I almost want to keep this to myself but I have to give Jay the whole office staff from the front desk to the back office Everyone is so attentive and kind Dr Pepito is one of a kind I can’t say enough about his patience listening and expertise
I have seen many many drs being a senior now from Las Vegas to northern Calif including Stanford and he is one of the best Drs I have ever found!! Thank you for everyone for everything you do so well!!!!

Dr. Pepito is the reason this review is 3 stars instead of less. He is excellent, takes his time, explains everything thoroughly, and answers all of my questions. When he is with me, he makes me feel like I am his only patient that day, and I really appreciate that level of care.

The problem is the office staff and overall administration. Even though it has gotten a little better, it still feels very disorganized. There always seems to be a lot of activity, but not much actual support when it is time to check out or get help. Calling the office is extremely frustrating because they almost never answer the phone. Sometimes you may get a callback, but even that is not guaranteed.

When they moved to their new location, nobody informed me, which caused me to be late for my appointment. Thankfully they did not charge me the late fee that time, but it is frustrating that patients are held to such a strict standard when the office itself is rarely on time.

There is definitely room for improvement. If I did not like Dr. Pepito so much and already have an established medical history there, I would probably look elsewhere.

Dr achin an group - Worst doctor on prescriptions and appointments, had a follow up appointment canceled with no notification, pharmacy has tried to reach out for 3 weeks to get a refill, I call today and they state sending it to pharmacy, doesn’t sent it, out of the doctors at this practice Dr Achin conveniently doesn’t do after hours medication refills even if completely out and you call them during business hours, after hours says yeah sorry she doesn’t just go to ER for medications if urgent as she won’t take the request. Will be looking for a new Doctor immediately and if we require urgent medical attention due to refills not being sent or responded to will have legal Counsel send over for request of reimbursement due them not being on top of patient care, refills and not responding to the pharmacy for weeks or actually submitting request for refill today. Currently have the documented days the pharmacy requested with no response from practice. I’m sure many patients have experienced similar as this isn’t the first time we have unfortunately gave them another chance

Also to note if you look at reviews you see a bad one and multip right in same period either fake or asked to add to try and offset the poor true review smh clear as day covering bad review

Hope medical clinic is amazing 😍 everyday I wake up dealing with stress from my fear of all the surgeries and constant pain I Deal with 😞 I need I explained how I never had any surgeries and I'm so afraid 😞Dr Pepito is always there for me along with his Team including front Desk worker Jay whom Everytime I come he and the team works so hard to help treat everyone This clinic is Absolutely Amazing and I love them all I recommend A+ ❤️👍S wilson

Dr. Achin is one of the best! I go to VA for some care, but so hard to see anyone at VA and you feel like a number at VA. At Hope medical, you feel like family. From Jay at the desk to Dr. Achin they remember your name and your conditions and try to solve your issues not just make you feel better. New update: they just added followmyhealth service. You can log in see results and message Dr. ,simular to VAhealth. They take tricare if your a vet besides medicare.
