Haven Dental is a Gem, normally coming to one’s dentist is not a good feeling, but Dr. Hsieh and his wonderful team made all myself and my family’s dental needs a 5 stars experience. My dentist is one of the best I've had. They tell you upfront what you'll pay before any procedure, so there are no surprises when the bill comes. He's thorough and really knows his stuff, and he takes the time to explain why he's recommending something. That part matters to me. Once you understand the reasoning, it's easier to advocate for your own dental health, which most of us take for granted. The whole staff is kind and welcoming too. Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional visit as a new patient. It’s very hard to find a dentist and staff that makes you feel comfortable and assured but here at Haven dental I had a very smooth experience from start to finish. The waiting room is very aesthetically pleasing with drinks available while you wait to be seen. Their staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining every scan and procedure. The most expensive cleaning in the dental history.
A $600.00 plus insurance charged for just cleaning (you read it right).
I came in for a routine cleaning. After xrays, Mr. Tom, the dentist told me that I needed a crown for one and a bridge plus a crown for orther tooth. he kept trying so I gave in for just one crown.
The front desk lady came into the room, I told her to check with my insurance to make sure it covers my crown. She replied "I already checked, you are good to go" and she charged me right on the dental chair. I thought it was interesting.
So the dentist did the cleaning himself not hygienist.
He kept drilled into my top tooth right above where the crown will be on later. It was so sensitive. I told him, he gave me more shots and more drilling.
On the way out, the front desk lady asked me to give them a 5stars so she put my name in the drawing for the price, it was on the counter. I said, next time.
The same night my temp crown came off when I brushed. Then of course I had to come back for that. The dentist told me if it comes off again then just wait for the real crown come in, in 2weeks. The 2nd temp crown came off in 3days after that. So I just waited.
2weeks came, the office called me and said my balance is almost $400 more, because insurance didn't cover 100%.

Needless to say, I didn't come back for the real crown.
DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME and YOUR HARD WORKING $$$.

From the moment I walked in, the front office staff (and her cute little assistant) the dental assistant l, and Dr Hsieh were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They reassured me, explained my treatment options clearly, and came up with a timely solution that put my mind at ease.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this practice was different. The front desk was genuinely welcoming, everything was spotless, and I never felt rushed or like I was being "sold" treatment.
The dentist took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, showed me my X-rays, and went over all of my options without any pressure. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. It felt like they were focused on what was best for my health, not on upselling procedures.

Amazing dental location. Dr. Hsieh listens to you and lets you know what the x-rays show. The biggest thing is doesn’t push anything very gentle especially for someone that does not like the dentist. This is a wonderful practice that I just found as a new resident in Las Vegas. I had a veneer fall out last week and they let me come in immediately which was unbelievably kind of them. They temporarily fixed it and I made an appointment for today for a cleaning which i needed. Got all my xrays done easily and professionally and we found an area that was cracking that needed immediate attention. Got a great cleaning and the fillings that were necessary all in one shot. Some more work to do in the fall...but I am beyond happy by my experience at Haven Dental. Thank you all!!! See you in September!!

I was looking for a new dentist after my dentist of 15 years retired. Had a wonderful experience as a first time patient. Dr. Hsieh was thorough and knowledgeable. He had offered options for treatment and was able to take care of my issue. I will be back to make this my new dentist.

I had such a great experience at this new dental office! The place is super clean, modern, and really comfortable. Jessica at the front desk was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. Joan, the dental assistant, was so nice and made me feel relaxed during my X-rays. Dr. Hsieh did my exam and same-day cleaning. He was gentle, professional, and explained everything clearly.
One of the coolest parts is that there’s a TV on the ceiling, so I got to watch a show while getting my cleaning done — such a nice touch! Overall, an awesome experience. Definitely recommend this office!

Let me tell you, if you're looking for a good dental office, look no more!! This place is new and everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable. The office is really nice and clean. Dr Hsieh is very welcoming, caring and professional. Jessica the front desk is very polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming! She's amazing at the front, this was a big plus for me!..I almost forgot I was at the dentist.. lol once you come here, you'll never wanna go to another dental office.
