I am alive today because of Dr. Alfreda and his wonderful team. A real Doctor by his way of practice, a caring physician that treats you like a person and not a medical record number.

Sent a contract cancellation after I lost my job about a year ago. I was charged 300$ for early termination after giving them 150$ a month to see Dr. Alfreda 2x a year at most. I Was recently sent a letter, the 1st correspondence from anyone in nearly a year. After telling Kathryn by text last year i would be unable to pay the cancellation fees or make payment arrangements because I had no income and was more concerned with being homeless. This letter stated I still owed the cancellation fees, that they'd tried to reach me multiple times (lies as I have gotten no email, text or letters and they have my contact information and luckily I haven't had to move since I spoke with Kathryn about my inability to pay the cancellation fee nearly a year ago) and if I don't pay it by mid June they will send it to collections. Well I guess that's what's happening because I'm not paying and I don't appreciate the lies they're using to cover themselves because clearly the only reason they sent this letter was they did a yearly audit of unpaid files and mine was there. Concierge service? More like an easy way to get money for nothing. 2x a year for a prescription and I'm paying 1800 a year for this while they still collect fees from my insurance on top of it. I only signed up because Dr. Alfreda is a good doctor, but this is a rip off and I won't support it nor suggest this facility to anyone else. There are good doctors out there that are not money hungry.

Hands down, Dr. Alfreda is the best doctor I've ever been to!  He has been my primary care provider for about a year now. The staff is very welcoming and patient. The office is modern and cozy. Instead of dreading going to an appointment, I actually look forward to seeing everyone's friendly faces! You can tell that Dr. Alfreda is truly invested in the health and well being of his patients. He takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions you may have.

I highly recommend Dr. Alfreda.  He and his staff are extremely caring and professional. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
