I had a very positive experience at this clinic during my time as a Medical Assistant Student last year. The staff were very warm, welcoming, kind and supportive, they always went above and beyond, made me feel like part of the family. It was a lovely learning environment, and I can really appreciate how they treated patients and staff.

I love the staff there at IDPN, the lab girl is my favorite 🤩 she’s literally the sweetest!! Also, the front desk ladies are always respectful and helpful.

I wouldn't recommend seeing Dr. Ida. She doesn't listen and says she "doesn't know, I think, maybe it's this" alot. I know for sure I have been misdiagnosed by her and will definitely be seeing a new infectious disease doctor.

This is the worst place I’ve ever seen ! It took weeks after leaving voice messages and finally someone called me and said I need to fax records and I did but again after waiting they said they never got anything and some woman is trying to diagnose me over the phone but she is not a doctor and then asking for kidneys ultrasounds but I’m going to see them for infections! I told her I have all results anyway but I am baffled of their demands , is this a doctor that is suppose to help fight infections and aren’t they supposed to order tests if they need additional based on their expertise? I got so fed up with their demands and aberrations that o gave up to go see them ! Frankly it’s the first time that a doctors office is asking for such things before even an appointment! What a waste of time !
