My daughter is special-needs and Dr. Falk took extra care to make sure that she was comfortable and she felt like a part of the process when she needed one of her wisdom teeth pulled. I appreciated that he really studied her records before he even came in to the room at the consult appointment. It was nice not having to repeat everything about her medical history as he already aware of it all. I would definitely recommend Dr. Falk and his team as they are very professional and caring.

Friendly staff that were also very informative. Any questions we had we always got a very detailed answer to. The day before the surgery Dr. Falk called (independenly, we were not expecting any call) to go over again in detail the plan to ensure we were comfortable.
Upon discharge, everyone was very helpful and caring. The surgery was for our 15 year old who was very nervous to go under, he recovered quickly with no concerns.
I would highly recommend.

I had the best time at canyon oral and facial surgery! The Doctors and front desk lady’s were extremely nice and helpful! I had a very easy recovery and they were very helpful when in need to come get a check up to get me in as soon as possible! I would recommend to anyone that they are the best and will feel extremely safe and comfortable in the heads of the doctors!

Just brought my husband home from a molar extraction from Canyon Oral and Fackial clinic. The care was Aplus. Thorough, well explained and well handled. He has neurological problem that they handled very well. Office and waiting area are beautiful and large. Recommend highly

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Falk a week before Thanksgiving. The actual office was very nice looking and clean. The assistants and anesthesiologist were super nice and professional, they answered all my questions I had before and after the procedure.
Dr Falk did a great job doing the procedure. But he was a bit unprofessional which I didn't appreciate. He asked who was going to be picking me up and I gave him the name of the person who happened to be my bf. He then asked who I was with before my boyfriend and I told him that he wasn't going to be playing games with me during my procedure. The anesthesiologist informed me after that Dr falk left the room that he often plays a game on patients by calling an ex's name when asking the waiting room for the pickup person. Why would you do that to your patients?
At the consultation he also BARELY looked in my mouth and completely missed my erupted wisdom tooth. So they coded and were going to bill me for 4 impacted teeth. I had to ask him to recheck my mouth right before surgery and re bill me with the correct amount. I'm 99% sure they would've charged me for the more expensive procedure if I didn't make them redo it.
Also, when i requested to keep my teeth after I had woken up from the procedure Dr Falk told me no and offered no explanation, but did tell me another "weird" patient wanted to keep hers as well for a necklace. I had to call the office twice before I finally got an answer as to why I wasn't allowed to keep them and where they were now.(even though I was promised a call back from my first call) Because I had looked it up beforehand to make sure it was fine to keep them. Whoever I talked to on the phone told me it was just their office's policy. But if it was your policy, why didn't the first person I spoke to know that?
Overall a great place, Dr comes off a little arrogant, and I'm still upset they just threw my teeth away in with the other medical waste and didn't return my call about them.

Dr. Falk is amazing! I had put off having my wisdom teeth removed as the previous oral surgeon I was referred to was rude and did not care or even take the time to listen to the patient. The was very much not the case with Dr. Falk and the staff at Canyon Oral. Dr. Falk seems to understand the needs of his patience and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable during an otherwise not so fun time.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. I personally hate anything to do with dentistry but DR. Falk really made it an amazing experience. I got my wisdom teeth removed a week ago and the procedure was quick, clean, and I was out before I even knew what happened. I would seriously recommend this office to anyone. Thanks again guys! You’re the best!
