This is the first PT place I went to. After I told my friends about what I got, they were shocked by how bad it had been. I went to three sessions and they hardly did anything for me. I just did “exercises” and saw the therapist for less than 10 minutes each time. I had to complain to get a decent session today with a PT assistant. I will give them one more try.

After herniating a disc and fracturing my lower back, I had back surgery, started doing PT at Kelly Hawkins, after 3 months I changed locations and I was assigned a new PT. My new PT is David Sanchez, after PT David Sanchez reviewed my treatment, he made some changes to the exercises that I was doing and PT David Sanchez started doing physical therapy on the areas that I was having the most pain. After couple of physical therapy’s with PT David Sanchez I noticed that my pain went down and I am no longer waking up in the middle of the night with pain. PT David Sanchez has incredible physical therapy skills. If you’re in need of physical therapy, suffer of lower back pain, or have joint pain, go to Kelly Hawkins and asked for PT David Sanchez he works from the location on W 215 & W Russell Rd. I started therapy two weeks after having LTKR and requested to be under the care of physical therapist Craig Perry. Craig helped me overcome a back issue two years prior and I knew he was the therapist to help me recover from surgery. In just 4 weeks I’m able to walk without a walker or cane and my flexion is 120°/0°. My surgeon will be happy when I see him this week since I have reached our goal of bending my knee to 120° by the 6 week mark. Craig’s team is amazing and always so friendly. I look forward to working with them after my RTKR.

Verry⁶ unorganized, lack customer support ethics, would rather engage in a back and forth negative protocol dialog with patient, and I say this with sincerity- has no wherewith of how to contact the Main Office }IN{ San Diego, CA (I know this bcuz I had to research it for myself), refusal to make necessary communical business initiations, over exertion in workplace that follows onto telephone decorum, if unfamiliar with a situation yur IMMEDIATELY directed to contact home office even if it means prolonging yur treatments. No, you can't get a point of contact information or contact information which would help you, bcuz there's lack in knowledge about it at this facility as well.
After about a 10" search, and explaining to the first employee my situation, she transferred me to the correct person over that district. Receiving a call from the emergency voicemail, I explained to her the situation at hand. She proceeded to say, it was the responsibility of that particular facility to assist in everything I told her they're supoz to do. She wanted to connect me back to the facility. I got her attention again.."ma'am, I was thoroughly Instructed by that facility that YOUR OFFICE, THE HOME OFFICE IN CALIFORNIA, is responsible for setting up and establishing my reference referral and they are waiting on your office to assimilate whatever information is needed to them. Then she gets verry³ adamant about transferring the call so the office in Las Vegas can deal with the matter and ask me do I remember who I spoke with. I reply to her, I don't remember who I spoke with, I just had rotator cuff repair surgery. I don't have time to manage my health, do their job, maintain my pain & go back and forth arguing over protocol after I've submitted the necessary documents I was given by my physician.
I then said, I took it it upon myself to Google yur office bcuz I wasn't provided the information and made aware the facility didn't no it. Still....she insisted, it wasn't her responsibility either, so I abruptly cut her off and said don't worry about it, ended the call, and enrolled in another facility 🙋🏿‍♀️🌟🛐🎉AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME NO PROBLEMS🎈🎊💯🫵🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Hands-down, the best physical therapy place I have been to in Las Vegas yet. They touch me at every visit! I've been to several chain PT places, where you have a set number of exercises and stretches and then you leave. At Kelly Hawkins, a physical therapist sees me every session. I've had manual stretch, cupping, massage work, and dry needling done. It's great. 10/10 recommend.
