I have been seeing Dr Keller for about 7 years for hormone issues. She is very thorough (does complete labs), and takes the time to explain everything. Let me just say How grateful I am to have found her.
Any chance I get, I refer people to her. She is amazing! she cares about her patients and she has helped tremendously. I was surgically put into menopause and let me say the hormone replacement that was needed to put be "back together" was the best thing I could have ever done for myself.
It has helped be eliminate the hot flashes and the night sweats, helped me regain my focus. Restored my sex drive. (Now, I just need my husband to so see her so he can try and keep up with me. LOL) Overall, it has completely restored me to a better version of who I am.

I have also had the pleasure of having some of the other wonderful things she offers. Oshot!! (this is a must have!!) Trusculpit ID. the best if you need to burn some fat. Emsculpt!!! oof thats definitely one hell of a workout. She offers so many options to help her patients in becoming the best version of themself. Two years ago at the age of 38 I began early onset pre-menopause. I began to notice changes in my mood, and my overall emotional\mental health. Having gone through severe depression in the past I am aware of the symptoms and felt it coming on again. I went to several OB/GYN‘s and was told one of two things: 1. There’s nothing we can do, this is a natural process 2. Let’s get you on birth control to get your estrogen regulated.

I went with option two because I knew option one wasn’t going to work, and estrogen was the only other option.

Nothing changed

I started going to counseling thinking that this might help, it did a little bit. I began to have a better view of myself, and was able to work through some things from my past. But I still didn’t feel like myself, and had a hard time getting up in the morning, being motivated to do anything, and just finding happiness.

A friend referred me to Dr. Maria Keller. I have to admit, I was really skeptical at first. I had never been to a doctor that wasn’t contracted through an insurance company, and I had never paid cash for anything medical related.

After my first appointment with Maria I felt much more at ease! I filled out a very long questionnaire, and she went through the whole thing with me. She asked detailed questions, and through those questions I knew that she knew what I was going through.

Maria not only suggested what was needed for my hormones, but also made suggestions for my overall health. Vitamin supplements, things that my body was not absorbing naturally because of an auto immune disease that I have.

My marriage has benefited greatly! By the time I went to see Dr. Keller my husband was afraid that he had lost the woman he married. I wasn’t the same! But now, he will hug me and hold me and tell me just how grateful he is to have his wife back, the woman that he married!

After having my concerns dismissed and having to find another doctor...i was diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis via laparoscopy this year. I wasted my time here. My health concerns were dismissed and I was made to feel like my health concerns were my fault. Leaving this practice was the best thing I ever did. I am so disgusted with this office! This was my daughter's very first gynaecologist appointment so she was very nervous. She has really bad anxiety and it had been building up during the month long wait time it took to schedule an appointment. I am in the middle of battling cancer and it is so hard for me to have enough energy to even leave the house. However, with all these issues we managed to leave on time with no problems. As we were driving we got stuck in a busy intersection where the lights were out in all directions. It took us 20 minutes just to get through the intersection. This delay caused us to be 8 minutes late for the appointment. The receptionist treated us as though we were lying about being stuck at the light and told us that we'd have to reschedule. And the soonest available appointment is another 2 weeks out. She couldn't even show the slightest bit of empathy. So now my daughter has been trying to hold back tears for the past hour and I wasted what precious little energy I had. This office needs to understand that sometimes life is complicated and show a little compassion. After all, in all seriousness, I might not be strong enough to make it back in 2 weeks.

Ms. Jimmie is the worst when it comes to professional customer service. I canceled my appointment and my business with Dr. Keller’s Office. Was referred to Dr. Keller by a family member. Been a patient for some years now. This morning had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office staff member “Ms. Jimmie/Office Mgr./Medical Asst. The goal is to have staff that wants to see your business prosper and staff should be the extension of their boss. This Jimmie woman was extremely “messy” very short, felt it more important to talk instead of listen, then ask me to hold on & hung up never to call me back. Totally unprofessional! Seems she may be tired of dealing with the public and is possibly only pay check driven. Find another profession because many of Dr. Keller’s patients want staff that will treat people like people. To dismiss a customer as if their business any needed “wow”. Good luck Dr. Keller with this one.

Dr. Keller saved my life! 9 years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus and had several complications including vaginal dryness, new menstrual pain, and other very complicated issues. Dr. Keller advised me to change my diet, start taking Vitamin D3, Turmeric, heal my gut, and use Progesterone Cream. I researched everything, to make sure that this information was reliable, as I had never heard a Doctor offer that, over a drug before. Sure enough, she was right! Doing exactly what she advised me to do, I healed my gut, resolved my Lupus pain and stiffness, resolved the menstrual issues, lost weight, and got off the Chemo Meds and Methotrexate! It took a straight forward GYN to help me more than my Rheumies or Primary Care (10 and counting) had! Thanks Dr. Keller! Here's to feeling great and Living Agelessly!

Dear Dr Keller, perhaps you will read this like you have read other comments and make some changes in your practice. You are a very friendly and open person, so open that I see it is a little much for some of your patients based on the reviews. It is not perhaps my personal preference for a bedside manner, but you seemed to do everything I required with competence and to address any questions I may have had.

Too bad your office manager ‘T’ couldn't work any magic to rectify my situation as you have relinquished any and all responsibility for billing to one person who needs to work on managing problem claims and customer service. I would think that since I am your patient and you hire ‘J’ to do your billing that you would have the ability to have a say in solving any service issues created by your billing ‘department’.

My issue is with 'J', your one and only medical biller that took approximately 2 years and 3 months to properly process an office visit with my insurance. As there is limited space for this review, let me just summarize by saying that ‘J’ does not take responsibility for following up with problems that have been brought to her attention. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance administrator over the course of a a year and 3 months to get this resolved. Over a year ago I informed ‘J’ that she need only provide the insurance with the taxonomy code to get my claim processed, they had already informed her of this as well. And now that it has finally been processed, ‘J’ is insisting that I owe interest on an office visit that took 2 years and 3 months to get a correct bill, and my insurance agreed that since you are contracted provider, and this is not my fault, I should not be charged interest on the now correct amount due. I hope my payment for the office visit that I sent earlier this week is processed, the interest is dropped, and we can all move on.

Honestly love her. The only downside is the wait. Though honestly I usually have to wait to see any doctor. However, when you are in the room you have Dr.Keller's undivided attention. She actually takes the time to get information and make sure you understand what is going on. I have never felt rushed and for that the wait in the waiting room is worth it.

I was looking for an obgyn and came across your doctors office here. Now I don't judge from one bad review but I just saw that you defended yourself with a patient on here as if its high school. If you know you did nothing wrong then why would you have to get that defensive? I'm sure a lot of doctors have unsatisfied patients but it doesn't mean you bite their head off. You handle it in a professional manner because you should want your patients to come back. You even said it yourself.. " I knew you'd give me a bad review." So obviously you know something was wrong. You should learn some customer service skills and grow up just a little. I wouldn't feel comfortable with a doctor that treats their patients that way.

Dr. Keller is an intelligent, thoughtful and easy to get along with practitioner. She delivered my son 7 years ago and literally saved his life! She deftly sensed and expertly diagnosed my difference from average pregnant women and instantly stopped everything to refer me to a perinatologist who diagnosed me officially with Factor V Leiden... a blood clotting disorder that kills and maims babies in the womb. Without Dr. Keller's amazing intuition, my son would have died or been born deformed due to my blood clotting disorder. I would never hesitate to recommend her as a doctor. A gifted and smart doctor is a rare gem to find.

I had an appoint with Dr. Keller in September of 2013 which was scheduled about a month in advance. Flash forward to the day of my appointment: I arrived on time yet, I waited for 1 and a half hours before I finally gave up - I literally just walked out. I find it to be both insulting and unacceptable to be made to wait over an hour for an appointment that I scheduled well in advance. Moreover, the appointment was for a routine annual check-up; I can only imagine how long I'd have to wait for specialized treatment.

If the tables were turned - i.e. I (a patient) was 1 hour and a half late for my appointment - the doctor would not have seen me and I would have been slapped with a no show fee. I know this is true because I read it in the policy I was made to sign. There ought to be a fee that we can charge doctors for making us wait, especially if the wait time is over an hour. Our (the patient's) time is equally as important as the doctor's. Additionally, I believe as patients - essentially customers - we deserve the courtesy of being advised as to why a doctor is running late and the option to reschedule, instead of just waiting aimlessly.

By the way, I was not the only patient waiting to be seen. It appears that the three other patients, two of which were there for an appointment scheduled after mine, were also made to wait over an hour. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Dr. Keller's office to anyone, especially to those who actually value their time.
