I started seeing Dr. LaBuz in 2025. I had been in & out of the hospital & no Dr could give me a definitive answer on what was going on. My lower extremities had horrible Edema & my blood work was all over the map. We chose him due to reviews and running out of hope. We didn't necessarily have the money for this. When it comes to our health we will make sacrifices. LONG STORY SHORT (or I will attempt) this April I was sick coughing crud up, I assumed common cold. Needing antibiotics I went to his office. Finding it super odd they ask if you want your vitals, BP was high. He did rx antibiotics & I requested lab work. Within 2/3 days it came back(I didn't know this until 2 wks later). It came back to my potassium at 2.0, anything liver related was super high or low. Bilirubin was 8.2, I was turning yellow. 3 days after that last appt I had I was admitted into hospital. They said I barely made it, yes active Cirrhosis. Nothing to be proud of just telling the truth so maybe this can save someone from going to his practice. We was aware I drank and familiar with my medical history(pancreatitis as well). Not to mention significant weight loss out of nowhere. He never even weighed me. I again, had to ask. My husband had called him & never heard back. You expect this from a cruddy PCP maybe but not a concierge Dr. He is very knowledgeable and nice so it throws you off but apparently doesn't care enough or...beats me. Just beware and do your research.

​I recently relocated to the area and scheduled an initial consultation at Henderson Direct Primary Care, hoping to find a supportive clinical partner. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. LaBuz was incredibly disappointing and invalidating.
​I am currently navigating profound, acute grief and a complex medical transition, but during our appointment, I felt completely rushed, dismissed, and treated like a number rather than a patient. Dr. LaBuz appeared noticeably uncomfortable with basic human emotion and showed zero compassion for my life circumstances. Furthermore, instead of holistically reviewing my medical history, recent surgery, and established supplement regime, my healthcare choices were minimized and criticized.
​Direct Primary Care is supposed to be rooted in a strong doctor-patient relationship, but this clinic completely lacks the bedside manner and empathy required for patient-centered care. I chose to immediately cancel my membership today. If you are looking for a collaborative, compassionate provider who actually listens, look elsewhere.

After always having to wait 2+ months to see my primary care doctor through my insurance, I decided to look into other options to see if I could save myself the frustration. I found Dr. Labuz two years ago and I’ve been seeing him ever since. Absolute BEST decision I ever made. The inexpensive monthly fee is totally worth not having stress in my life over my health and being seen in a timely manner. He’s even available by text message!!!! What doctor will provide you that?! 😁

One of the biggest advantages is accessibility. I can usually get a same day appt if I call early enough, or at the very latest be seen the next day. He genuinely cares, takes the time to listen to all of your concerns, and is thorough in his approach. He works with you to create a plan that truly fits your particular health needs. On top of that, he offers extremely affordable in office bloodwork, which saves the time and hassle of going elsewhere. I’ve also never had any issues with services he has submitted not being covered by my insurance.

His staff is warm, welcoming, and truly friendly (something that severely lacked at the Dr through my insurance), and the office itself is always nice and really clean.

If you’re considering making a change, I highly recommend checking out Dr. Labuz, you won’t regret it.☺️

I am grateful to Henderson Direct Primary Care, I had trouble getting good care after a recent surgery which lead to an infection. Dr. Ryan Labuz is my new PCP and it has been the best experience. Scheduling through the app is easy, and having direct text access to a doctor has been incredibly valuable. I am so happy I came across this practice while searching for a Concierge Doctor. Dr. LaBuz is a wonderful doctor and I felt at ease with him from my first appointment over 2 1/2 years ago. I love how quickly he replies to texts and when needed, I can always get seen promptly, even the same day. I have told friends looking for a new Primary to go this route. I still have basic insurance through work just in case I would ever have to go to the ER or a specialist. But, I feel satisfied paying a reasonable monthly fee to know that I can always get an answer via text, telehealth or in-person visit. It is nothing like going through a regular doctor where you have to wait weeks if not months to be seen and you walk into a full waiting room. That is never the case with Dr. LaBuz.

Dr. LaBuz is a great doctor, probably the best one I have had. I am someone that doesn’t like going to doctors and has the white coat stress issue where applies going into the doctor raises my blood pressure. Dr LaBuz listens to what I believe is going on and incorporates that into what treatment he believes is going to work best. Working with him feels more like a partnership than just being a pass through patient. Another plus is they will do blood tests in office instead of sending you to another location. 10/10.

Dr Labuz and his staff are efficient and available. I never have to go through the corporation medical process. IE: unreachable by phone, excessive wait times, both phone and appointment, wait time for appointment and /or referrals, scheduling and referrals for tests, Rx orders and refills, etc…
Dr Labuz is reachable whenever needed,
bloodwork is done in his office, prescriptions are available and usually at lower prices. Cost of services, is about the same as a co-pay for a corporate doctor who is often different with every appointment. No waiting weeks for appointments.

Healthcare in LV is notoriously hard to find & basically a joke all around. I stayed with my last PCP simply because I was established there & when they left I needed a new doctor. This is what prompted my search for a concierge doctor, I was hoping to eliminate all the headache & hoops that typically came from a routine doc appt.

Since living in NV Dr. Labuz is the ONLY doctor that I have, reliably, been able get in touch with whenever needed. I'm a patient that takes daily medication, I've never once had an issue reaching Dr. Labuz for refills. When I've fallen sick, I've never had a problem getting in to see Dr. Labuz. If Dr. Labuz is going to be out of the office for a planned event he gives his patients ample notice (last time it was 2 weeks) & works with them for anything needed ahead of time. Once, he had to leave town for an emergency & it coincided with one of my med refills. I was a little worried since its a needed medication & thought I'd have to postpone my refill. When I called to leave a voicemail (as I assumed nobody would be in) I was shocked to hear there was an on call doctor who could help me. Meaning in the midst of making unplanned & abrupt travel arrangements, Dr. Labuz was still thinking about his patients & did everything he could to ensure they were taken care of.

If you think something is too good to be true, it is. The doctor tries to get you in cheap and then forget to tell you things so you’ll come back and then charges you for things you’re not aware of and then months later charges your bank account without you knowing. Be worry if the price is too good to be true there’s a reason. Good luck look elsewhere

I signed up for this VIP doctor service expecting timely, attentive care—especially with my ongoing health issues. Unfortunately, the service has been anything but VIP. I recently contacted the doctor on a Friday for a simple referral, and instead of receiving prompt help, I was told to call back the following Tuesday for a virtual visit just to get the referral. That’s a four-day delay for something that should be routine.

On top of that, there’s constant pressure to try the weight loss shot he promotes, which feels more like a sales pitch than medical advice. It gives the impression that he may be receiving some kind of financial incentive, which raises ethical concerns.

I signed up because I believed this would be a more responsive and supportive healthcare alternative. Instead, I feel like I’m paying $95 a month for poor communication and unnecessary delays. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for real, timely care. Save your money and find a doctor who prioritizes patients over profits.

If you are taking the time to read through the reviews of Dr LaBuz, take it from me- MOVE ON - find another doctor. UNLESS, you are just looking for someone to write a script for you, with horrible follow through, no attention to detail, and generally does not care. You will eventually get your script or referral but it will not be in a timely fashion. You will have to keep texting and calling over multiple days. Gave the doctor multiple chances, and he failed.

The meet and greet went great, we were initially very excited and thought we had made a great choice. But as we needed things and our messages would go unanswered for several days, and on multiple times, we had enough. Not the kind of care we are looking for.

I started seeing Dr Labuz Nov 2022. I am very happy I no longer wait months for a doctor appointment or sit in the waiting room for over an hour and no more office staff not returning voicemails. It’s worth the monthly fee to have him as my concierge doctor available that actually gets to know your health history and concerns. I am very happy with Dr Labuz and he quickly got my pre op tests done within two days, X-ray and blood work sent to my orthopedic surgeon. No frustration and such ease of mind!

Dr Labuz does not pressure vaccines or prescriptions but does go over choices available if needed. I will be working with him for weight loss to keep healthy.

I have a complicated medical history and took a chance on paying out of pocket in order to receive more personalized care. I've had a disappointing experience with Dr. Labuz. I won't post specific concerns here but will urge patients to use caution with the mail order pharmacy that is being utilized. There was a lack of oversight and documentation by the provider on what was prescribed, ordered and dispersed. In addition, the actual quality and effectiveness of medications compared to those that were processed through other regular pharmacy services (CVS, Alto) was substantially less, which I fear could be dangerous in some cases.

If you take all of the problems that you encounter obtaining great health care, dealing with Dr. Labuz illuminates every single one. It is refreshing to find a doctor that is not only available within 24 hours, but also happy to spend the time, attention and expertise to find a solution to your health challenges with only one visit. I have been searching for a good Primary Care Physician for at least the last 10 years and have not had a lot of luck. My search is over. I recently moved back to Nevada from California and brought some health issues with me. Dr. LaBuz has showed great care and spent a lot of time working through them with me. Finally there's an awesome Doctor 👍😊 in Vegas. Just moved here last year and lately had an issue with my heart. I work in ER and did an EKG, and it was sinus Tachycardia. I needed a PCP. Unfortunately, it was hard to get one despite I had an insurance. Had to wait for a month or so for appointment. Found DrDLaBuz online and quickly saw him right away (no insurance involved).
