I have been going to eye Dr after eye Dr. For years and was NEVER diagnosed correctly! New Eyes is the best! Dr Austin is the BEST! I HIGHLY recommend him and New Eyes to anyone who isn't getting the correct answers! When you know something is wrong but you are not quite hearing the right answers! Come to New Eyes you will hear the right answers! They do thorough tests and the results are easy for anyone to understand. Not made just for medical professionals if you know what I mean. Wellness Way is known as Goldring which is a confusing problem for the people who have been in Vegas for a while. My navigator took me to an obscure location on Martin Luther King. Some direction such as located close to hospital or formerly Goldring or in Goldring building would be helpful. Thanks.

Absolutely wonderful experience at New Eyes with all the staff, doctors and technicians! Very COVID-19 compliant and very little wait time. I have been seeing Dr. Pizio for about 8 years and have always been very impressed with her. She did both of my eyes for cataract surgery and had NO pain and wonderful results with no complications. The follow up appointments with Dr. Austin and Dr. Quang were equally as impressive. Would highly recommend New Eyes to everyone and will. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Austin and the other assistant that helped me were efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me thorough exams and suggested methods to ease some eye discomfort I was having.The front desk girls were also accommodating and kind.
The billing lady caught an error the insurance company had made saving me $. They were very careful to adhere to COVID-19 recommendations. I didn’t have any long waits.

I arrived, and was called to the examining room in less than two minutes. A tech got me ready for the doctor. Dr. Austin is very through, professional, and answered my questions. He is pleasant and easy to talk too. I have been to New Eyes office in Henderson on eight different occasions, and each time I never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room. They are well organized, well staffed, and all who work there are extremely pleasant, and make me feel comfortable.

Once again, Dr. Austin and the whole New Eyes staff impressed me, as they always do - I've been a client for years. First, the office was as friendly as ever, and extremely well-prepared in the current COVID era, so I felt very safe. Second, Dr. Austin answered all of my questions, even remembering all of my pre-existing issues without being reminded, and came up with a treatment program (that worked!) to help heal my eye from a painful and complex problem. Finally, we discussed and set up a longer-term plan going forward for my general eye health. I feel like Dr. Austin is a partner in my health care team!

I was referred to the New Eyes practice for cataract treatment three years ago. Since then I have received excellent care. Surgeries for both eyes were completed quickly and without complication. Post surgery my vision was restored and I truly felt had a new pair of eyes. Post op care and ongoing exams by Dr Austin and staff were always through and completed in a professional manner. Dr Austin's pleasant and patient manner is very welcome in this hurry-up world. A true professional with a lot of experience. The entire staff at New Eyes contribute to a well run office environment.
