PA, Ashley Mc McDowell the worst PA you ever want to see!! iNTERMOUNTAIN needs to get rid of her! For what she did to this Sr. man that went to see her. She does not need to be in this practice. As a matter of fact, INTERMOUNTAIN will lose a lot of credibility because of her.OK first of all she doesn’t read she doesn’t read your past history of anything partner went in there for help to get some medication because he was in the midst of changing providers and she, she left him without medication in pain. She was horrible. The worst doctor with anxiety wouldn’t give any medication and left him in a very bad state of medical condition. This is the worst doctor for INTERMOUNTAIN? I am I am giving you the review in my partners confirmation for him that remove her from the practice because she’s that horrible. OK I don’t know where you get four star rating because that is not what she is. Do not go here she will actually give you no medication If you ask your medication they make you feel like you’re you’re looking for drugs. You’re only looking to get out of Pain and he a 74-year-old man OK so she treated him very badly knowing the man could hardly walk She said she would take care of him. She didn’t give a damn about him. OK so don’t tell me she’s a 4.8 star that’s not true. Do you want to see a good doctor go to Dr. Michale Coy he’s the best doctor in INTERMOUNTAIN. He’s the best don’t waste your time with this PA. Doctrt gives her amount of bad Take care less about the patient. She doesn’t care about you at all. She’s the worst don’t go to her.!!! if you try to get through, they get back to you a week later you can die in that time waiting for her. I’ve never seen anything like this at all abusive patient treating him like he’s asking for much he was in the midst of a doctor she was supposed to fill-in and said she would take care of him just so she could get the money that’s all they care about is the money. ! I am writing this review because he is not well enough to do anything thank God we think we found another decent place to take him!

Entry to see doctor was almost immediate.medical asst was kind and thorough.
Doctor was empathetic and thorough.explained that my home meds could further injury my kidneys.she ordered tests that could find out what is wrong with me instead of just guessing.
I am a licensed nurse in Otho med surg psych and peds and a weekend mgr at health care in Los Angeles.

My visit with Ashley McDowell was not good, it was a annual appointment with out a lab work appointment scheduled prior to the annual appointment, when I asked Ashley why she didn't schedule lab work her remark was you can go on line and schedule it yourself,so needless to say the rest of the appointment didn't go well, so since then I have requested a new provider from Intermountain health and I'm thankful that Intermountain health has fulfilled my request.

I had to choose a new primary care dr and Ashley McDowell was available for a new patient. She went over and beyond to work with me and all my challenges. I was so impressed of her concerns for my issues and offered me or a beginning to get me on the right path to be healed and it’s comforting to know I can call any time of the day or night and there will be someone to direct me where I should go for assistance. And they have many options available. I have tackled a list of referrals to address issues she observed and I discussed.

This was my first time at this eye center and it was better then I expected. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The wait time was at the most 15 minutes. Ashley worked wonderfully with my grandmother. She was always patient and kind with her. My grandma had a lot of complaints, was in a ton of pain and was easily frustrated but Ashley never rushed us or blew off any concerns. Ashley is very knowledgeable and always pointed us in the right direction. She calmly explained things when my grandma became agitated and by the end of the appointment we were usually all smiling. Did a virtual visit and then also stopped into the doctor office to have my home blood pressure monitor checked for accuracy. It was fine but, apparently, I was not fine so my medications were adjusted. Always professional and helpful staff. Dr. McDowell and her assistant, Josephine are very caring. A doctor visit I actually look forward to.
