I had a great experience with Dr. Ha and wanted to recognize his professionalism and expertise. As a realtor in Las Vegas, I especially appreciate when someone takes the time to educate and make sure I truly understand what’s going on—and that’s exactly what Dr. Ha did.
I’ve always had 20/20 vision, so noticing changes in my eyesight in my 40s was concerning. Dr. Ha patiently explained how prediabetes can affect eye health and made sure I left with a clear understanding of what to watch for and how to protect my vision.

Dr Susie and Jennifer, nuff said, I hate going to any type of Dr, but these two make it bearable and almost fun.... Jennifer has a LOT of energy... like alot alot of energy, and Dr Le rocks, still pleasant even when she is scolding you..... I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone... easy to get into and took care of my issue on an hour, called at 9 am, appt at 130, out the door new glassed at 215... cant ask for more.... thank you....

So I had an emergency broken glasses that needed to be fixed. Jenifer the Manager came to the rescue!! Super professional and took her 5 minutes if not less to fix my glasses!! Highly recommended!!

The front desk girls charged my card twice because they're not trained well enough to give their customers the right prices. This is essential to any business to know how much you are charging the patients. The first person looked at a blue book 3 times before she charged me. Then, she asked another person who acted like she knew everything and found out she needed to charge me more! This is unacceptable and they need to train their front desk better! This was my mother's initial appointment and they already failed on first impressions!

Came in for my normal eye exam, asked about what I could do as I was getting headaches driving home staring into the sun. Dr. Let me know I could get darker lenses that are prescription/polarized for my sunglasses, I was like cool let’s do it. Gave them glasses so they could order lenses. After ordering the lenses right when I went outside, put them on, I knew right away they were not as dark as the original lenses on my sunglasses. Brought them back in right away and the assistant at the desk said they could try getting something darker, but it would take awhile. They had them for another week and gave me a call saying they couldn’t make them darker so I told them I’d rather just have the original lenses in them so they could be darker. Came to pick them up, let them know my name, they game me my glasses with the original lenses back in them, then… me staring there in silence waiting for a refund for the glasses. Until I had to ask them what about the refund for 200$ I spent on the lenses that you guys said would be darker but were not. She told me she could refund it but that they would no longer be able to do business with me because those were custom lenses. Like seriously? Because you guys told me the lenses would be darker and they weren’t, that is my fault that you could not provide the service to the extent that you offered? Alright, there are plenty of other eye doctors out there, looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

arrived in Vegas friday 17th May 2024. Saturday morning my wifes lense fell out of her glasses. We found Image eye care and Jennifer was kind enough to put a new screw in to hold the lense back in. Very appreciated. Kind regards from Sandra from Australia.

Unfortunately, I am not returning to this office again. I’ve been going there for years and all I wanted was for me and my 2 daughters to go in on the same day. I was unaware that there is a max of only two per family. The receptionist looked at my past appt and said you came separately from your kids in the past and also your husband. We never go in with my husband because of his crazy work schedule. Honestly, I went in separately because it’s so damn expensive to purchase glasses and contacts for all of us at once, I think I wanted to spread out the payments so I’m not paying $1000k for all 3 of us last year. And two I don’t have the capacity in my work schedule and in the girls school schedule to separate us on two different days. I ended up finding a highly rated office closer to me- whose max is 3. I wanted to see what other offices were like- I called other offices in the area just to check on their max and if not 3, they would have accommodated me. They just provided dates I could go in with the 3 of us. I hate switching docs. Crazy when you’re a loyal customer, but the flexibility of this office was not there. They obviously lost my business.

I have been coming to Image Eye Care for five years. Dr. Ha is an excellent doctor. It is very evident he cares for his patients' eye health. I appreciate how well he explains conditions and the treatment options available. I also appreciate that he doesn't try to overtreat or do any unnecessary procedures. My eye health has significantly improved since being in his care. And both locations have very nice, compassionate professionals working the front desk.

Doctor was good, helpful and knowledgeable. However, the front desk seemed new and maybe doesnt know what they are doing? Not sure who is in the wrong but asked them to send my details over to my eye laser clinic to keep my warranty and they asked the clinic to send or sign some documents for them to send my documents that I have signed and asked them to send. Pretty sure non disclosure forms require just me to sign and say I give permission to send my information to this place. But they apparently have a process for the third party clinic to have to sign that. Sounds like incompetence to me considering I have never run into this in 7 years across multiple optometrist offices. Sucks that I wont be supporting this small shop going forward.

WOW!!!!! the staff is just AMAZING HERE!!! I feel so bad over all the bad reviews. I was actually at the location when the guy said the lens kept popping out because he had an accident with the glasses because of a dog and a couch. I had an accident with my glasses too. I wish I took a picture. They warned me just like him they could break (NO WAY IN HELL WAS I GOING TO WEAR MY GLASSES LIKE THAT) so I said I understand and Jennifer went ahead and helped me.

YAY!!!!! They survived and my eyes are happy again.
Thank you to the staff for being so nice and kind to me and my family and friends. I always recommend everyone here .

They really care about the customers and give such great service even when being short staff and you see them trying to multitask to help everyone in a reasonable time.

Dr.Thomas Ha is one of the best doctors. Always booked but worth the wait. He keeps my eyes healthy and up to date with all the latest technology.

I absolutely adore Betty. I don’t run into her much but still ever so kind on the phone.

And wow Kristy!!! She goes from helping back office with the doctors (the go to for doctors it seems) but you will catch her in the front as well. Helping us adjust and picking out the perfect pair of glasses!

I’ve only met Michael over the phone but he has the kindest voice.

In no way I am giving this to the employees but because of the policy set forth by the owner or company. I have been a customer of this business before and I really loved their service and products, as I came in today to get an appointment as I am in need of glasses replaced I was met with “ sir, do you have a mask” to which I replied No I’m sorry. I don’t think I need to say more but I will not be coming back to this business, I know a private business has the freedom and right to set policy. Personally I am not going to recommend this business.

I have been going to Image Eye Care for over a decade. Today I went for an exam as I need new glasses. After the exam I picked out frames and was ready to spend over $600 on new glasses.

During the checkout process, I asked the optician to adjust the frames that I was currently wearing because they were a little loose. I purchased these frames for nearly $400 for the frames alone about two years ago at this location and intended to keep them as a backup pair for much longer. While the optician was adjusting the frames she snapped the metal, rendering the frames useless and unrepairable. I was not warned that the store would not take responsibility for this optician breaking my glasses. I was offered no satisfactory recompense for her totally breaking my glasses.

They offered me a discount on sunglasses, but I didn't want that. They offered to sell me the same frames "at cost" for $158 which I didn't need or want. I wanted my glasses replaced. They would not offer me any discount on the new frames I was picking out at all!! I received absolutely no sympathy or apology for the total lack of skill or professionalism displayed by this optician. I came in wanting a new pair of glasses and to take my old pair home in good working order. I got nothing but a broken pair of glasses. The optometrist also overheard this conversation and offered nothing. No apology, not even a single word. This is an independently owned and operated business and they willingly destroyed my property.

I am a healthcare practitioner and now I have to go to work in an ICU without a suitable pair of glasses so I can see clearly to do my job. I am justifiably outraged over the situation. Never mind the gigantic markups and borderline fraud committed by optical retailers like this on a daily basis, this is the worst display of service I have ever seen in the optical industry. I would never treat a patient's property like this. Take your business anywhere else.

Dr is VERY knowledgeable with difficult conditions and issues. Brought to my attention a few overlooked things that were “problems” I had grown used to living with due to the lack of care from prior Dr’s. My daily life is so much better and I am very thankful for the level of attention and care.

The main optician for your glasses needs is Jennifer. She is so GREAT! Always happy friendly and of course very good at helping pick out the right pair of glasses and gives EXCELLENT recommendations on my lens.

Joy helped me with my test before seeing the doctor and checking me in. She gave me directions and explained the process of each machine.

Been coming here for many years and I thought of giving them a great review to let them know how great they are as I have seen how poorly some patients have been treating them. You guys are handling everything just perfect girls even with all the Covid restrictions. Thank you I FELT SO SAFE!

Extremely disappointed in how I was treated as a loyal and long term customer. Brought in a pair of reading glasses to have the lenses modified. They broke the frames and now insist that I purchase a new pair of frames, and conveniently hide behind their clause that they are not responsible. These were not flimsy frames, they were high quality and in excellent condition; frames that I really liked btw. They did not offer up a solution or to even meet me half way, only a scripted "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do" and kept referring to their clause that protects them, but not me as the customer. In this day and age, who can afford to discard long term and loyal customers; that is exactly what they have done here. Buyer beware.

The entire staff at this location are great! Every time I call the ladies are all so polite and friendly! Jennifer assisted me in picking out my frames, didn't rush me at all. She figured out my style, showed me great options, and was so patient while I FaceTimed my brother for his opinion. Kristy she is funny, personable, and super helpful. She did my first eye test and adjusted my frames for me to make sure they fit and were comfortable on my face! Dr. Susie Le was awesome! Would highly recommend her for your eye care and just this location in general!

I received a phone call after waiting over a month to be seen by Image Eye Care in Southern Highlands, which OK, it's understandable due to COVID-19 and the circumstances surrounding the pandemic. However, due to missing an appointment back in 2017, (Life happens) and due to the Office not being able to confirm my insurance that I do have, and not being able to reach me shared with me that they will not be able to see me at all. Jennifer was rude, condescending and treated me less than human. Stating that the reason is due to not being able to verify my Insurance, (Not my fault) due to not being able to reach me (we all have lives that are being affected by the pandemic). I do not usually leave reviews; however, during times where everyone is dealing with challenging times due to the pandemic, shutdown, cutbacks, layoffs, a little bit of human kindness and empathy goes a long way. I have spent a lot of money with this business in the past and I even understand business policies; however, what I do not understand is the insensitivity of a professional health care facility that is supposed to be there to help and service the public at large. If not by being able to see and treat the individual at least show some accountability for the actions on their part and some empathy for the guest, previous patient. Human kindness and etiquette go a long way especially when you have chosen the profession you have. We have all been impacted by COVID-19 Jennifer.
