It seems like they really know what they’re doing. Allison the nurse practitioner I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I’ve been to other men’s clinics in the past where they just wanted to push me to buy exogenous testosterone and didn’t seem to have much interest in following up with me, so game day was a breath of fresh air. The staff was very welcoming, helped me get in and out quickly, and the prices were quite reasonable. I’m looking forward to working with them.

I have had to re-write my review based on my first week of actual experience with this company. It took seven days to receive any products from gamesday, which is longer than I would expect, and when anything finally arrived it was the wrong product. I tried to call the office several times, no one picked up, and the answering machine was full. Not a good look. I texted my contact person there several times, no response whatsoever. They are fine when they are signing you up and taking your money. But as soon as they have it: customer service appears to be non-functional. I will be requesting a refund, and will be looking for another provider.

I had an excellent experience today at GAMEDAY Men's Health in the Evora building. The luxury offices on the third floor were spotless, modern, and very welcoming. The lounge area was comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV and complimentary snacks, creating a relaxed atmosphere right from the start.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and only waited a short time before a skilled phlebotomist drew my blood for the initial screening. I also had a complimentary consultation with Alison Bautista, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, who is the clinic director. She reviewed my bloodwork thoroughly and took the time to address every question I had about my health and wellness.

Although I hadn’t planned to start therapy that day, the professionalism of the staff, quality of the facility, and reasonable pricing convinced me to sign up on the spot. Having done testosterone therapy in another state before, I can honestly say this location exceeded my expectations. The people are great, but management has made a stupid and offensive decision. They changed policies so that they do not share lab results with the paying customer. Go in to get blood labs done and they don't give you your own information. I am just supposed to just take their word and not discuss results with my doctor. These are MY lab results, not theirs. I do NOT recommend Gameday Men’s Health Las Vegas for TRT. The staff clearly lacks experience and professionalism. After a full 90 days of treatment, my testosterone levels only went up by about 100 points — and they even gave me incorrect blood work results, forcing me to retest twice. On top of that, after the first 90 days, they suddenly raised my price from $180 to $240 without any real explanation. It feels like their main goal is to drain as much money from you as possible rather than actually helping you with your health. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Hot mess of a provider. They were 13 mins late to our first intake call, when we did finally end up talking they informed me they in fact could not talk, and I needed me to fill out some forms. They assured me that it was a 1 off incident and the person that was late as “no longer with the company”. I got rescheduled for 9am the following Tuesday. It was 9:18am and I still haven’t gotten a call. I called the office and they informed me that the provider was still on the other call and they’d get back to me when they could. I said that was unacceptable. Anais she said maybe you should find a new provider. Say less!
