I think it's important to be comfortable with your doctor, that's how you know that it a good fit. He really listens when I speak and doesn't try to interject until I'm though. Stay away from P3, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Do not go there or any other P3 office.

They sent me to the wrong lab and now I have a $1000 bill cause of their mistake. I've tried speaking with the case manager Amanda, and have left countless messages. In 6 weeks, no one has ever been able to return a call. They tell you they will call you before the end of the day, yet I'm still waiting for a return call after 6 weeks, multiple trips to the office, and who knows how many phone calls.

This place is horrible. DO NOT be a patient here. I’m a new patient but definitely will not come back. My primary nurse named practitioner named Maria is terrible. She didn’t take time to listen to my concern. She didn’t even look at my health record. On top of that the front desk doesn’t seem to know what they doing. Everyone here has been exceptional. Just when I had lost all hope in finding a medical practice that cared for ME, I found P3. I love the patient portal! If I have a question, I add it there, and I've received prompt messages back. I've got almost all of my family switched to P3. One of my sons needed to get in ASAP to get a referral; I called Jackie and 3 days later he was seen, referral in hand (now if we could get that kind of patient service with the neurologist he needs to see). I would prefer to get my prescriptions filled for 1 year at a time, but every 6 months isn't horrible, and maybe I should see the Dr more than 1 time a year. I am thrilled to have found P3 when I did. My only hope is they don't get too big that they lose the patient services they currently provide.

First off, you go in for a physical exam then they make you return for your results. For me the second visit cost me $125 out of pocket and now six months later they are holding my prescription refill hostage unless I go back to see the dr. Which would cost me another $125 out of pocket from my insurance!! My health doesn’t mean anything to them, Find another provider

Stay away from P3! They take peoples money claiming to insure medical care but refuse to provide necessary medical treatment. We've been waiting almost 2 months to see a cardiothoracic surgeon to save my brothers life but here we are still waiting. They say theres no surgeons in the network so if you need lifesaving care, you're going to die waiting. Do some investigating before getting involved with P3 because they have a horrible, well deserved reputation and the last thing anybody wants is to have to deal with a terrible company when you need medical help!

Although ladies at the front is nice, I don’t recommend this health establishment to anyone. They cancelled my first appointment being 13 min late, coming second time they tried to cancel it again for 5 min late, after asking nicely that I won’t spend much time with doctor Maria, they made me wait 49 min to see the doctor. They can make you wait forever but they would cancel your appointment for being 5 min late.

I would have given P3 Medical at Summerlin a NO star if I could. This place has gone down. Benn there for over 8 years and over the last few years it so much worse. Getting an appointment takes months. I tore my meniscus and was on crutches and called for an appointment and I got their next available which was 7 weeks out. And this is only one example. They show NO consideration or for those they treat! I will never go back

I've been going to p3 for over a year now, and was being seen by Julia Navalta. I just called to schedule an appointment and was told that Julia is leaving on the 28th and no other providers there accept my insurance. I NEVER received a letter or anything, and am now scrambling to find a new primary care provider. I cannot believe this. Horrible service. I have asthma, and am having adverse affects from the covid vaccine and can't even go see my primary care provider?! Thanks P3!

i have not been to the doctor in this location in awhile. It already is tough enough getting the nerve to go however dealing with staff issues is even worse and delays my want to go. When call they are short and have little to no customer service skills. Instead of a warm and inviting let me take care of you type of demeanor. Sadly the doctors in the office are getting the worst of it, especially if nobody wants to deal with stafff on phone. Then I have think if i need a stuff (ie: referral, rx fill, or questions about my care). I wouldn't call this office at all for that. Needs a major overhaul of staff, as this was to be a promising new beginning for me and my health. However, i am already looking to change doctors (soley due to staff that works at this location).

I had an appointment this morning for 8:45am and I got lost trying to find the place , I Informed the front office my reason for being late and they acted as if they ididnt care and I was the only person in the office and I still had to reschedule and this was for medicine for my blood pressure and then I was Informed that the next avaiable appointment wasn't until the middle of March, anything could happen between now and then so I left so I could find me another doctor so now I'm in search once again for a primary care physician
