I cannot say enough good things about this practice, especially Evelyn Reyes NP!!!
I have been in pain and having back issues for nearly 3 months now.
Evelyn got right to work ordering tests, asking me questions, and actually listening to what I had to say!
I have not felt this good about a medical facility and staff in a very long time!
Everyone was very professional and friendly.
Evelyn is very knowledgeable, kind and truly cares about her patients.
I highly recommend going here!
I am finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel.

Dr. Evelyn Reyes is the absolute best. Though it might take a few minutes longer to see her, it’s always worth it. She actually takes the time to listen to your worries, needs, anything! She goes above and beyond to get your mind and body right. I truly appreciate her and her staff.

Staff is awful. I have been waiting on my neuro follow up since March. When I asked the staff for help getting in contact with the office (in December finally) I was told to go to the neuro office myself and due to being a full time nurse and student, I am unable to go. I was informed “I will tell Reyes you don’t have time” when all I was asking for was help contacting the neurology office (for the brain malformation Reyes found). My care was delayed significantly at this office due to the lack of follow through. I am BEYOND unimpressed with how unwilling and delayed my care was. Evelyn was always kind and wanted to help, but if her office and team cannot have follow through it means nothing. It is also very unfortunate her team will relay the message that I was unwilling to do anything and had no time when all I was asking for help.

The front desk person does not care to help Dr. Reyes’s patients. Alex at the front is rude, disrespectful, unkind, and refuses to help their patients when it comes to care. We were told that a referral would be sent out for services needed back in March of this year and we have still not gotten the referral. Every time the office is called, Alex answers says that she “doesn’t care to follow up on any referrals sent out and that it’s the patients problem, not hers.” This is a horrible way to run the practice or treat patients who genuinely need care.
Dr. Reyes is great but her staff is going to make so many people turn away. I have made sure I and the four people I referred to this office never ever come back. It’s a shame.

Dr.Reyes & her team is amazing. I changed my primary doctor a little over a year ago. If you’re looking for a staff that’s is friendly, a doctor willing to listen, treat & explain her treatment plans.. go here. I have Celiac disease, been seeing doctors for 10 years. I always feel ignored & send home with pills. Here, they're willing to find the main issue and treated it. I feel comfortable with this staff, happy with this switch over.

Evelyn Reyes is great, but the front desk staff can be very unprofessional by staying silent after you ask a question as if they didn't hear you, then not talking until you follow up with a hello, and then making you ask your question all over again. If something is happening in the background, and you are genuinely so busy that you don't hear the questions that patients ask you, you can put people on hold.

I am switching to a provider where I can ask a question and get an answer instead of silence, and I don't have to repeat myself over and over again.
