I’ve been a patient here for years and have always loved the care I’ve received. I haven’t been in quiet sometime but I called to schedule my appointment and the girl schedule isn’t me was so rude. It seems like she hates her job .. she definitely needs a training course on customer service. Please do better and hire more friendly staff!

I have been going to this womens health center for years. I loved my last doctor & the one before her. It seems every 1-2 years I get a new doctor. I am completely over that! So, I went in & spoke with the new doctor about the need to discontinue hormonal birth control due to a brain meningioma that was caused by hormonal birth control. She thought an endometrial ablation would be a good fit as I was 49 years old. I agreed but they needed me to get an ultrasound & uterine biopsy first. I went to schedule those appointments, but because this doctor is only in 1 day a week they were scheduled a month apart. I get those things done & am waiting for them to call with my surgery date & time. A month goes by & they call me to make a post opp appointment & I let them know it's been a month & I haven't even gotten a surgery date! So, I don't want to schedule a post opp appt. until I get the surgery date first. This was at the end of October another almost 2 months go by before I finally get a surgery date & it isn't until January of 2026 so I had to pay another deductable through my insurance to get this surgery because it literally took 4 months to get this procedure!!!! The doctor assures me that because of my age the ablation would be a success no more cycles & no more pain. I was in agonizing pain in my low stomach that brought on severe sciatic nerve pain every month during that time. She assured me this would go away & I would breeze through menapause & not even know it since I would no longer have periods anymore. I go in for the ablation & it didn't work!!!! Not even for one month I've had a period every month & I am still in agonizing pain & had to go back on hormonal birth control. I paid $2000 for absolutely nothing. I will NOT be returning to this womens health ever again. Sad, that for the last 10 yrs that has been my home. I will find a doctor who can actually schedule procedures in a timely manner & explain that these procedures may not work. Had I known this was going to be a failed procedure I would have opted for a complete hysterectomy. I can see by the many many horrible reviews this clinic has gone down hill over the years! These procedures aren't cheap & had I been informed that this may not work, I would have chose something that absolutely would have. It was already bad enough I waited 4 months to get it done! The doctor made her money while I remain in agony every month, no further than what I was before the procedure! Pleaseeeee do better!

As a pregnant patient, I’ve honestly felt very disappointed and frustrated with the healthcare system here in Vegas. My doctor is Dr. Breese, and I would not recommend her or Intermountain Healthcare overall. In my experience, they can be very pushy, and I’ve noticed things being added to my chart that aren’t accurate, such as vaccines I never received or being labeled “non-compliant” without any explanation.

Today, I received a call from Dr. Breese’s office (Room 310) saying my induction had already been scheduled, even though we never agreed to schedule it, we only discussed possibly doing it. That was really upsetting. On top of that, their system of automatically scheduling appointments without asking patients first is frustrating. If you’re unavailable, you’re then stuck having to call and cancel.

The appointment process itself is also inconvenient. They tell you your appointment is at 1:30 p.m. but expect you to arrive at 1:15, even though you’re already asked to pre-register. Then, even when you arrive on time, you still end up waiting because the doctor is running late.

The OB-GYN visits feel rushed and impersonal. The doctor comes in for just a couple of minutes, asks something like, “Any concerns? How’s everything?” and then leaves. When I tried to ask about incorrect information in my chart, the response I got felt dismissive and sarcastic asking if anything was wrong with the baby instead of addressing my concern.

I really regret not changing doctors sooner. If you’re reading this and considering this provider or place for baby check ups, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. You might want to consider WHASN, they provide better care. Unfortunately, it’s too late for me to switch since I’m already in my last month.

I have gone to this office 3 times and each time the front office staff members have shown me such unprofessional behavior. For example today was my ultrasound appointment, i waited an hour just for them to tell me that the tech wasnt even there and that they had forgotten to call. Another example is i had called 4 hours before i showed up at the office for a simple paper that says i am pregnant. Same exact way you get a doctors note for your job or anything. By the time i had arrived they didnt even have it ready or had even put in the request and continued to blame me for it. The OB is amazing. It is just the front desk

Our doctor was kind and we liked her, but…this office is currently very INCOMPETENT. They make you question if the people working here realize they are dealing with people’s bodies and lives.

Communication is so poor it literally resulted in unneeded surgery. Likewise, “If you have questions, call the office” is a joke as you’ll be lucky to hear anything back for 2+ weeks, (despite following up).

Techs will enter the wrong metrics, explicitly stating “it doesn’t matter”, except the results and their respective stressful alert messages are based off of those, and again, good luck getting timely clarification.

Over 40 minutes waiting for an “advisor”, we heard multiple people be charged for less than 10 minutes of delay, showing how the staff is more concerned with charging people fees- despite disregarding patient time- than delivering health care and health information. The same person essentially turned out to be a bill collector, collecting for a service not yet rendered “because that’s how it works” and saying to reach out if there were other questions, only to ignore multiple messages left later regarding those payments.

Even the doctor we liked so much had some tendencies that we want to believe were well-intentioned, but also happen to correlate with conflicting interests: encouraging procedures and tests that cost more and are not necessary or could be avoided.

In short, this office is an example of what’s wrong with our medical system and these healthcare companies.

I’m extremely disappointed with this office. I’ve given them multiple chances, but today was the last straw. I am finally writing a review on them. I called ahead to let them know I was running late, and their call service assured me that as long as I arrived within the 10-minute window, I would still be seen. I showed up within that time, only to be turned away with absolutely no empathy or understanding. It’s not just what was said, but how it was said — completely lacking compassion or professionalism. I called back afterward, and suddenly they were able to “squeeze me in.” The inconsistency and poor communication are unacceptable.

It's a rainy day, we drove 45min to get there, we trying to call to let them know we're on the way, but no answer, we arrived 7min late, and we trying explain them we traffic was, it's rain day and we called and no answer, still it didn't make sense to them, we told to get another appointment. Horrible service.

My wife's doctor sent in orders for her 37 week ultrasound at 35 weeks. Nobody called her to schedule until she was at 36.5 weeks and after the doc had to remind the office staff 3X.

On Monday, she called to confirm her appointment location and waited for 20 minutes without anyone answering. On Tuesday, her ultrasound was rescheduled on 1 hour notice. On Wednesday, they rescheduled her again!

We are now planning for her 37 week ultrasound at 38 weeks + 4 days & the day before her final doc appointment.

While rescheduling is sometimes unavoidable, it's been extremely frustrating to be rescheduled twice on short notice after a long delay & multiple billing errors.

Leanne is so caring asks all the right questions and makes sure you’re comfortable and ready for your visit. I cannot recommend this practice enough, they are amazing!

The doctor was alright, professional and made me feel at ease. But the front desk staff is rude, you feel like you’re in a government office instead of a caring clinic. If you want the patient there at 1:45 then make the appointment for 1:45. Don’t make it for 2:15 then tell me I’m late when I arrive on time. I was a couple of minutes later than that because I had to wait in line to check in. Which also wasn’t comfortable because there’s nowhere to line up. I have a busy life and your office is 20 miles from my house. What a waste of time and gas. Instead of having the test done that my doctor wants me to have, I think I’ll pass. Your bad policies create bad health.

Had an appointment booked for 10:15am , showed up on time and parked , by the time i walked inside the building it was 10:17ish am (only 2 min behind schedule due to parking) when i arrive there’s a line of about 5-6 ppl ahead of me so i waited patiently. the woman in front of me who i also walked inside with at the same time (same app time) was welcomed and told to take a seat. Once i got to the front they turned me away and said i was “late” and they had no grace period apparently it was implemented that morning in their “meeting” 😂 i expressed that i had been IN LINE waiting to be seen - same as everyone else. I decided to wait 20+ minutes because I was told that they would talk to the “provider” but never did. They ended up rescheduling me AGAIN. Disappointed with service and customer/patient care. They also don’t put any warnings in the emails/reminders about “late policy’s or grace periods” whatsoever even if you are a single minute behind apparently and they will just cancel . Horrible experience .

I'll make it short. You don't want to have them take care of your wife during pregnancy. We are both very understanding and reasonable people, but their service is down right pathetic. Try it out, try making a simple phone call to make an appointment. You can't. They don't even call you back when they say they will. After you delivery your baby, you will not be taken care of. They will not make any accommodations for you. Again, I'm keeping this short. Avoid this place. We will never return here.

Seems I have been spending allot of time at doctors' offices recently. Intermountain Healthcare Women's Clinic has just made the last four years of turmoil a misty memory. That is saying allot! The Staff, front and back office, Dr. Ceballos, Dr. Quesada and Reva most especially, top notch! Scheduling and being placed at the right offices with the right doctor was a little tough, but when I explained my problem and what had transpired Scheduling went out of their way to connect me with the right Practice and the Office manager corrected the issue right away. I appreciate their professionalism and ability to manage so many variables so well! Kudos!!

Sadly the next annual visit was not as comfortable. I will never go back to this practice. It was so sad. What a difference a year makes. Between the construction and poor customer service surrounding mask mandate protocols, it is sadly obvious how some people enjoy asserting control over someone else rather than actually acknowledging common courtesy.

The inch thick plexi glass and post covid breathing through the dusty lot made communicating challenging. Rather than realize they challenges, they merely wanted to assert their policy. They couldn't have cared less about the circumstances they created.

I was looking for the review that I posted about an hour ago so I’m gonna post another one. I’m complaining about the AI system. It is horrible. It asked you why you’re calling and when you respond, they are unresponsive because they seem to be programmed for only certain responses. Very disappointed because this is my new doctor and no one seems to know anything about the AI system or how to even contact the office if you don’t go through them which is next to impossible so that’s very scary. Especially if I am trying to reach my doctor.

Ultrasound technician (who failed to introduce herself to me at initiation of visit and was wearing her name tag backwards) refused me at the door because I asked to wait a few minutes for my husband to join, who was parking the car at the time that she came out to get me (1-2 minutes before my scheduled time). She told me I would either need to go back without him or reschedule and that there would be no way to let him join in a few minutes late because she would be busy doing her job…. This being our third and final ultrasound of our remaining twin (this pregnancy began as a twin pregnancy, with one twin miscarrying in first trimester), my husband and I cherish every moment we get to see our little one. My husband is a resident doc who has to make pleas to his attendings to be able to get time off for these visits. We respect our prenatal care and are grateful for every opportunity to know our developing child is OK and healthy.

It was honestly very disappointing that she did not even consider our circumstance or demonstrate any sort of empathy or grace… my husband and I are both healthcare workers, and we understand that there are allotted time slots for each client/patient and that documentation stresses can cause healthcare workers to feel time pressured… but we also value the humanity of medicine and realize that patients are people, each with their own set of circumstances that should not be lost in the systemization and routine of the profession. Such a shame this technician lacks in these values. From a patient perspective, it definitely made me feel less eager to attend my prenatal care visits—why would anyone want to pay a premium to be treated so poorly?

$90 Ultrasound co-pay for tech to discover baby had no heartbeat. Heartbreaking but this happens. They then had me pay an additional $25 co-pay and wait another hour and a half to see the doctor who just said I was probably having a miscarriage. Devastating news handled so poorly. Why did I have to pay twice to get my ultrasound results?? They wanted me to schedule another ultrasound for next week to confirm. I tried to do that at the front desk when checking out and the woman loudly and rudely said “Well are you still pregnant?!” I don’t know, ma’am. Probably not. Did that need to be asked this way? I’m just finding out difficult news and doing what the doctor told me. She couldn’t find anything about scheduling another ultrasound on my account so I had to wait longer. At this point I’m fighting back tears. I wanted this baby and having this all handled in such a callous and uncaring way was getting to me. I had to leave to go cry somewhere private. Got a voicemail later saying they finally got the information to schedule my miscarriage confirmation ultrasound and additional appointment (because remember, the results don’t come with the ultrasound charge). Tried to call the number given to make an appointment and the woman on the line took my information and asked “who told me to call here.” Like what??? The women’s clinic told me. YOU told me to call here. I still don’t have an appointment.

Excellent experience at this office and with Dr. Sonia Ceballos today!!!! I appreciate the short wait time both in the waiting area and exam room. She was gentle and I am very glad to have chosen her as my gynecologist.

Absolutely loved this place. I’m on my 7th high risk pregnancy and this is the best OB I’ve been to. They were quick checking me in, quick seeing me, the dr addressed all my concerns and for the first time I felt heard by a doctor. As an autistic female I get blown off by doctors A LOT. Not once did the OB or any of the staff suggest my symptoms were due to being autistic, overweight, having anxiety/depression or any of the other absurd things a lot of doctors tend to blame when you’re a woman trying to get care. The dr didn’t focus on my systemic psoriasis as a lot of others have. Only asked me if it was bothering me, I said no , and he moved on. On my first visit I got a referral to a cardiologist which I’ve been trying to get for 4 years after 2 abnormal ekgs, high heart rate, bouts of shortness of breath and weakness. All I had to say was I’m short of breath and having heart palpitations. Didn’t have to explain anything , wasn’t asked if I’m anxious or stressed, immediately my concerns were taken seriously and I was given a referral. I got my pap (asked if I wanted it at this appointment or if I wasn’t comfortable they could schedule it for a later date), was offered STD testing, got an ultrasound to see baby and heartbeat plus a picture, asked if there was anything else I’d like tested for and if there was anything I needed (prenatals, meds I was out of, other referrals ect) , and got all my labs done (I swear they tested for everything, very thorough). The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. I walked out with a follow up appointment, a referral to cardiology and high risk pregnancy , and an ultrasound appointment. Absolutely amazing.

I was hoping for a positive experience but the only positive thing was ..it was over. I did not care for Dr. Lamarr Tyler's arrogant demeanor, no bedside manner, ..a women's area down there is a really intimate area to be touching and I would appreciate some fair warning and an explanation..I didn't feel like I went to a doctor.. I felt like a car in a shop..no warning before device placement..then expect answers to questions at the same time...his nurse said nothing. Never in my life have I dealt with such a cold, uncaring, arrogant attitude..didn't even ask me what my goals were for going there. For shame...he's even rude to his staff and it shows..the staff passes the same attitude onto the patients..shame on you

The first time I went for my scheduled appointment which was back in March. I check in and sat. An hour went by and my name was not called so I questioned them. Turns out that my appointment got canceled because the doctor was out. They claimed that they called and left me a message. I showed them the incoming calls that I received that and there was no record of their call being received or a voice-mail. The check in girl admitted that she made a mistake and failed to inform me when I checked in.

I rescheduled my appointment with a different doctor, I checked in, no issues and got called back right away. That's how it should go.

I’ve been a patient a little over a year now and I was happy with my doctor until I became pregnant I started getting treated differently by doctors and The practitioners that I seen they’re always different doctors and they don’t listen to you, very poor communication skills, they made me feel as if they disregarded To my needs as a patient And I didn’t want to see a new doctor every appointment because I don’t like how I was treated, there are just too many doctors in the practice, there’s not enough time is spent with my prenatal care visits, do to me Being A high-risk pregnancy that I don’t take lightly and they do not take it as seriously as I am taking it that’s why I was seeking to get another doctor and they were giving me a hard time with transferring my medical records for the past 2 weeks now and I am just not happy there anymore because knowing that they’re diagnosing me with things but not giving me paperwork on my diagnosis is very wrong and it’s a law in hippo law In Nevada that I can have my paperwork for any medical records I have on file and when I asked for them I shouldn’t have to go through a few people or Be given a hard time about my own medical records it’s my business and if I keep it confidential or not they shouldn’t treat me differently from anyone else , I am considering reaching out to my medical insurance and Health and human services if anything goes wrong with my pregnancy at this point I am not playing any games with these people because they do not care about my health if they did they would show me facts instead of just telling me something based off of what they think and assume and I highly disagree on treatment practices they should be investigated because I am no happy With how unprofessional they have been with me lately

Check in was relatively fast and I was called in shortly after my appointment time. The nurse was friendly and polite. This was my first time to the office. I saw Dr. Cebballos and was very happy with her. She took the time to talk to me and didn't make me feel rushed. Very happy all around with the office experience.

The front desk staff was a little rude. When I arrived to check in, I stood at the window and patiently waited as the two employees talked to one another. They did not make eye contact or acknowledge that I was standing there. It was uncomfortable and I immediately became anxious. Staff member also referred to me as "sweetie" instead of my name which is very unprofessional.

The doctor was kind and respectful. She made the visit a good experience. Front desk staff could be trained on interacting more professionally with patients.

Dr. Elkhoury, Maria, and the staff were a very vital part of my pregnancy experience. I had a rough go around this time and was considered high risk. I always felt heard and considered and treated with respect.

The staff was great. I am 74 years old and not very savvy with my iPhone. They managed to find my report from the referring physican. Upon my being in the exam room, very little time when the Doctor came in. I will need a couple of other tests that are necessary to pinpoint my medical issue. She was reassuring and confident.

Worst experience ever in this place . Tried to do twice a urinary test , and both times no results ; They lost it or don’t know what happened not even an explanation . They send to me a prescription for antibiotic without the result of the test and got even more sick ! clearly wasn’t the right one , a total irrespect for the patients !

Will need to go for third time to do the urocultive ( to a professional place ) and find out about the right medication . This place is a joke !

I've never had a problem with any actual staff members they were all very pleasant in my experience here. The doctors however lack bed side manner and care, at least in my experience. I saw every resident Dr on staff in this location and didn't care for any of their lack of bedside manner and Dr. Tyler's MA is just a very unpleasant person in general. I Left this practice over halfway through my pregnancy after giving them multiple chances with different Drs. I was also sent to a high risk Dr after a lab tech mistakenly marked me as diabetic which I am not which flagged me for higher risks of fetal abnormalities. I have worked in medical in many different parts from practice management, credentialing/contracting, HR, referrals, front desk etc. And I'm not a difficult patient but
I know good Drs and practices from experience and this isn't it. If you like hands off Drs, or snide snarky comments go ahead. Or if you have something come up in pregnancy they won't schedule you only advise you to go to the ER.

I just want to add the Drs don't ask you questions or treat you like an individual. They make assumptions and treat you like a number.

And God Forbid you have a billing issue or are owed a refund it's taken 3 months to get the ball rolling.

UPDATE: I called the number they reply with and it's a joke I still have never spoken to a manager or anything. Do not waste your time here if you want to be treated with human decency.

Where to begin. I’m so disappointed. I really wanted my exam and pap to be done by a female doctor and unfortunately the first half got done by a male physician and the second part was by a female physician and not an actual doctor. So I felt really uncomfortable the entire time. I explained or atleast tried to about my rare autoimmune disease and that’s when I became even more uncomfortable because they got the male resident doctor to look at it and basically try to tell me my diagnosis could be wrong and just really undermining me all together.
Also I am now on a different birth control and I didn’t want to change from my previous one (Yasmin) because I’ve been on it for years and have been fine but I guess it doesn’t matter so I’m stuck with a different birth control for 3 months.
Lastly the price without insurance was 1k for a yearly check up, urine, pap, and blood work. I felt taken advantage of by a big corporate hospital that has no common decency towards patients. Paying that price the physicians should be better… and act like they actually listen and care

Won’t be going back anytime soon. Don’t recommend anyone to go to anything Intermountain because if you do you will be expected to break the bank.

I'm very disappointed.
My appointment was secluded for today. I received a phone call saying I needed to come in immediately or I would need to reschedule. I received the call an hour and a half before my appointment.
I called back, unfortunately I was not able to make it in before my appointment due to work.
The lady on the phone said there is nothing available to reschedule my appointment to so we can't reschedule until someone reaches out. I waited a month for my appointment. She said they would give me a call back if there is a way to fit me in or If there is a cancelation.

I find this really strange that my appointment needed to be rescheduled and nothing is available. Especially after waiting for so long. And being pushed to come in before. Calling an hour and a half before someone's appointment is rather unprofessional and expecting them to make it before their appointment.

I am choosing not to go to this place. And have found a new obgyn to look over what needs to be done.

-------

Just an update. It's been 3 weeks since my appointment, I haven't even received a call back on when to reschedule. And it took two weeks to get a reply on the review.

There's a lot of pros and cons with this place, resident doctors, calendar is always booked so no reschedule dates, and receptionist says dumb comments about spanish speakers and how she's always having a hard time when they come into the office but it's always clean and another thing that is great from that place is the ultrasound tech in room #4. She's awesome!! I did not get her name, but she made me feel so at home going in and checking baby out. She is the reason why I'm giving so many stars. Thank you!

I wanted to share my experience with other women in the valley. I would be very cautious when scheduling a visit to this Intermountain Healthcare Mountain View. The problem is they have a resident clinic and the residents do not introduce themselves as residents. The scheduler does not tell you who you are being scheduled with either.

I saw Jennifer Wong and she did not tell me she was a resident. When bringing in the attending physician it was passed off as she was leaving the room to get the other doctor for a "second opinion" which was misleading and I felt a lie. I feel she was not honest as to her intern status because she did not want to lose and opportunity to practice on me as a guinea pig. At any time during the consultation or procedure she could have informed me and given me the opportunity to find someone else. She did not and I had no idea what was happening until in the procedure and she did not know what she was doing.

At Intermountain you need to ask a lot of questions and ensure you are seeing an experienced doctor and not a student completing their internship.
