The first thing that stands out about HealthSource in Henderson is how friendly Dr. Godfrey and his staff are. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive, and going in never feels like a chore.

I’ve also been very impressed with how thorough and individualized the treatment is. They started with X-rays, developed a treatment plan for me, and combined chiropractic adjustments with physical therapy and targeted exercises. I’ve noticed less pain and better mobility, and I feel like I’m making real progress rather than just getting temporary relief.

There was never any pressure to purchase a treatment package, but I chose to follow the full treatment plan and have found real value in it. I especially appreciate learning exercises I can continue at home and the support the team provides.

We can’t say enough how much we love this chiropractor. Dr G, Sam, Molly, Lois and Raymont are truly the best people. With their help we are feeling even better than before. We feel like new people! First of all, they made us feel SO welcome and comfortable. They make scheduling a breeze and were so amazing in getting us in with our weird work schedules.
Our treatment started due to an auto accident where the oncoming vehicle ran a red light and hit us. They did X-rays right there in house (which many offices don’t do, you have to get them separately) they got us started on a treatment plan of adjustments, laser therapy and electrical muscle stimulation and scraping. They also gave us stretches and a mild exercise plan to do to help get to feeling better but they have many different kinds of therapies. They do a great job with helping you heal but also with being so personable and kind. You just don’t find that anymore where an entire medical office is all so nice and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new chiropractor, thinking of trying a treatment, have any kind of pain or had an accident and need help getting back to feeling better

This chiropractor changed my life! When my two month old son first came in, he was constantly crying, struggling to eat, and would only sleep for about 30 minutes at a time.

After just one adjustment, I noticed a difference. He was content, and I could actually lay him down without him immediately crying. Now he rarely cries, feeds so much better, and sleeps peacefully. It honestly feels like I have a completely different baby.

Dr. Thomas Godfrey and his staff are amazing! I went in the beginning of October 2025 for a pain in my left hip through my leg to my foot. I did the new patient special and Dr. Godfrey put me on a plan to help strengthen the areas to help get rid of the pain. With the help of adjustments and PT with his amazing staff, the pain is pretty much gone. Our son has struggled with severe constipation for about 2 years now and our pediatrician wanted us to continue to put a bandaid over it with laxatives. For a day to come in, it’s $40/each person but if you’re looking at visiting for 4 -5 times than it’s best to get their membership which I think it’s about $100 - $150. Dr. Noggle is amazing! She is very caring and informative. She doesn’t rush you and listens to your concerns. Not typical of a doctor now a days, most just make you feel like a number. She has treated me for neck pain and tendinitis in my wrists. I always feel so much better and more relaxed after an adjustment. About a year ago parts of my back started going numb and tingly. It was off and on at first and suddenly got really bad. I made an appointment with my regular doctor but my Dad suggested I try a chiropractor first. I searched Yelp and came across Dr. Noggle and I am SO glad I found her. Within two visits the numbness went away and I have not had a problem since - there was no need to even visit my general practioner! I visit Dr. Noggle as often as I can - she is amazing and always so friendly and helpful. I actually woke up today with a bad headache and headed straight to her office. One quick session and my headache is gone. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Best chiropractor in the valley. Alexis takes the time to get to know you and what's going on with your body. Very caring atmosphere they genuinely get to know you. I've been to many chiropractors out here and although others aren't bad Alexis is by far my favorite!!

I absolutely love coming here, for my weekly adjustments! Dr. Noggle can take one look at the way I am walking, and can pin point exactly why I have the aches and pains I do! I started using Synergy in August because of my sciatica and frozen shoulder. As of today I can lift my arm 90% higher than I could before and my sciatica is gone. I was so excited as I was going through this process that I encouraged my son and husband to try them out. My husband has degenerative disc disease and my son suffers from tight shoulders from working out. My husband has been going to Alexis for two months now and is beginning to see a difference in his back and hip and is using less pain meds. Then my god daughter was born and had a crooked back and neck (normal for babies) Alexis has worked on her twice and is now straight and her neck no longer leans to one side.

Dr. Noggle is always willing to listen and offer detailed care for her patients. She has successfully ended the pain in my back and hips after only a few visits. Her expanded practice includes a decompression machine which has really helped my wife and her parents. I am so happy we found her.

Dr. Alexis Noggle is a great chiropractor. She takes the time to listen to my problems and bases each visit on what needs to be fixed at that time. I also love using the decompression machine.
