Good morning my appointment was at approximately 8:00 a.m. I get in exactly 8:00am they took me right away very awesome services I would recommend service to anyone their customer service is very awesome very understanding and good communication. The working staff is amazing you feel like you're at home when you walk in the building. The dentist management is very explanatory of all the treatments that needs to be done if as needed. Dr.Rana was a great dentist to my family, My 70 year old mother and my husband who i take to every appointment I thank the old team for that. The staff changed its not the same people. It's quite possible you can find a better office as the doctor that opened this office rarely works here anymore. I've never had this experience before at this office or any other dental offices in the past. I was here for my bi-annual teeth cleaning and left feeling like I was cheated for what was accomplished. Maybe because my regular hygienist called in sick but the substitute that assisted me seemed to be an amateur at best. I've never had a cleaning where they polish your teeth before manually scraping dental plaque from my teeth or had to wipe water from a leaking water syringe as many times as I had.
I would definitely suggest you heed my warning about going to this office as I am no longer going to go to this office for any dental procedures.

Image dental has turned into a place I will not be going to again. 1: Adriana (that answers the phones) is very rude. She got upset when I cut her off as she was speaking just so I could ask a simple question question before I forgot. Not cool. 2: Doctor Gisselle for some strange reason thought I was being disrespectful to her. She apologized because as she said “she didn’t take her meds and had to take them to feel good/ feel better”. I don’t feel safe with a dentist thinking I’m saying anything bad to her then she have to fix my mouth? Not cool and I’m good. 3: I was giving a day to come in that I didn’t plan with anyone there. 4: I got charged for dental work that I didn’t have done and now I have a bill to dispute with care credit. It’s too much for me and I’ll take my little bit of money and time somewhere else. This place is falling off bad.

My experience with Image Dental was nothing short of amazing! When I walked into the Sahara location (lv nv) I was greeted by Claudia. She was so warm and welcoming....I felt an immediate connection. She was very professional and made sure to understand and answer all my questions! I brought my grandma in and helped translate for her since she doesn’t speak English. The staff was noticeably impatient, seemed irritated by us, and kept interrupting us while we were trying to communicate. It made the entire visit feel unwelcoming.

Coming into the practice, you greeted by the front office staff that is phenomenal. The dentist are very nice and thorough. The x-rays were thorough and the tooth cleaning was done by the dental hygienist who was absolutely awesome. I had a horrible tooth ache and Dr. G agreed to take me as a walk in. From the second I walked in, I was blown away by the staff. Mariela was kind and sweet and helped me check in without any hassle. Danelle explained all the fees and what insurance would and wouldn’t cover. She was super knowledgeable. Jeanette put together my treatment plan but what she really needs is a microphone and a record deal because that one can sang! The assistants were out of this world too. Reem assisted with my extraction but Lilliana stopped by to check on me and see if I was doing ok. Those ladies were absolutely amazing, but the star of the show was Dr. G! When she got me numb, I barely even felt her. Very soft touch. Very gentle. I figured Dr. G might have a little trouble getting the tooth out because… let’s be honest… she’s a younger doctor and she’s thin as can be. She reminds me of that singer Olivia Dean. Don’t let all that fool you guys. Dr. G straight manhandled that tooth. She got it out so fast that I was in shock. For being as petite as she is, she’s got some real muscles. Before I knew it, boom boom pow… it was out! Such a sweet lady. I would tell anyone that will listen, see Dr. G! She’ll get the job done! Hands down, I will be back. ​I am writing to express my absolute disgust with the "service"—or lack thereof—I received at your office today. I arrived promptly for my 10:00 AM appointment, only to be told that the dentist was "busy," as if my time is somehow less valuable than yours.
​What followed was a masterclass in incompetence. I sat in your waiting room and watched multiple individuals walk in well after me and be ushered straight to the back. When I challenged your staff on this, I was met with the pathetic, scripted excuse that you were "preparing" for me. Apparently, "preparing" is code for "ignoring the person who actually showed up on time."
​After another 10 minutes of being treated like an afterthought, I walked out.
​Your inability to manage a basic schedule is an insult to your patients. If you cannot respect a simple appointment time, you shouldn't be in business. Don’t go to this facility . The front staff hear what they want to hear . I went for a deep cleaning and tooth extraction . After cleaning one side I clearly stated I wanted only the other side cleaned and the tooth that’s killing me extracted the lady billed and charged me an additional 738. Dollars for services I did not ask for . I signed the sheet trusting she did what I asked her to do. I get home and noticed the 738 additional charge this was on 3/2. To this very exact day I still do not have my money back . I notified them on 3/5 no refund canceled my additional cleaning and tooth extraction due to not trusting this facility and still no refund . I will now be contacting my attorney to get my money back for services that never happened ! Don’t go here especially if you have an issue because they made my issue a bigger issue ! No one has time for this . Also reporting this facility . This is unprofessional . I have never experienced such horrible service from a dental office ! Now it’s over 800 dollars that they just seem to think it’s okay to keep people money . When you make a mistake fix it ! It’s simple not here at not ! Do not go here ! Not worth the hassle !

First things first, my mouth is a mess, no two ways about it. This team was very kind, understanding and helpful throughout my first visit.

Will was awesome, immediately putting me at ease with a smile, positivity and some funny banter. He was very thorough in the x-ray process, ensuring I wasn’t uncomfortable in any way, and only having to retake a couple overall, which was impressive!

Tina was also amazing in coming in to help finish the exam and start temporary treatment, really going above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and confident with my smile before I left, and protected until I am able to come back. I can’t stress enough how pleased I am with her kindness and dedication to me as a patient.

Dr. Kapel explained my options in detail, and stressed the importance of long-term health over short-term fixes. Always greatly appreciated!

Rosa was also very helpful in wrapping up everything and explaining my payment options going forward.

From the moment we got there it seemed like it was a complete money grab. They did x-rays on my daughter and said she needed three root canals! No other options. The moment that I said that I needed to think about root canals, the dentist left the room almost immediately. I asked them if they were going to do the cleaning, and they said no that they would have to schedule another time for it. They quoted me over $19,000!! I am writing this review so others are aware of what can happen at Image Dental on Sahara in Las Vegas. This office has been around for a long time, and I suspect many patients may be reluctant to speak up—but my experience was far below acceptable standards and needs to be shared.

I originally visited this dental office years ago and had a good experience with a different dentist. In October of last year, I received a “Happy Birthday” email from the office and decided to return, even though I had been seeing another dentist closer to home.

Visit 1

I scheduled a visit only for a routine cleaning. They took several X-rays, which was fine, but afterward a young doctor came in and recommended a mouth guard. I declined. Despite my request for a cleaning, no cleaning was done, and I was told to come back another day.

Visit 2

There was no doctor present. A young hygienist began cleaning my teeth but stopped after completing only half of my mouth. She then informed me that someone else would come in to measure me for a mouth guard—again, after I had clearly said NO. When I refused once more, she told me to come back another day to clean the other half of my mouth.

I asked about polishing and the rest of the standard cleaning process and was told, “That will be done later.” Half a mouth? I was stunned.

Visit 3

A week later, I returned. The same hygienist worked on the same side of my mouth again, with no additional procedures. I was then told to come back in three months to clean the other side of my mouth. When I asked why this was being done in steps, I was told, “This is normal.”

I was polite, but honestly shocked.

What You Need to Know

I am not a young or inexperienced patient, and I have never in my life heard of a routine dental cleaning being done in fractions over months. This approach feels like a complete waste of time, insurance money, and patient trust.

Half-mouth cleanings spread over months

No doctor present after the first visit

Repeated pressure for unnecessary add-ons

Incomplete and unprofessional care

This was not proper dental service. It felt like a system designed to maximize visits rather than provide care. The half of my mouth that was cleaned wasn’t even done thoroughly.

I strongly advise anyone considering this office to save your time, money, and frustration and find another dentist. Dental cleanings are not supposed to be done “little by little” throughout the year. Image dental is the only dentistry office I would ever trust. I would need pages to tell everybody how much Dr DeVore has help ed all my dental issues. Their staff is above and beyond professional n friendly.
I get my dentistry done by Dr dvor and my teeth cleaning by Simone and sometimes Michelle has to check out my X-rays when Dr DeVore is not there They go above and beyond to assure you the best service ever. Five stars isn't enough A+ isn't enough. Remember nereva They also offer dental insurance which helps out a lot For I am insured with an insurance company that does not cover this dentist office and yet I still have no problem paying out of pocket and using their insurance. Highly highly highly recommend

I would give it a five but seems like the new administration staff are not as friendly as the previous team. Usually I never had a bad experience there but when trying to schedule my daughter next appointment for fillings the lady was kind of rude. Hopefully this is a one off.

While visiting Las Vegas, I found the need for some emergency dental work. They bent over backwards to fit me in...on a blooming Saturday...what? They were as friendly as can be while getting superb service and the cost was much less than I was expecting. I went to this dentist as I have recently relocated from Oregon. I was in great pain and needed a root canal due to a fractured tooth from grinding my teeth and stress. Image gentle saw me as quickly as possible, and started the work Root Canals take time and I had read where someone was disappointed that they couldn’t be seen the next day. That’s not the process of a root canal. I’m returning to the medical field as a medical provider and I also read some comments that people did not appreciate the doctors affect. My question to you is do you want really good service where the treatment is excellent or do you just want a jovial medical provider? most specialists and physicians that specialize have that demeanor for a reason that’s why they’re attracted to that specialization. That’s what I want. I want professional professionalism. I don’t need an extravagant personality. Also consider the culture, so in my experience with this company I prefer expert dental service and quality work done on my dental issues and with image dental that’s what you receive. The staff is friendly, inviting, and welcoming. I highly recommend image, dental and orthodontics. Five Stars ⭐️

I’m not one to leave bad reviews — I usually prefer to say nothing at all. But this experience has stayed with me.

I was in Las Vegas for work and had a serious tooth issue that left me in a lot of pain. My insurance company referred me to this office as an in-network provider, and I was thankful they could see me quickly. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, and the dental tech who worked with me was one of the most compassionate and caring individuals I’ve ever met. He went out of his way to make me comfortable and showed genuine concern for what I was going through.

The doctor, however, left me feeling hurt and disappointed. She explained that I needed a root canal, but since I was flying home the next day, she could only do a temporary cap. Unfortunately, the cost after insurance was more than I could afford at the time. I completely understand that finances can complicate care, but I was still in pain and doing my best to find a solution.

When I explained that I couldn’t move forward with the procedure, the doctor said directly to me, “I thought you were in pain — just use the prescriptions then.” That comment caught me off guard and left me feeling judged rather than helped. I wasn’t looking for sympathy — I just needed compassion and understanding in a really difficult moment.

The staff and tech were absolutely wonderful, and I truly appreciate how they treated me. I just wish that same level of empathy had come from the doctor as well.
