Dr. Herr has been our family orthopedic for over 30 years. I set the bar pretty high because he is the only doctor I trust 100%. If he says I need surgery (which thankfully I haven't needed too many) then I do. On the other hand, if you don't need it he will tell you that as well. He is easy to talk with and answers every question you might have. His staff is top notch as well. Sue runs the office, Diane greets you and Miss Bea (who has been with Dr. Herr for as long as I can remember) will make you feel relaxed. I highly recommend Dr. Herr and have referred many people to him over the years.

I injured my shoulder in Iraq 13 years ago. There was a lot of damage - old and new. I was certain my time as a soldier was going to end because of this injury. After getting surgery with Dr. Herr, I was back in pre-deployment training for another deployment 6 months later. Then another in 2013. I will retire soon. My shoulder feels so good that I sometimes forget which one I had surgery on. Thank you Dr. Herr. Because of your team at OIH, I have stuck around long enough to have a wonderful military career.

I come to him for my FAA 2nd class medical, 2yrs in a row now I come to him. My biggest reason for 5 stars is availability. It’s easy to get an appointment. He’s easy going, professional. The place is a little old school, but I don’t need fancy high tech. Will continue to come to him while I live in Vegas.
