Dr. Adekile and his associates do not care about kidney transplant patients. They do not relay test results, medication alterations. A kidney specialist office that specializes in kidney transplant recipients and people on dialysis, I can't believe they close at noon on friday when patients may need refills and test results.

I don’t understand why this facility has 4.6 stars. Horrible experience with doctor Richard Cottiero. He prescribed me a medication called Filspari and it decreased my kidney function, lowered my blood pressure when it was already normal and my egfr went from 50% to 25% in a matter of 3 months. When I called to cancel my appointments, they kept me on their schedule and kept spam calling me to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately I was unable to sue because I still cannot find a lawyer willing to take my case as doctors are very well covered through their agencies. DO NOT see him or the office in general. I now see Dr. Samuel Kantor at Nevada Kidney and Hypertension.

It was very unpleasant that a disabled patient was directed to use the back door. You are a medical facility—your entire job is to work with people who are not in perfect health.
Sending a vulnerable patient through a back entrance felt inappropriate and disrespectful. All patients deserve dignity and proper access.

We have had an unfortunate and very unpleasant experience,at this location.

Two weeks ago we had,
An appointment for
8 am. The receptionist called me by name at first, asking for the Copayment $40.
Then at 8:45am,
The receptionist called my name again, then told me that the Doctor would not be in until after 11:00am.
So no Doctor, for me today!! She will not be here for my appointment time!!

And when I asked for the Copayment back,
They said they can't do a refund.

But said the payment will be used for the next appointment.
Ok!
That's fine?
One week later today,
Same time, Same Doctor, She's not there!!
And the same thing.
No Doctor,
Someone acting as an RN, She just has no knowledge of what she was talking about!!
Rambling, Confused with the medical information for my medical case!!
I had to continue, Explain to her about my medical symptoms,
And express to her,
identifying my blood testing results
As she continued to expressed to me the wrong medical
diagnosis that has nothing to do with symptom.

A very nonprofessional experience, just making my experience a waste of time, and my time is money!!

After all that
has been said.
They wanted to
make my next appointment.

My father had an appointment here about 3 weeks after he got out of the hospital, when we arrived they had already canceled the appointment because the doctor was not there. They said they called us but we received no call, they had a completely different phone number on file that was not close to our number at all. We make another appointment for another three weeks later. They did blood work and scheduled a virtual appointment for three weeks after and said that they'd call with the results of the blood work and if it came back normal, that we could cancel the virtual appointment. Come the day of the appointment, they hadn't phoned with the results or sent a link for the appointment, so I called. It turns out it was an in-person appointment. They wouldn't give me the results over the phone and said they would call, and cancelled the appointment. I asked when they'd call with the results and the guy on the phone said "well if you don't have an appointment, they might not call," so he scheduled me another in-person appointment for 5-and-a-half weeks from now.

Called to reschedule an appointment because the nurse practitioner I was going to see was going to go on vacation. When I called the guy who rescheduled me was so rude and made my appointment for September. Now I have to wait 3 more months after waiting almost 2 months just to be seen. Mind you the doctor said my treatment was not working so I needed to get chemo. This was back in January, it’s crazy that I have to wait so long to see the doctor.

This office is always very happy to help me with any questions or issues I might have. Dr. Yu., is on staff at Valley Hospital and he is great caring and compassionate Dr. and really gets to the root of the issue and he is very accurate in all his diagnoses and explains everything so you can understand in English.

The physician , dr Vishnopalsky very attentive and friendly , checked me first then check the results of my blood test done couple of days ago compared with the previous one and recommended an echocardiogram by cardiologist and to see him in couple of months .and to have blood test again . Bad service am disappointed, I came with my dad before his appointment in 10 min and we waited more than hour. Other patients come and enter, I asked the lady on front disc if we are gonna wait too much and she told us we can reschedule your appointment its easy for her to reschedule but hard to see how long we have to wait and why we are waiting too long. They are nice and professional. However anytime I’ve had to call about an appointment, there is one person who starts giving me my information without verifying who is calling. And when asked he stated “Oh I look you up with your phone number “ 🤦🏻‍♀️ And when trying to explain anything he has a dismissive tone. I believe it’s because he doesn’t have the patience to actually hear what being said and is trying to get off the phone.
Perhaps a bit of training is needed for that person on HIPPA and customer service.
