming back . After much research they are incredibly cheaper then any other vegas dentist you will find ! Crowns range $500-$750 which is honestly a really good deal !

I have been waiting to write this until I’ve seen a different dentist in a new office. I went here with an appointment and waited in the waiting room for over an hour. Got seen by one dentist cleaning exam went fine was told I had one cavity.
I scheduled my next appointment at this place saw a different dentist she said I had 13 and needed a crown. What???? I walked out. Went to a different office as a new client they confirmed just one, I got it filled but was still trying to figure out what the lady dentist was talking about from this place so I again went to another office and they too said it was just the one that I had filled at aloha dental. I believe this happy dental office has at least one dentist trying to scam people. Always get a second opinion!! (Side note -Aloha dental practice was a great experience if your looking for a new dentist)

Appointment for cleaning in 2021 was great. Not so great this time.

Had a 1 o’clock appointment and arrived 15 min early. Then watched 4 more people show up for their 1 o’clock appt. The cleaning didn’t start until 3. Had to sit in the back for 2 hours. Also, had to pay double for an extra cleaning. The extra cleaning by the doctor felt rushed and he was done in 10 minutes. The inside of my teeth feel jagged now and I can feel pieces left on my teeth. I’m not even sure he finished the cleaning because he stopped to do another X-ray and never came back. A different person looked at the X-ray and now said there was a cavity that they couldn’t see originally. Also, they stop you mid exam to go to the front to pay? I guess after making me wait 2 hours they thought I was going to run out.. really I should have!

Overall, the wait time was absurd, cleaning was rushed, and I will be getting a second opinion on the cavity and getting it fixed elsewhere, since the doctor didn’t have time to come back in.

My daughter had two wisdom teeth removed with only local anesthesia which causes more trauma to the tissue and immediate pain upon requesting pain medication they're instructions were to take to OTC medications(I made it very clear that those weren't working) running the risk of overdosing my child and killing her liver it's sad that medical and dental offices perpetuate systemic racism against people of color she literally said what if she wants more pain medication later! Really my daughter has no trait of addiction and I doubt she would become an addict from 1-3 days of pain medication let's be serious here if we the people who take these types of jobs and positions don't educate ourselves about history we are doomed to repeat it to the young lady Tanya what you said to me was rooted in systemic racism and unacceptable I asked to speak with an office manager almost 3 days ago I haven't gotten a call yet and when I asked to speak with the office manager the young woman on the phone literally switched her tone to defense if you felt what you said was right than you shouldn't have a problem with me speaking to a manager, this will not be taken lightly because this isn't the first time mistreatment has occurred in this field and im sick of it.

From the beginning, I came in to get bridges. They put the temporary in. I never felt any pain even though my family said you would I did not. The receptionist are amazing. Very respectful even when they tell you, you probably have to wait. They bring you in immediately, my dentist did a fabulous job on my bridges. I will be back to get my lower Bridges done but when I tell you, I am so excited with my smile they are the best I recommend them to anyone. I have nothing bad to say.

Completely disappointed with the service I’ve received after being told I had to do two separate appointments for the left and right side of my mouth went home on day one with pain for 12 hours and wasn’t prescribed anything. Day two I asked multiple times about being giving something for the pain and was told it will be put in. Went to CVS to be told nothing was put in for me. Called and was told the same thing by Happy smiles by someone on the other end that was rude for one and had no empathy for my situation. Will NEVER go back to this dental office. I had an appointment today at 12 PM, and I felt completely discriminated against. My spouse and I were placed in the same room. After waiting for an hour for the doctor to begin our cleanings, Dr. Choi came in. She DID NOT ask me any questions about whether I was experiencing any discomfort or pain. She just looked at my teeth, told me what I needed, and then moved on to my spouse, who is of a different race, and ASKED her if anything was bothering her or if she was in pain.

I immediately felt like I wasn’t receiving the same level of service as my spouse. When the doctor was explaining my treatment, she SPOKE LOUDLY enough for my spouse to hear, which I didn’t mind. However, when she explained my spouse’s treatment, she spoke very QUIETLY, almost in a whisper. This made me feel that the doctor was treating us differently and not equally.

We then waited another 25–30 minutes for a second opinion, as my spouse had concerns about her exams from the first visit. Dr. Virtuoso started with me and also DID NOT ask me if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort. He checked my teeth, confirmed what I needed, and not to mention he was poking my teeth, my mouth was filling up with blood, but didn’t offer me a rinse, and I had to get up and spit in the trash myself.

Then, he went to check my spouse’s teeth. He ASKED her if she was in pain or felt any discomfort, explained in detail what she needed, and even gave her information on prevention. However, he didn’t provide me with the same detailed explanation or offer advice on preventing future issues.

This was a very upsetting experience for me, and I feel it was unfair and discriminatory. Rest assured, I will be filing a complaint. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment.

To add: I contacted the office to obtain the names of both doctors we saw, as the front desk claimed we only saw one. This oversight indicates that their notes for patient care are not being written or recorded efficiently, which could lead to potential issues with continuity of care.

Dr. Virtuoso and his staff are very professional. The atmosphere is friendly and calm. They put me at ease and checked on me regularly while I was waiting for my mouth to be numb for a deep cleaning. The process was thorough and quick. I am very impressed with Dr. Virtuoso and this practice. I am very glad I found Happy Smiles. It is also very clean and has nice decor. 5 🌟 stars all around!

Dr. V was very kind and did a great job on my deep teeth cleaning ( although it was painful days after , not because of him but because scaling in general leaves your gums sore after much needed work and neglect) I appreciate that he gave me the change to better improve my oral health and took the time to really get in there and did a great job. I love how flexible their dental office is, we are all working adults and schedules especially now can be rough on everyone, at no point did the office make me feel bad for missing an appointment they accommodated me and worked with me and for that I am grateful.

The staff make this place great! All the ladies are friendly, professional, and know what they're doing, and are flexible around my schedule. I came in for dental cleaning and it’s a great experience , it wasn’t so scary for me especially I have anxiety every time I go to the dentist. The procedure was light and efficient. My dentist Dr. Hinajosa suggested a treatment I can do at home for my teeth whitening since I can’t do abrasive procedure due to sensitivity. The staff here are nice too.

We were not happy with the service provided. They did x-rays which we didn't want but they said no cleaning without them. Okay, we did them. Then they polished and flossed our teeth before the exam without plaque removal and then they told us we needed a "deep" cleaning to do the plaque removal and we'd need to schedule a different appointment for that. We have been to dentists all around the world as we travel full time and NEVER have we had this happen and we've often had cleanings without x-rays as we don't want or need them every six months. Don't recommend and we won't be back.

recently we visited this dental office and have mixed feelings about the experience. While the staff was overall nice and friendly, the wait time was a major issue. We had a scheduled appointment but ended up waiting for 2,5 hours, which is particularly unacceptable when you have kids with you. However, it's worth noting that their prices are considerably cheaper than other places, so you get what you pay for. If you decide to come here, be prepared to wait an extra 2-3 hours regardless of your appointment time.

Reply to business message: Instead of finding ways to defend yourself with false and misleading defenses, spend that time improving your patient experience. I read other unhappy reviews, and most of them mention the same issue: patients have to wait 2-3 hours after their appointment time just to be seen by the doctor. In my case, your reply is irrelevant. We called the day before with a simple question to extract a tooth and asked about availability. Your representative booked us for the next day, and we spent a total of 3 hours there, 2.5 of them just waiting to see the doctor. Please don't provide misleading information in your reply. Instead, focus on how you can improve your service by not overbooking and trying to defend yourself on social media.
