I had Lymphadema for three years and have been to 2 other locations for treatment. IHW is the best care I got. Mickie and her staff are very knowledgeable and care about there patience.

This place is a serious disaster. Their office staff is entirely incompetent and slow. It took them well over a week to “verify” my benefits and they reported back that PT is not covered. It is covered by my policy - I called myself - and they’re in network. They told me to go somewhere else. The office manager lacks professionalism and any understanding of customer service. I almost wonder if the place isn’t even a legitimate clinic.

Derek is amazing!! My experience with the integrated health and wellness center is different from any other physical Therapy center I’ve visited. They don’t just greet you at the door and then put you on a bike or a treadmill. Derek works with me. One on one for 30 or more minutes every single time that I’m there working to break down tight or sore muscles teaching me exercise exercises in a one-on-one session that will help me strengthen my problem areas. He and the entire team are amazing!

This is my second time using the services that Integrated Health and Wellness Center for various physical complaints. I was referred by my Primary Care physician. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They connect well with their patients. My physical therapist, Derek is always concerned about the quality of the services that I receive, how I feel after treatment and is never critical when I tell him that I skipped my workout. I feel confident in the progress that we are making to improve my mobility. I love this place! It makes therapy enjoyable, even when it feels physically uncomfortable.

Derek and Mickey are the business! I can’t express enough gratitude. They gave me hope and help me continue getting stronger. I was having lymphatic issues and was accepting some pain within my body as normal. They helped assess and care for my lymphatic issues seamlessly and also address other systemic issues within my body that I was living with.

I’ve also had work with Cece and another practitioner whose name escapes me now. All EXCELLENT!

I love fitness I go to Alpha classes twice a day and never did they tell me not to go! They facilitate strong health and not giving up on your body and life.
