A waste of my time, I arrived at 150pm and they overbook like crazy, so I was first in empty waiting room for a 2pm appointment and they took all the people that came in after me before me kept telling me the doctor will be right with you, the doctor will be right with you ... so at 3pm I walked out because I had other appointments - the doctor is very nice and charming but he overbooks appointments as if my time is not important. This wasn't the first time. Thank you - I'll go somewhere else.

I usually have to call the office, give my name and medication information for a refill, and then either call back or get transferred or put back in line separately to schedule appointments. This time was completely different. Erika answered the phone, and when I told her that my doctor is Dr. Dawood and that I needed a refill, she took care of it right away. I also asked if I could schedule my next echo, and she was able to do that for me on the same call. I even asked for her name because she was so helpful. I really appreciate having a medical assistant like Erika who can assist with multiple things at once. It saved me a lot of time and made the whole process much easier.

I Had open heart surgery at the Seina campus. The care team before and after have been tremendous. Highly recommend this facility for this type of procedure. Dr Dhushia and his team are amazing.

Its always a pleasure coming to Dr. Tatari's office. Every time I' ve been to this office I have had such good experiences. Doctor Tatari is exceptional and so is his staff. The only thing I will say is it's tuff getting through by phone. Once I got help over the phone I have to say my issue was taken care of immediately. I have nothing negative to say about this office. Thank God I have only experienced a wonderful and helpful doctor and his staff. Thank you Doctor Tatari & staff!

When I called for a. Appointment, I was lucky enough to get in within a few days due to a cancellation.
Edith performed my echocardiogram and was kind, efficient, and compassionate. She was very conscientious in working around my steak healing sutures and medicated gauze for skin necrosis.

My husband recently saw Dr. Tatari at the Henderson location, and we were both extremely happy with the visit. We had previously gone to the Spring Valley office, but the Henderson location was noticeably cleaner, more organized, and much friendlier overall. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.

The medical assistant was amazing thorough, kind, bubbly, and very efficient. She made my husband feel comfortable and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was how on top of everything they were. My husband’s refills were already sent to the pharmacy by the end of the day, which honestly impressed us because at most offices we usually have to call multiple times after the appointment just to remind them.

Dr. Tatari was attentive, professional, and took the time to listen and answer questions. The entire visit felt smooth and well coordinated from start to finish. You can tell the Henderson staff truly care about their patients and work well together as a team. We left feeling taken care of, and that kind of experience is hard to find nowadays.

Thankful for doctors that actually listen to their patients. I see Dr. Tatari at the Heart Center of Nevada and had some pains in my jaw that I almost didn't tell him about. So glad that I decided to tell him and that he listened. With no prior signs or symptoms of heart issues and labs and ekg's that didn't hint at any real issues he decided to schedule a heart catheterization procedure just to check. Even the day of we joked that we should be in and out in 30 or 45 minuets. 4 hours later he and the surgery team had found a 99% closed widow maker vein in my left ventricle and had cleaned it out and put in stints to aid blood flow. So glad that he listened to my minor complaint and knew to check for this major issue. I highly recommend the Heart Center of Nevada and Dr. Tatari for all of your cardiac health needs.

This office doesn’t deserve to get any stars. They are terrible answering or calling back. They had diabetic sitting waiting room for hours and not anything about doctor being late. If they can’t get you in a timely manor or communicate, then how can they give good care to the patient. Doctors billing and making our insurance so high, then give terrible service.

I am thankful that I have a Cardiologist Dr Moniz Dawood at the Heart Center of NV he and his staff is great. Dr Dawood is God sent he performed my surgery he’s very educated and really cares for his patients. On top of that he has a very nice staff who does everything with professional. Thank you

I would give them 0 stars, if possible. I am a new patient there and have had 3 appointments and all have been rescheduled at least once, it not twice. They just cancelled my follow-up about to learn about my test results, which I have been waiting for over a month, to say my provider no longer works there! I have a copy of my EKG, which notes an abnormal echocardiogram that I have been trying not to freak out about. I asked for a provider to call me to go over the results and was told nope they do not do telehealth. I was asked to be placed on a cancellation list and nope they do not have that either. They can't get me in until the beginning of March - what poor service! This is a prime example that medical care in the Vegas Valley absolutely sucks. Let's hope I don't have a heart attack in the meantime - just no words!

Hello...
I have been waiting for a call back from the Henderson office for two weeks since mt initialappointment. I began calling them Monday Oct 7th. Each day I have been on hold in "the queue " for over TWO hours before my phone battery died. I cannot speak to the skill of the doctors, however, the office is run like a "meat market." I am going transfer my case back to my doctor in LA where I was able to book an appointment while still being on hold with this poorly managed office. Good Luck!

I had an appointment for a stress test the tech was racist and rude. I told her that I had a sip or two of coke cola the night before. She just went undone and start yelling what don’t you people understand about no caffeine. I am Native American so what people is she talking about. Then she just kept on the manager claims she was outside the door hearing the whole thing but yet office manager did not hear what the tech said. That racist remark about you people so what is she trying to say about Native Americans.Besides after reading the reviews it seems to me this is not the first nor is the last time she has shown her lack of empathy or compassion for the patients. She seems to be getting away with her rude and unprofessional bedside manner’s towards patients.Especially for the career that she has.

Horribly run practice! They keep patients waiting for 2-3 hours for appointments with no apology or warning, schedule procedures at the wrong office and then do not offer to reschedule quickly, and are not careful when writing down phone numbers. Today I had an appointment that they claimed to have tried to cancel but they were calling the wrong phone number. Again, no apology! Now I have to wait TWO months for a rescheduling. I hope I don’t have anything seriously wrong, but won’t know for another two months. I am changing doctors as soon as I can find one.

I had one appointment there and the Doctor and nurses where great, brought my 2 grandchildren with me, they where quiet and all was well. Had another appointment today and was turned away because I had my granddaughter with me, She was in her stroller being quiet and good as can be. The ultrasound technician Lady was very rude and stated " quote" you have no one to watch the child? She stated several times rudely like I had brought her into a bar or casino or something..first time I have made a review. I feel I've been discriminated against, I waited a month for these appointments, there's no signs saying no children allowed. It cost me 25 dollars in gas round trip to go there today. Very frustrating I now have to find a new Doctor and start all over.

I have been going to Heart Center of Nevada for several years and many of their offices. This was my 1st time at this office. It was a nice fairly new office. The staff was warm and welcoming. Edith who did my echo was the best!
