While I have the utmost respect for Dr. Debiparshad, the recurring failures by his administrative staff to submit required documentation have become untenable. After six months of managing chronic pain, having a critical appointment canceled last minute due to the lack of administrative follow-through regarding my back testing is unacceptable. This level of administrative oversight has significantly delayed my treatment and extended my physical distress. I expected a much higher standard.

Again, this is the fourth time my care has been delayed because the office failed to submit necessary notes, leading to a last-minute cancellation while I remain in significant pain. This pattern of unreliability is unacceptable for a practice of this caliber.

I moved to Vegas and started having debilitating sciatic pain. I went to a pain clinic and did epidurals and physical therapy and anything else to help. The pain continued to worsen. I was referred to Dr. Debiparshad. He did a consultation and said I was a good candidate for surgery. I was ready to give up on life from the pain so I jumped at the opportunity for surgery. The surgery went very well. I had almost zero pain in the surgery site. The sciatica was gone! Thank you Dr D for giving me a chance at life with no pain. I highly recommend Dr D. He gave me a second chance at life!

I called in today, October 14 around 2 pm for information about the limb lengthening surgery instead, you had me transferred to the very rude answering service. I tried to explain my situation to the rude person named Ann and she rudely hung up.
Thankfully, I recorded the call. I called back and hopes of getting somebody a little more mature, even though she was older, but she answered again and I told her I was recording her and would report her. She continued to be rude
Your surgery is very expensive and I would think you have enough sense to hire a person that does their job correctly without rudely hanging up on the customer. Ann is an older woman who should have more sense. You should have more sense than to transfer calls to the rude answering service and asking us to pay $150,000 for a painful procedure.
I will continue to take action until this issue has been resolved, meaning that and is no longer there too mistreat the customers

He did my first surgery a laminectomy and he told me everything went well at the post op 90% healed and that I could use the pool in 4 days, then the drainage came for about 2 weeks and it was infected so I had a 2nd surgery to fix the incision drainage something that should never have happened.if you need spinal surgery go to another doctor, I do not feel that he is competent he was late for both surgeries

A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with one of the worst things that anybody can be diagnosed I had to have a fusion and I had severe nerve damage I was in so much pain so much pain since his Dr.D has come into my life my pain is gone he's fixed my back and the best part about it is the Hope and optimism that he has for me and that has kept me going and now my nerves are slowly healing everyone said that I would never get better but I am and I thank this doctor's office for always having hope thank you you guys are great every one of you...
I mean the nerve damage that's done is done but your guy's hope and optimism keeps me going somebody my age shouldn't have gone through what I did but I don't know what I would with out you guys because this diagnosis has probably shattered me more mentally than physically bc of what the nerve damage has done to me .

Went to see this doctor as a second opinion, after someone told me I needed emergency surgery after an injury. He said I didn't need surgery and he would watch me closely to see how it would heal. I ended up healing 100% with no issues, I am thankful I went to him and avoided surgery.

So finally reaching the decision to go forward with surgery, I wish I decided sooner! I'm so fortunate to have found Dr. Debiparshad and his team. I mean the entire team, including his office staff, his PA, the hospital he chooses to do surgery out of. I'm only 32 years old (31 when I had surgery) so it was scary in the beginning, but I believed in his confidence the moment I met Dr. D. He decided on the ant./post. Lumbar interbody fusion approach, I am just about 4 months post op, and absolutely no pain!! I mean, he said possibly 75% of my pain would subside, but the percentage is definitely higher. I can sit through an entire car ride to California, I can stand and walk over 2 miles without stopping!

At 31 it was devastating that my body wasn't able to handle every day life and activities. I won't forget in 2019 I went to a concert and couldn't even enjoy myself bc of the pain I was dealing with, and that's when I decided to search for a doctor.

My search was difficult in the beginning, but I knew the search was over when it came to Debiparshad. He was forward, and honest about the approach, unlike some doctors wanted to different things first, when I've already explained ive done all the conservative routes. He understood the kind of pain I was feeling, which was mechanical not nerve pain, and he was the ONLY doctor that brought that up and was correct! I couldn't be happier with this decision.

Thank you to Veronica, and Martha up front with my millions of phone calls, Teresa for making me feel confident in my decision, Ronnie for keeping things light when I was uncomfortable, the PA who would remind me to stay positive bc surgery is a big deal, Cassandra dealing with my insurance bc of meds, and most of all Dr. Debiparshad for giving me my youth back. There aren't enough thank yous!

I was given this Dr to call by my insurance for my ankle. They don't do ankle surgery, but the receptionist was nice and actually took the time to find me an Orthopedic Surgeon & Foot and Ankle Specialists that took my insurance. 5 stars for caring. If they treated me like this knowing they couldn't provide me help, I can imagine how they treat their actual patients.

I had the misfortune of breaking my Tibia and Fibula bones in my left ankle as the result of a cycling accident. During my surgery and the months of recovery Dr. Debiparshad did a great job. I am now back on my bike with no issues. Couldn’t have asked for better treatment.

He didn't waste any time beating around the bush and he found the results necessary to help my pain disappear. my personal experience throughout the entire NIGHTMARE OF SCIATIC PAIN with Dr. Debiparshad,i would have to say has been ultimately.... RELIEVING. I am no longer tortured with pain. He and his staff have gone great lengths to insure my comfort. Doctor has been helpful before and after surgery. Had unbearable pain from an l4 l5 herniated disc and the doctor helped me with the pain with a microdisectomy which helped clear a lot of the pain. He also made me feel better about getting it fixed as a 19 year old, and made me feel assured I'd be able to get back to the normal life of someone my age.

Met Dr. Debiparshad after my initial consult with another surgeon and he was much more welcoming and listened to my concerns about my pain and gave me my options. Had surgery in August 2017 and to go from a 10 pain level to 1-2 is fantastic. He did a great job and cares about his patients
