Facility workers were so kind and efficient. Dr. Banfro was beyond amazing. She is the pediatrician you dream of. She answered all my questions with ease and she was quick to make sure that any tests or scans were immediate for my concerns. She was easy to talk to and very kind.

I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding the severe lack of communication and inadequate medical care I have experienced at your organization.

I have encountered persistent responsiveness issues with Dr. Kweku Hutchful, as well as incorrect diagnoses from both Dr. Cuong T. Tran and Dr. Kranthi Veeramachaneni. Furthermore, the call center has been unable to resolve these communication issues, as they only forward messages without any subsequent follow-up. I have also attempted to escalate this matter by leaving multiple messages for Zach C. in the Patient Experience department at the corporate office, but I have not received a return call.

Due to this lack of response and the incorrect diagnoses, my condition was not addressed when there was ample time to do so. As a direct result of this negligence, I was forced to seek emergency medical attention and was subsequently admitted to the hospital.

This experience has raised serious concerns regarding the safety and viability of continuing my care with your organization. I expect a prompt response to address these failures in patient care and communication.

Dr. Veera is the most AMAZING/ knowledgeable/ kind/ caring pediatrician! This place is always on time and clean. Their receptionists are always friendly and helpful the nurses are too. If you’re a momma definitely bring your kids here! Dr. Veera and Dr. Banfro are both the best!
