When Semaria read my lab results my heart sank my mind went blank my body went numb. Hearing her say my blood pressure was high, cholesterol was high, pre diabetic, vitamin D level low. I was so mad at myself for not taking better care of myself eating healthier making better choices. That day changed me, Semaria told me she’s giving me 3 months to change my lifestyle or she’s putting me on medication. Right then choose to make better food choices lifestyle choices. Started back exercising, walking more eating better, the results paid off. Thank you Semaria for the challenge from that day on will continue to take better care of myself 🫶🏽

I asked for an appt to see the Dr. ,I did not. I expained to the NP I need referrals for cardiologist and vascular drs, nothing, haven't heard anything on that. A month out. Medications, I was given meds but not generic...I can't afford$200 prescriptions that's why I have ins. To call there they don't answer or return calls. Crappy office done will not go back i came from Florida. Sad

I had been going here for about 2 years and honestly the care was okay but Jasmine was always more attentive and empathetic than Anna. What made me switch was that you can NEVER get your prescriptions refilled. I have prescriptions I cannot skip a day of and it took an entire week of my pharmacy putting in a request, me requesting them filled on the portal, AND calling to get them filled for me to finally hear back from them.... asking what I needed refilled!!! How do you not know what i need refilled when I submitted my refill request 3 different ways!

We have had nothing but good experiences every single time. The office staff is VERY nice & helpful (that can make/break a MD office) Dr Aguila is super nice and thorough. Even if we do have any insurance issues or billing issues they do try their best to help. I always refer family/friends to them if you need a good PCP. Also she is pretty timely so we’ve never waited more than 30 mins to be seen.

NP Jasnine is awesome. She is very warm and passionate. But the people or the MA at the front—they are not wearing a smile on their faces. They don't have customer skills. I was asking questions, and she didn't answer back. I am referring to a petite, skinny girl at the front with the student beside her. I'm sorry, but that's how I feel. Maybe because I used to work in the medical field. You always put yourself in someone’s shoes.
