I've participated in 2 studies now with Redbird Research. Each and every time I arrived at the clinic I received the warmest of welcomes from Sonya. I have over 10 years of clinical work experience and know that it's rare to come across a medical professional who's consistently on their game, professional, and pleasant despite the pressures of the day. Often times I've waited in the lobby for hours before being addressed, and admittedly, in my impatience, was not my kindest self. Sonya's approach is disarming. At times of my expressed frustration, her approach of kindness and care brought me to her level. Character of that kind is impressive in any establishment. In case you're wondering, I'm not a family member, nor am I a friend to Sonya. I'm just a patient who appreciates rare encounters with good people with good work ethics. If anyone in a managerial position is reading this, give Sonya a raise. In my 10 years of work experience in Healthcare facilities, I know, employees of Sonya's caliber are hard to come by.

I’ve participated in two studies with Redbird Research and have had a very positive experience overall. Even when one of the studies ended up falling through, everything was handled professionally and communicated clearly. The staff is friendly, organized, and respectful of your time. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable, and the compensation has been fair and worthwhile. Overall, they’ve made the process feel easy and professional from start to finish.

Wonderful experience at Redbird. Everyone is friendly and courteous. They always get you in and out in a timely fashion. I can't say enough about the staff and the doctors.
