I would not advice scheduling with this Dentist to have a crown that comes off evaluated and or remounted because they called me tonight, the night BEFORE and told me I did not have an appointment for tomorrow morning because it was scheduled as a cleaning and exam when I had called them a week ago and throughly explained my situation and they scheduled me for tomorrow 5 days later but only contacted me tonight (The evening before) to tell me I did not have an appointment??? Crazy. The lady was extremely rude so my guess is they looked in the DENTAL DATABASE that Las Vegas has and or they got a more money paying person in my spot. The woman kept talking over me and then told me not to scream at her after her 15 minutes of contradicting everything I was saying. CANNOT RECOMMEND or you might get cancelled at the last minute. I might also suggest that when you see a Dentist in Las Vegas and you are paying cash, you do not have to give your SS on their paperwork or even your real name and use a new email because of the LAS VEGAS DENTAL DATABASE. I was seen by another Dentist 3 weeks prior and had x rays and exam and cleaning but they said I had no dental issues and the cleaning was lousy and I had a sore tooth that went away after a week and then the next week my crown came off on a different tooth. Dentist make their money by repairing teeth, implants etc… so be careful and go to LA or someplace where they do not all have to compete. Google allows you to post under any name as long as it is your account and you are not impersonating someone else. I have many reviews on google.

I have been going to Dr Kohlmeyer for 40 years. He is a wonderful and very professional doctor and that has never changed. When I got to my recent appointment the entire staff was new and not friendly or caring. I have dental insurance which has taken care of my payments except for this time. With all these new changes and staff I have to come out of pocket with thousands of dollars including what my insurance will pay. Dr Kohlmeyer is still awesome and excellent as a dentist but with this staff and major changes I will be looking for a new dentist. It appears he has no idea how this is affecting his long time and new patients and we are not allowed to talk to him to let him know. It’s a shame.
