By far, the BEST dental office I have ever been to. I called to make an appointment because I had a really bad toothache & they got me in the SAME DAY! Dr. Marquez, Steven & Laura made me feel extremely comfortable because I get really bad anxiety going to the dentist. They made me laugh, filled my cavities (Yes. Multiple. That’s what I get for avoiding the dentist) They cleaned me up & got me in and out of there within an hour & a half. 10/10 experience. You guys definitely have a patient for life!

This is both the most fun, most dedicated, and most ethical dental practice I’ve ever been to in my 53 years walking God’s good earth.

The staff are kind and funny as well as professional and quick. Appointments start on time. And Dr Nabi and the other doctors really take their time with exams and explanations and suggestions. You feel safe and cared for.

This is also the only dental clinic I’ve been to that explains what everything costs BEFORE they do anything—and by explain, I mean show you on a big screen all of the line items and the cash prices for your services, what insurance will pay if you do have insurance, and what your personal amounts are after insurance. I was blown away by the totally ethical and proactive transparency.

So five stars and I would give it 7 if I could. Plus shouts out to Stephanie and Steven as well as Dr Nabi.

My dentist is very approachable, thorough, and takes the time to explain things and make me feel completely at ease. I have been going to Horizon Ridge Modern Dentistry for 2 years… with the help of their/my hygienist Josselyn we have turned my ‘hereditary gum disease’ into healthy gums! Josselyn is THE BEST hygienist I’ve ever had… she is so gentle but thorough with her cleanings. I can’t recommend her enough. My experience thus far has been exceptional. I have had horrific experience throughout my lifetime to where I hated with a passion to come to the dentist , but I will say coming here and the procedure I had to endure I would do it over and over again. The pain , the discomfort was non existent. That experience alone makes me want to maintain my oral health. I just moved to Henderson and needed a dentist. What initially attracted me to Horizon Ridge Modern Dentistry was the welcoming and kind conversation wotj Kiki. I searched for new provider and I found a great one called Horizon Ridge. The receptionist Kiki was extremely nice to me and made me feel very comfortable.
Then I met Laura, she took x-rays on my teeth, she went above and beyond, doing more than I expected. She was also very friendly, polite always she explaining what she was going to do.
Next, I saw Dr. Marquez. He was very professional, very nice and had a great sense of humor. He thoroughly examined my teeth, one by one and at the end he told me the three treatment items I needed to get done. He also mentioned that the treatments could all be done in one day. He also answer all my questions!
Then I got see Kiki, who explained all costs and what my insurance would cover. She explained everything so that I easily understood. I was very happy with the out of pocket costs, as they were very reasonable. Also, she didn't pressure me when to get this done. When I provided her the dates I wanted the work done, she replied no problem!
I was also surprised when they showed me that they have a website for their clients. On the website, you are able to see your entire dental history, to include your dental exams, dental treatments, etc.
I’m so happy with this dental office, I highly recommend them, and I look forward to going back again.

Just hours after getting out of doctor Christian Marquez DMD dental chair. There are not enough stars to rate the services I recived from him and his assistant Jeannine (sp?) I started with a split molar down to the gum line, and various other dental issues. I had a complete service and all my problems resolved in the most painless, efficient, manner possible, extractions were flawless, zero pain, He is attentive, responsive, extremely professional in this field. I went in with several dental issues that needed to be addressed and some fear attached to it. Each time I return, I feel more confident and comfortable. This review is for a FANTASTIC experience at Horizon Ridge Modern Dentistry. Dr. Christian Marquez worked with my mother, who is now 87 years young. She needed a crown replacement and could not have received better care anywhere. From Brianne in the front office (she is amazing), Steven the dental assistant who is kind & caring, and Dr. Marquez, who preformed the work in a professional, yet truly compassionate manner. This entire procedure, including the crown being made on-site, took approximately 90 minutes total.

I had to get my bridge replaced. The assistants and Dr. Marquez were diligent throughout the whole process. I'm grateful how they never gave up, even though it was a tricky process to get the temporary and permanent bridge fitted.

From my experience, Dr. Marquez can be a bit hasty and heavy-handed at times. I'm sure it's a very busy location, but double checking certain points before moving on would likely have helped the fitting move more smoothly, and my gums to not get so agitated during.

I'm pleased with the results though and I'm grateful to everyone involved for their help. Oral health is so important and I hope they recognize the magnitude of their work.

I had not been to the dentist in years because of bad experiences I have had in the past. I was recommended to this office by a colleague after having tooth pain. When I called they booked me right away as an emergency visit even though I wasn't their patient yet. The office staff helped facilitate things so my insurance covered procedures. The entire staff showed me kindness and understanding every step of the way and they were able to relieve my pain. I am so thankful that I am able to continue my dental care journey because I found a great place that was flexible in working with me with what my teeth look like right now as well as financially in helping me set up an affordable payment plan.

Extremely pleased with staff and dentist! Joss (dental hygienist) is always thorough in getting every spot extremely clean. She takes her time and explains better methods in taking care of my gums and teeth better. I saw Dr Marquez (Dentist) for the first time today and have now made him my “go-to” dentist; he’s friendly and gets to the point of what is needed, not needed, and what to keep and eye on. No sale-sy. I really appreciate the honesty at this dentist location. Also, Jeanette is the best! - she did my X-ray (first time ever was not painful), and she makes u feel comfortable. This man is truly in the right field. He always makes you feel so welcome, all he wants is for his patients to leave happy with a smile and no pain. He cares about his patients, even making the comment to me today, he was glad I moved up my appointment, so he could spend a little bit more time with me, as I was having my dentures adjusted.
I can’t say enough good things about Horizon Ridge modern dentistry. Everyone is top-notch. In all my years in the medical field, I’ve never felt so welcomed anywhere as I have here.

You are always greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Amanda at the front desk when she is there. She is knowledgeable of your appointments and billing information, offers helpful tips both before and after oral surgery, and stays on top of your appointment reminders. It is always a pleasure to get to talk to her every time. During the X-Rays, Jessie was very kind and always ensured I was comfortable. My original hygienist was Sharlene. Although she is no longer there, she deserves appreciation because she contributed to the reason why I returned. She took care of me and cleaned my teeth with great attention to detail. She was considerate of any sensitive gum areas by always making sure I was comfortable. Her explanation of each step was thorough and informed me about any expected discomfort. She takes the time to notice whenever I was experiencing any discomfort and adjusted accordingly to prevent further pain. With that said, I had Josselyn for my second cleaning. She also mirrored a lot of the same qualities as my previous hygienist. She answered my questions, provided helpful at-home care tips, and communicated clear directions, which I appreciated. My dentist, Dr. Marquez, was informative, easy to talk to, and made the visit as simple and comfortable as possible. Dr. Lee, the oral surgeon, performed my wisdom tooth extraction and bone graft, and did an excellent job. The procedure went smoothly, and the recovery was much easier than expected. Overall, a wonderful, caring, and safe experience.

Warning! This place is a cash grab and has unethical management.

I was told by the office manager Amanda that if I completed a positive google review, I could spin a wheel for discounts on my dental work. I filled out the review and spun the wheel and was refused what I won by Amanda. I thinknit was related to my telling her I wanted a 2nd opinion as well as my xrays and that's when her demeanor changed. She said I didnt qualify for the gift after completing a Google review, and didnt offer me anything else.

Dr V was not friendly in any way and recommended procedures and dental work I didn't need at almost $8,000!!!

Do not waste your time or money or reviews for this shady practice. This place is a scam.

The ONLY saving grace is the hygienist Josselyn. She was amazing, kind, and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth.

I want to warn everyone because I dont appreciate them trying to take advantage of me.
Im so thankful I found an honest dentist who hasn't tried to take financial advantage of me or asked me to fill out a google review. Shady practices, shady office. Theres a reason they need people to fill out positive Google reviews and try to bribe people but but never follow through.

My son and I have been coming here on a regular basis for a few years when they first opened up with Dr Yip, now at our last appointment today a simple cleaning and x-ray was going to be billed at almost $500 if we didn’t purchase a dental plan for $149, outrageous!
