Originally left a good review about my experience in general but once Dr. gutierrez left (found her at quality dental on Jones) I wanted to switch dentist offices because the dentist that they have is nice but he works fast and did an awful job on my front tooth. I tried to get my dental records and OMG its been close to a month. The office manager is not managing the office clearly. It’s a very simple task to send me my records through an email. Something I can sign off and all they keep telling me is that they’re gonna let her know but I dont get an email or a call from her. Super irritating. At this point the hygienist Crystal is the only positive about this office.

I can’t say enough great things about Hospitality Dental. From start to finish, the entire experience has been absolutely top tier. They deserve a 10 STAR REVIEW!

A huge shoutout to Vicki, the office manager—she is truly exceptional. She handled all of my insurance questions with total accuracy and genuine care, making what can usually be a stressful process feel seamless and easy.

Dr. Pat is hands down one of the most gentle dentists I’ve ever encountered. I had a root canal along with several crowns done over multiple visits, and I was honestly amazed at how minimal the pain was throughout the entire process. His skill, patience, and attention to detail really set him apart.

The entire staff is professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their patients.

I will never go to another dental office as long as I live in Las Vegas. If you’re looking for a dental team you can trust, this is the place.

I went to get fillings, I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years but the office staff was so nice. VICKIE in the front was a gem, absolutely one of the most kindest and caring front desk person ever. I loved them so much I brought my son back to get a check up, Dr Pat did so great with me and my son and his assistants Gali and Kris, they all knew exactly what we needed. Crystal was so sweet too, she gave us some expert advice on how to keep our teeth clean. They expressed such empathy and kindness to us, 5 stars, good people and excellent work.

Really disappointed in this office. I did love them here before, but then I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday and I even received a confirmation call and text. Then my appointment was canceled for no reason. I called and asked why and they couldn’t give me an answer and refused to reschedule me. I continued to ask why and they just put me on hold for over 15 minutes and then just said they couldn’t see me there anymore and gave me no reason. I was really sad about this.

Everyone here is super kind, I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to get into my appointment, and the prices are reasonable. Before coming to them, I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years and everyone has been super compassionate and accommodating, working with my insurance and staging the dental work to get the most bang for my buck. Had a crown placed and the tooth looks beautiful and feels great.

I have been cleaning my teeth here for few times now.. service is good and professional.
Every time I come in, they try to sell me different services I don't need.
Yesterday I came in for a scheduled cleaning appointment and was REFUSED my cleaning appointment unless I will also do X-ray
and some other unnecessary costly things.
(My teeth are in excellent shape)

Be aware of these crooks.
Don't let them up sell you stuff you don't need !

Hospitality Dental located on the Southwest Corner of Trop and Durango directly across from Spanish Trail is exceptional! From initial contact to making an appointment, first visit, and first treatment the process is seamless and Dental Work is superior. I’m in my eighties and have had many dentists throughout the years. I can say without hesitation this office is among the very best I’ve ever experienced. After years of service I was totally misled by an inaccurate quote and referral to AXIOM implant facility (who happens to own hospitality dental) that ended up costing me more than $1400 than it was quoted for the work. Extra charges were revealed after work began- after implant. BTW, exact same services and same materials were MORE than $600 less expensive at Vegas Dental Experts and they provide great and accurate quotes and service.

Honestly I have always hated the dentist. I always felt like I was getting ripped off, it took forever, and I always left in more pain than before I came in. I can say I no longer feel this way. After going here and visiting with Dr. G and Crystal my opinion is forever changed. They made the entire experience pain free and actually enjoyable. They explain everything in detail to you and really take the time to answer any questions you have. Crystal constantly checked on me during both of my deep cleanings to make sure I was doing okay and she kept me smiling and laughing the whole time. She’s so bubbly and kind that I don’t ever want a different hygienist. She’s outstanding. I feel better than ever about my teeth. The entire staff, including the girls at the front desk, are awesome and sweet. I 10/10 would recommend Hospitality Dental.

The staff is really professional and friendly. Dr. Gutierrez is bilingual and explained to me what was going on with my teeth in a way I could understand. Crystal Foster is an awesome hygienist! She cleaned my teeth smoothly and taught me how to correctly brush my teeth. They also have an advance technology tools. Most importantly Miss. Foster have the option to clean your teeth with non-fluoride paste, which was really excited for me. I totally recommend it!

After my wife had a terrible and long experience having a common dental procedure performed at another dentist, I anticipated a grueling and expensive process. Happily, Hospitality Dental lived up to their name and made it simple from day one. I hadn't been to the dentist in 30 years, so I didn't know anything about the process at all. At first, I was actually suspicious when I walked into such a welcoming environment. Everyone answered my questions with a smile and really projected a positive environment. It was all very efficient and everyone was obviously very competent and experienced. After my exam, they patiently discussed the costs and the options available to me without any pressure.
They are quite a distance from my house, but I couldn't have made a better choice. I have already recommended them to my co-workers and am very happy to find a dental team who doesn't just treat me like a walking wallet. Thanks, Hospitality Dental!
