AJ Marlon has been my primary for about 15 years.
He not only listens to his patients, but, should you have an issue, he goes above and beyond to figure out what is the cause of that issue.
And, we all know how appreciative we are when we’re not treated as if, what we are experiencing, is “ all in our head” or not important enough to pursue.
It is a comforting feeling to have a health care provider that you can trust .
I appreciate AJ so much that when he was transferred to the other side of town, rather than going to the clinic that is 7 min from my house, and having to change providers, I drive 50 min to the clinic he was transferred to.

AJ has been my PA since he was located on Oakey. Always followed him when he moved. I'm not just a number. He knows me. Will follow him again, if he moves! If he ever is no longer in my network, I'll still follow him. I'm 73 and don't want someone else that doesn't know me or really won't care to. If you have a good PCP, keep them. Because, it's hard to get a good provider due to the astronomical growth of Nevada!

My first visit as a new patient, I needed something to be tended to as soon as possible due to insurance changes and lack of a months time passed. They put a referral on stat and understood my needs. The nurse came in and introduced herself and explained some of the way things work with them which was very informational and encouraging for the future. No long waits. Very pleasant staff and the Dr was a friendly knowledgeable caring man. Quest diagnostics is in the same building. That's a plus considering that it is right across the street.

I have been unusually sick this year and have had to contact Dr Marlon quite a bit. His expertise, empathy, understanding and kindness together have saved my life through the various issues that come with age. My appointment with my physician was fine. We always enjoy speaking with him & we were able to review all necessary & proceed as instructed.
* I did, again, encounter an irritating issue afterwards. The staff, while very personable, have a tendency to not Listen to what you want to say to them or to explain something to them! This "miscommunication" can & has caused problems. I realize they may be needing to move on to the next patient but in the long run it ends up needing more time to resolve the "issue/comments".
