At my age I've been to too many different doctors and I've got to say that this place is the first place that has really made me feel like they are truly there for patients. They are Not doctors that come in to talk a little and run out as fast as they can, they take time to listen, They gave me back my belief and trust in doctors. And They always greet you with a smile 😊
I'm sorry to say but since I wrote this I have had to change my doctor four times because they keep leaving my doctor now I enjoy I like her they say she's not leaving but now it's just a wait and see that is Monday July 7th I tried all morning to get a hold of my doctor for severe low back pain never got through to anyone human that through. I have PTSD and don't meet new people well therefore I don't like seeing new doctors. I wound up going to quick Care.

I have always had positive experiences with the staff and the doctors except for one time when my Doctor was not in the office. He refused to fill one of my prescriptions because he didn’t think the two I needed should be prescribed together, so I was out of one of my prescriptions for over two weeks, thankfully my Doctor caught it right away and had my pharmacy fill it . I think the Doctor filling in should have brought it to a supervisor and let them fill it if he wasn’t completely comfortable filling it himself instead of making me suffer for two weeks

I am always treated with a smile and a friendly hello from the ladies in the reception area. Also as always, the reception area is very clean and very comfortable to wait in.
The young lady who escorted to the medical area was also very nice and very easy going as well as very professional.
While in my own individual room she did some preliminary tests as I was felt to be both comfortable and in very good hands. Also, my room was very clean and very professional.
Very shortly after she the room, my Dr. Henry entered and too say she was nothing short of great would be putting it mildly. Her concerns for my health were very evident and very comforting. She went through a variety of procedures and when we were done, she made me feel that my medical needs were all that were on her mind. Fantastic doctor!!
Leaving my room to finish up with obtaining my next appointment, that young lady was also very nice and provided me with appointment times that work perfectly into my routine.
The reason I give 5 gold stars and I wish I could give 10, would be to say it was and always is a patient, I am proud to call my doctors office.

Saw Dr. Richard King, yesterday 2/28/22, just for a wellness check. My schedule appointment was for 1:30pm, I was seen on time. John, Dr King , medical assistant called me in, very courteous and professional, asked me to step on the dreaded weight scale. Went thru the routine of taking my blood pressure, asked me about my medications, asked if I needed any refills.
Then after a few minutes, Dr. King entered the room, exchange pleasantries went over my health chart, and gave me some suggestions on my health. Told me the next time he wanted me to have blood work done, and to see him back in 6 months. I have been seeing Dr. King, for about 6 years, he is straight forward and I appreciate that, he is a great doctor and so is his whole staff, all very nice and professional.

As a senior (69), I am enrolled in the Humana Gold Plus and Heart, a Medicaire Health Plan with Prescriptive Drug Coverage. It is designed for patients with diabetic and cardio-circulatory issues. It is an HMO that includes a team of four doctors:
- General Practice
- Cardiovascular
- Endocrinologist
-Vision

Each of these medical professionals have earned my full confidence after three years of treatment. Also, I get my 8 medications from the Humana Pharmacy. They are prompt with their deliveries and the words “you’ve hit the doughnut hole” have never been spoken as they were often before I found Humana. I also have a Free Style Libre 2 meter which allows me to get blood sugar readings through a sensor. I can’t
mention a single negative experience with Humana. One more thing. I am a member of the Silver Sneakers exercise program which pays for gym coverage at a local gym or via a Zoom connection at my home.

I was 13 minutes late for my appointment. I called them to say I was running late ahead of my arrival. My nurse/ma were very nice and prepped me for my PCP. When he came in my disappointment started. He was quick-curt-and rushing the whole visit. After he farmed me out to all the specialist he then told me I was being warned about my tardiness. It made me feel like I was in high school all over again. True my last 2 visits I’ve been late which stems from an transportation issue. He told me they schedule patients every 30 minutes apart and if I’m late it throws off his entire schedule. I kept apologizing to him but I could see it went over his head. I’m a 57 yr old 205 lbs woman who has raised 3 kids all by myself and I don’t need to feel like I’m being chastised!!!I wish my old PCP was still available/ I like the office and the people who work there but Dr. Thielle doesn’t get any love from me!!!!

I was extremely impressed with this office. All are friendly and professional, organized and timely. The receptionists were knowledgeable and helpful. The medical assistant was extremely well trained and very caring. The manager was very informative and Dr. Lao took her time and was very patient with us. Normal visit to review my blood the week before. Nothing much had changed, frankly. Dr. Lao is very patient with me - I think. She suggested a blood calcium test (CAC) which I initially said no thanks to. But now that I’ve learned more about the benefits I’ve changed my mind. I’ll also do an omega panel as I’m learning that Omega 6 surplus does way more harm than good. This test may be a better indicator of problems with blood composition than cholesterol levels, in fact. We’ll see.
