I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Singh and his entire staff at Las Vegas Lung & Sleep Association. Dr. Singh is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough—he truly takes the time to listen and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I felt genuinely cared for from the moment I walked in.
The staff is just as impressive: friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make the visit smooth and comfortable. Their kindness and efficiency made a huge difference, and I never felt rushed or overlooked.
I’m very grateful for the exceptional care I received and highly recommend Dr. Singh and his team to anyone looking for outstanding lung or sleep-related care.

⚠️ PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS before visiting any business entity, as other people’s experiences can save you from unnecessary stress and frustration.
My experience with this organization reflects the highest level of unprofessionalism I’ve ever encountered. I’m going to divide this review into sections for easier reading.
1. BILLING ISSUES & LACK OF TRANSPARENCY
I was referred here by my primary care physician solely for a prescription. I did not do any tests or check-ups here everything was completed by my physician. This clinic’s only role was to prescribe my medication, which I had sent to a different pharmacy (not theirs).
Despite this, the clinic billed me $230, even though I have good health insurance. When I called to request an itemized bill, I was told repeatedly that they “can’t get hold of the billing department” and that someone would reach out to me. Instead of clarification, I later noticed an additional $55 charge, bringing the total to $285.
When I called again to follow up, the receptionist, the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with, rudely shouted, “IF YOU VISIT A HOSPITAL YOU NEED TO PAY AND STOP DISTURBING US.” I told her I was not looking for a free treatment, I only wanted to know a breakdown of what I'm paying for
At that point, I was exhausted by their disrespect and lack of professionalism, so I went ahead and made the payment without ever receiving an itemized bill or understanding what I was charged for.
2. UNNECESSARY VISITS & QUESTIONABLE CHARGES
A week or two later, the doctor called me back in. I didn’t know why, but I went. She said she had made a mistake with my prescription and needed to correct it. I told her this could’ve been done over the phone since I wasn’t sick.
Then the receptionist demanded $55 for that visit, which I believe was the mysterious extra charge. This is a TOTAL SCAM.
They even called me again for a third time, but I told them I had already left town.
3. REQUEST FOR CLEARANCE LETTER & EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM
After completing my treatment, I contacted the clinic to request a clearance letter, and this is the main reason for my review. The rude and arrogant receptionist kept going back and forth with me, so I reached out directly to the doctor via text.
I explained everything from the billing issues, to the clearance letter request to how disrespectfully the receptionist had treated me, including ignoring my calls. The doctor responded, assuring me she would handle it and that I shouldn’t worry.
Shortly after, the receptionist called me, yelling, saying, “DON’T BOTHER TEXTING THE DOCTOR BECAUSE SHE FORWARDS EVERY TEXT TO ME,” and then hung up. A week later, they emailed me what they claimed was a “clearance letter,” but it turned out to be my medical record, sent unencrypted, a serious HIPAA violation.
When I told them that a medical record is not a clearance letter, and I even sent them samples of CDC-required clearance letters, the doctor told me to “reach out to the receptionist” to handle it. I couldn’t believe it. How could the receptionist handle a medical clearance letter when she wasn’t the one who prescribed the medication?
Eventually, the receptionist told me that since I was no longer in Vegas, I should find a doctor to request the clearance letter. I went through the stress of getting another doctor to contact them, and guess what? They sent the same medical record again, claiming they “DON’T GIVE CLEARANCE LETTERS” and that I should “LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR TO GIVE ME ONE.”
For context: Per CDC requirements, only the doctor who prescribed the medication can issue a clearance letter, and they are legally required to do so. This clinic's refusal to give me one clearly shows they do not understand basic medical or legal procedures. As of today, I still haven’t received my clearance letter.
To make matters worse, they mishandle patient data giving private medical records to a receptionist to send via unencrypted email. When I asked if they knew this violated HIPAA, the receptionist shockingly replied, “What is HIPAA?”

Worse customer service I have ever received. No one answers the phone. Prescriptions take days and multiple calls to get called in. The doctor tells you something for a treatment plan and does something completely different. I highly recommend not using this office.
Just wanted to edit the review so no one else will be subjected to the inept staff at this location. It is now the 25th and I still do not have my prescription to help me breathe. My original date of service was the 8th. You will die before you get help from this place. Please be careful if you use this office. It feels Like no one has a care in the world about the patient. I feel if it was the doctor’s family or friend this would have been taken care of the same day.

Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable and one who cares about the well being of his patients. He got my diagnostic testing done to ensure that my lungs are working properly, and prescribed me medications needed for my bronchitis. He really helped me breathe better, especially with the vegas weather and air.
