Front desk isn't the friendliest. I get it, they have to travel to different offices everyday but they seem so unhappy and over it. Doctor is always running late, goes to different locations. The brackets on my braces seem to always fall off as soon as I leave the office & I cant get in till my next appointment date which is a month away. I am regretting getting braces at this point.

Black people or anyone who cares for their smile and good service stay far away from this dentist! They put slits on my thooth while working on the one i needed fixed. I would firmly say take pictures of your theeth that are good and well and if you see some random incision on your theeth sue them. Ok so this will be long...I barely do this but this place deserves this. I am terrified of any dental work...as a matter of fact I had a couple of dentist appointment that I went to and never went through it because I was afraid but something about Hola that I felt so good with that I end up finally saying yes to getting my work done after so many years of fear and hesitation. 11 years to be exact...Dr. Michael Yu is a Vegas icon...hands down the best dentist in Vegas. The knowledge and his ability to put me at ease and all the work that he did which are precise & intricate. You can rest assure you are in good hands. Dr. Yu is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented dentist. He was thorough in his explanation of my teeth, and did a phenomenal job with my root canal and a filling. My molars are hard to numb and I’ve had dentists give up on me. He didn’t. He found a way to work on me with zero pain at all. My crown looks amazing! I’m glad I found this type of talent that’s so hard to find in Las Vegas. He takes a lot of pride in his work so your teeth are in good hands.

She asked me how things with school which I shared on my first visit. First visit: I hate going to the dentist. Sorry but true. Hola Dental was great. Put my fears to rest. Took breaks when I need to. First root canal that really didn't hurt like hell during or even afterwards. And that right there speaks volumes. All the Staff great, super nice and friendly. Office staff on the ball with insurance and offering a payment plan option. And since I travel ( truck driver) and had to leave by a certain date n time the rushed the crown for my tooth. They worked with me. I think I finally found a dentist I like and won't mind going to ( no anxiety)😊

Originally my bottom teeth were straightened out at the beginning of my braces journey. A couple months before my braces were ti be removed he bends the wire with his tools and my teeth become unaligned again! Before my braces were removed I told the dentist that my bottom tooth was still crocked. He tried to gaslight me and say it wasn’t probably because he didn’t want to deal with my braces anymore (I had braces for 6 years!!). It’s been years since that day and I’m still upset about it. They don’t care and they won’t fix their mistake. Disgusting.

Extremely disappointed with Hola Dental. After being a loyal patient for over 10 years, I was promised a cleaning without X-rays — not once, but twice. Both times I showed up to my confirmed appointment, and both times they refused to treat me unless I agreed to X-rays, despite clearly stating otherwise on the phone. This is not miscommunication — it’s a serious lack of respect and professionalism. You don’t promise a service, make someone waste their time twice, and then back out once they’re already in the chair. Unacceptable.
I’ve been a loyal patient at Hola Dental for over 10 years, but my recent experience was completely unacceptable. I scheduled a routine cleaning and clearly stated — twice — that I only wanted a cleaning with no X-rays or additional services. Both times I was told it would be fine. But after driving to the clinic and waiting for my turn, they canceled my appointment on the spot because I refused to do X-rays. Why wasn’t I told this was a requirement from the beginning? It was a total waste of my time and showed a complete lack of respect and communication. After a decade of trusting this clinic, I expected better.

I came this lousy place, cause of a toothache. BIG MISTAKE! Never got an invoice, was charged over $1000 through Sunbit plus copays and was told that everything else was covered by my insurance. Avoid this place, I took my son to get a crown, I’ve been there 3 times and they can’t get it sized correctly, now they want to charge me more money for their mistakes, not to mention that it took 20 minutes to get checked in……..avoid at all costs.

I've been getting my teeth cleaned here for a while. Everyone is so friendly and the service is spectacular! The hygienist Clarissa was especially amazing and made the teeth cleaning and X-ray process very easy. I have nothing but great things to say about this place, and I will continue to be a returning patient.

I honestly loved this place, its my first time here and they made me feel soo comfortable and welcomed...the front staff is super friendly and helpful they do help you with your dental benefits. The actual dentist is super nice and explains treatment and options in a super simple way...prices are reasonable aswell...will definitely recommend

Hola Dental(Cheyenne & Civic Center) is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. Your comfort begins with the front office team, those ladies are awesome! They're knowledgeable and kind with great vibes. Once your in the back, you'll be greeted with care while everything is explained to you in detail. The Doctor & Dental Assistant were both great. My tooth was pulled in less than 5 minutes. My appt time was 2pm, I was finished by 3pm walking out of the office. As for the pain, my level after anesthesia wore off was about a 7. At the time of me writing this review it's now over 24 hours later. I feel great with no pain just a dull ache which is to be expected. Overall, my experience with Hola Dental was great! Check them out for you or your family's dental needs.

I like Hola Dental especially because of Dr. David Ting. He is a very nice person, always smiling, always pleasant. He brightens my day when i see him. His staff is friendly as well.
