This is what medical care should be. Personalized care, safe comforting office, wonderful front staff. As a woman I’m often dismissed when it comes to doctors. Dr. Bacala takes the time and actually creates a plan to help you sort out your body. I see him and his wife who is also Dr. Bacala at the OBGYN. They are an amazing pair and care for all they work with.

I’ve been living in Las Vegas for over five years and have been searching for a great doctor. I’ve seen four primary care physicians and I’m so happy to have finally found Dr. Bacala, who is everything that I’ve been looking for.
His beside manner is simply amazing! He is very prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and it’s very obvious that he truly cares about his patients and their well-being. I went in with a long list of questions/concerns and he didn’t make me feel rushed, he was a great listener, he was very thorough and he spent a long time getting to know me and learn about my medical history, so that he could provide me with the best care possible.
The office is very clean and beautifully decorated. Upon entering his office, you will notice that it’s not at all crowded because your appointment time is scheduled especially for you and you will receive his undivided attention.
Dr. Bacala’s office staff is also very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Dr. Bacala and his staff have far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him for your health care needs!

The greatest experience I have EVER had with a doctor. He is accommodating with scheduling, he is available after hours and most importantly for our family, he is thorough. He asks a lot of questions and never rushes through anything. We feel that his prices are very affordable and his customer service is second to none.

I personally don't have health insurance and seeing Dr Bacala with his monthly plan has really given me the peace of mind I was looking for. His bloodwork package is also SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than going through a lab for testing. That alone has worked wonders for our family. We are so happy to have found him and would never go anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Bacala!

In reading through some of the older reviews, a person commented that he really liked him, but when he left his previous practice, he was never notified. I understand how frustrating that must have been, however many times when leaving an employer, they do not permit you to reach out because they try to retain all of the patients/customers. I don't feel like this review is at all in regard to the service Dr. Bacala provides. Regardless, everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Dr. Bacala is heaven sent to say the LEAST. My friend is a quadriplegic and we were having a hard time finding a doctor that would make a house call. My brother told me about Quill health and we decided to give it a try. Dr. Bacala is very kind and caring with a #10 bedside manner. I highly recommend his services and the prices are VERY affordable. My brother had to get an x-ray and it was $20! Cheaper than insurance!

I have been seeing Dr. Bacala for more than a year; he was great during visits and follow-up. When I went back due to an injury needing pre-op care I find he is no longer there. I was never notified of his departure, now I'm stuck needing an new PCP to get my surgery scheduled. This is exactly what had given NV medical a bad name. Isn't it professional courtesy to tell your patients that you are moving on. I can't even get an appointment, my refills expire on my meds and my provider is not helping at all. But let my premiums lapse, I'm sure I would get a call then. I wish I could rate this a zero, because that is how I have been made to feel.

Called in to make an appointment, terrible experience. I should have asked for the name of the person receiving my call, Lady is rude, lacks patience, attitude is perceived as if she doesn’t want to help. I had to repeat my information to her several times as if her attention was focused elsewhere. If somehow my appointment was not registered I would not be surprised.
