By far the worst dentist I have ever had! Not only are they rude but they don’t even listen to what you ask for. They just nod their heads and completely disregard any of your concerns. I asked for a certain shade of tooth and they told me not to worry about it right now as if it was going to be corrected later. But nope gave one way darker. I can’t eat because these dentures hurt my mouth so badly. I made ones more comfortable at home. Why is he even a dentist. Why do they have zero regard for the patients requests and comfort. It’s bad enough I have to live with these why make it that much worse for me.

I was honestly nervous about switching dentists because I had gone to the same dentist my entire life, but unfortunately, my insurance changed and I needed to find a new office. I’m so glad I ended up here! From the moment I walked in, everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The assistants are knowledgeable, helpful, and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

The dentist does excellent work and is gentle and thorough. I’ve had multiple procedures, two crowns, done and have experienced little to no pain, which has made the transition so much easier. I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

If I can could give this place 100 stars I would! My daughter chipped her front tooth to where she had to get a crown and a root canal done. From the staff to the actual dentist that did her work I am truly grateful. Every single of one of them made her feel so comfortable and relaxed. As she was getting her procedures done, she said they were trying to distract her and make her laugh. As a Mother this made me very happy and pleased. I would recommend them over and over again. This used to be my favorite dentists to go to. I have no problems with the staff upfront who greet you at the front desk and assist you with your appointment, while getting your information ready for what you need to get done. I went to this location for years, and when Dr. Miller was there he was my favorite dentist to go to. I had a horrible experience with the guy who claimed to be a dentist they chose to keep in his place. I will not be returning to this location and suggest all to do the same. That guy couldn’t even pull a tooth out that was in the front of my mouth. How he is a dentist baffles me?

I got a set of partial dentures here. The whole experience hasn’t been good. The surgeon (recommended by this office) had given me an RX for antibiotics (after he yanked most my teeth) that I couldn’t fill because he didn’t fill it out right. (I definitely needed them, my mouth was in bad shape, gums definitely infected.) But when I contacted this office to resolve this, it was literally like pulling teeth. It took so long to get the antibiotics that I’m pretty sure that’s why my partial dentures don’t fit right, my gums were visibly infected at the time of fitting. I pointed this out to the dentist and he didn’t seem to think it was a problem. I don’t even wear them unless I have to. They are pretty useless, can’t chew anything hard with them. When I do eat with them, so much junk gets up under them that I have to go immediately take them out as soon as I’m done eating. They look stupid when I smile. So now they just mostly collect dust. I’ve stopped caring how I look as a result. I don’t plan to go back. 4 years until my insurance will cover another set and I can try this again. Somewhere else.

Fabulous Care & A Great Atmosphere at Laser Dental

I’ll be the first to admit it: I used to refer to dentist offices as "torture chambers." I walked into Laser Dental with that exact mindset, but Dr. Hien Nguyen has completely changed my perspective.
I jokingly told him I was taking his photo (attached!) just to write a "bad" review, but the truth is quite the opposite. Dr. Nguyen is a phenomenal professional. He is incredibly caring, attentive, and consistently in a great mood, which goes a long way in making a patient feel at ease.
If you are someone who has historically avoided the dentist out of fear or discomfort, I cannot recommend Dr. Nguyen enough. He has turned what I used to dread into a positive, stress-free experience. Fabulous care from a wonderful team.
I promised a 'bad' review, but I can only give 5 stars!

I just left this dentist office. WORSE visit ever. The dentist came in, never introduced himself, just asked me why was I there. I had to ask him what his name was. After he examine me, all he said was you need a lot of work and walked away. I had to ask if he was done. Disappointing Experience – Root Canal Led to Tooth Extraction

I had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Hien Nguyen on 06/12/24 and unfortunately, the experience did not turn out well. After following all post-care instructions, a month went by and I started experiencing persistent pain and discomfort. Despite multiple follow-up visits including getting a permanent crown at star dental, the issues were not resolved, and ultimately, I had to get the tooth extracted by another dental professional.

I feel disappointed because I trusted that the root canal would save my tooth, but it ended up costing me more in terms of time, money, and stress. While the staff was generally courteous , Dr. Nguyen was dismissive and did not take the time to listen to my concerns which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. I believe that patient care should include not only technical expertise but also a compassionate and attentive approach, which I did not experience here. I cannot recommend this practice for root canal procedures based on my personal experience.

Very unfortunate but I go for an emergency appointment and the doctor that I get is beyond uncaring. My mouth is very swollen. At the least I’d expect the doc to inspect the tooth that’s very swollen but nope. Didn’t even bother to reach for gloves because all he did was look at my face and referred me elsewhere. Bad experience this time water was dripping all down my arm when the doctor was doing my cleaning the suction wasn't really working the water was all in my mouth until the doctor told the guy that's helping him that, that wasn't working I had to tell the doctor you're wetting me all down my arm he goes oh I'm sorry, water was splashing all over my face those glasses must have been big that they were just too close to my eyelashes smashing them the guy that was polishing my teeth at the end I know he was new but when he was doing the bottom teeth he could have pulled my lips down so he's not scraping my lips when he's cleaning the bottom teeth!!

I came in to get one of my fillings examined. Then I left with my filling damaged with how they examined my cleaning. I had to let the dentist know not to touch my tooth anymore because I didn’t want him ripping any more pieces off of my filling. Also the worst cleaning I’ve ever had. The Asian American dentist left me with so much pain and scraped areas over and over for no reason. I have A great smile there was no need to do all the unnecessary scraping specially not to mention how fast and reckless he was moving in my mouth. Felt like I left with more issues than I came with. If you are from the east coast or cali, you will feel very at home here. I've been here 3 times so far, twice for exam+cleaning and once for fillings. I've had a great experience! Both Dr. Miller and Dr. Nguyen have a great bedside manner. They're efficient but thorough, and I'm very satisfied with my care. I'm very well informed about my treatment plan, they've given me honest advice about my oral health, and I'm confident my smile will be better because of them. Plus, I've been able to maintain wearing braces while receiving care, so I'm a very happy camper! Everything is very clean. They've implemented air sanitizers and are using sterile equipment each time. I've seen the staff wiping down items right after they're used on me. They're doing a great job during the pandemic. This is a great office!

I really wanted to wait to write a review, but i love them so much ill just keep you all updated. Ill try to make it as short as possible. First off the face of the company front desk receptionist Ritta makes you feel so warm and fuzzy. She is the ideal person to be right in the front! Her partner is sweet as well. The ENTIRE staff is amazingly clean. I work in the healthcare field and have never seen a place so up kept, sanitize wise, the Doctor immediately bought all the proper supplies when covid19 hit. His staff seems a little spoiled if you ask me, lol. (Which i love) On to the dental work. For one year my old dentist gave me the run around and in the long run i now need TWO root canals. I have been with this dentist a COUPLE months and my husband has gotten 5 much needed teeth pulled, partials worked on, and a new set order and APPROVED. My kids have been treated as well, and i just got one root canal complete. I was so scared but the doctor did perfect! LITERALLY like God was guiding his hand the whole time. I left in no pain. Like nothing ever happened. If you have care credit thats a plus. I suggest getting it, if needed. I will keep you all updated. Omg!!the one star reviews trust them..They left me in the chair in the middle of my cleaning with my mouth open and light beaming in my face for 15min.he stopped in the middle and said he had to have her refill the water..left the machine going and left..after realizing how big of a fool Ive been sitting there like that waiting..I got up and I could hear him working on someone else..the lady who did my xray,s touched objects around the office before touching the sterilize things that go in my mouth even using her bare hands on things that go in my mouth😝😟😩🤭😷 one of the xray tools smelled like bad breath which she kept setting on the "desk"😩 between each xray then back in my mouth..when every machine,Piece of equipment and floor is dusty or dirty(yuck) ..Even the employees uniforms and selfs could,ve been more tidy and groomed better"scrubs just as dusty and dirty as the place"🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️I dont know why I didnt run sooner 🤭😩 this place is a unclean unprofessional health hazard..I hope I never experience another like it😩😟 I might be traumatized🤔🤐 🚶‍♀️smh

I just wish that, what was discussed at my first appointment was what actually what happened, I requested for someone to actually listen to me, to stop telling me what I should do be doing even tho they have been made fully aware that I had no means of affording the services, but then you agreed, I came back the second visit to sign the wavers and have 2 of the 6 teeth that we're to be pulled so I could get a partial denture so I could feel comfortable with my smile again, but before the procedure was performed I was told I needed to submit a drug test which I refused and asked why, they accused my tooth decay being from chronic drug abuse, I flew into histarics and the Dr came into see what was wrong, I for the second time explained that I have multiple medical issues that caused the rapid decay of my teeth and the Dr agreed again to proceed with the plan, he pulled 2 teeth and e couraged that he could pull more of the 6 when I returned for my follow up, however when I came back for my follow up I was then told by the Dr that he was backing out of the agreement and that he wants to "save" my teeth again telling me what I should do instead of listening to what I wanted, my teeth are falling apart, I got a job that now offers dental but because the process was started and not finished, I'm stuck with a missing tooth clause and a 12 mo waiting period on teeth that are dying and rotting and in pain and no way to afford nor covered enough to fix my problems. Thanks for not listening and calling me a drug addict. Have a nice day.

The nursing staff and Dr. Nguyen were great. However, they don't hold true to services that they advertise - specifically sedation treatment. They said they only do local anesthesia. If you have anxiety over the dentist as much as my wife does, ask about this ASAP.

Dr Steve is awesome!! Knows everything there is to know and is proud is announce us MADE IN USA materials.. Michelle at the front desk is so nice and is really great at math!! Heather was also great as well assisting dr Steve with materials... they are very professional the staff is so friendly and very polite couldn’t have found a better dentist.. I have had 2 root canals done a pulled tooth and a filling done on my front tooth that required no anesthetic... non to their fault I eat lots of candy and don’t like to floss thankfully sr Steve told me a great cleaning remedy that I will save for you to ask him when you come in for your next visit!

I chipped my incisor and was hysterical. I was on vacation to boot. I called laser dental and they were amazing. Not only was staff friendly, i was taken right in, Dr. miller was so on point. I already had a partial but he told me we will bandaid it for today which is what i wanted until I could get the cap I needed but he was wonderful, but more importantly talented in dentistry. Friendly staff and affordable prices, although, I think staff lacks experience. Equipment can use better maintenance . Dentist can use a new set of dental tools. Job was poorly done on me, I was kept with my mouth open too long, even when I was not worked on. A week later and i still had lots of sensitivity on my filling. LOST MY BUSINESS!!

I have been a patient of theirs for over year and half. I found them via Groupon when they offered a deal on cleanings. They were new to that office and trying to get business in. On first visit told them I don't have insurance so I was assured I would always pay the price I was paying. In Dec 2016 they charged me more, I questioned it and was told they would put it back but I had already paid the larger amount.

I just had a visit this week and I am disappointed and will NOT return! Not only was I charged higher and they wouldn't discount it. The doctor saw me for 90 seconds to check a back tooth and then a new hygienist cleaned my teeth but didn't do a good job. Left me a mouth full of grit from the polishing paste as she never put the water spigot in my mouth and she didn't remove a stain on my front tooth that builds up and they normally polish it white.

I called and left a voice message the next morning but they didn't have the balls or courtesy to call me back and apologize or try to fix the issue.

Although the dentist office is very clean, and the staff is helpful, they should advise you to have your teeth whitened before replacing your caps. And they also make you sign a waiver before you even see your teeth. Meaning if the color is off, there is not much you can do, but have your teeth repaired somewhere else

My family just moved her from California and was very nervous about finding a new DDS.We found Laser Dental through web reviews amazing and had to give it a try.The office was very nice and their staff where very welcoming .Dr.Nguyen and Dr.Steve where very efficient and thorough with the exam and treatments.We were very happy and set up our next 6 months cleaning and treatments.Thank you Laser Dental !!!

I have been a patient here for a little over 2 years now. Heather is the sweetest assistant in the back and takes care of me everytime I go in. Dr.Nguyen is very efficient & skilled at what he does. The whole office goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable at each visit.

Great/informative staff, Dr Nguyen does a great job, Dr Steve is very efficient at extractions, what else can you ask for? Prices are VERY competitive and they'll work with you every step of the way.

Went to this office in Oct 2015, they were eager to get my family and I in for a cleaning and exams, the cleaning was rushed and the Dentist doesn't so much as introduce hisself. I got a treatment plan that was going to cost $380, this year I called to have my plan recalculated bc I changed my coverage, called on a Friday and was told by Annie that "it's 30 mins before lunch so I'll have to check it later" having worked at a dental office myself for many years in the past I understand things can get hectic so to sympathize, I said "Ok, you can call me back later or tmrw." She said "I'm closed tmrw so I'll try to get back to you today". She never calls back and when I contact the office 6 days later, she says "sorry we've been so busy, call the insurance yourself bc I'm showing no change in your benefits" so I call them myself, conference Annie in with them and the insurance says she's sending Annie the info right away. Annie didn't call back that day, or the next day. I will now be looking for another dental office since it has now been 10 days since I gave this office a chance to earn another appointment from me and their front desk personnel has failed in all aspects of customer service. I'll be posting this same experience in all search engines so people are aware!

This dentist is by far "THE WORST" dentist I have ever been to. My teeth are worse off now than they were before going to Laser Dental. Beware!!!! Dr. Hien Nguyen even tried to fix a chip in my front tooth and botched it so bad that he shaved down the tooth where it wasn't chipped. Now one of my two front teeth is shorter than the other. He also left glue on multiple teeth so it feels like I have food stuck on them. I even went back a second time to address these issues and he made things worse!

I must give a credit to this place and to doctor Nguyen. I came in his office in 2011 for the first time with pain and problematic teeth due my other condition. Thank to doctor Nguyen I still keep my teeth in my mouth and after 4 years in much better condition. I appreciate using of an anesthesia before doing what is expected to be painful so I am really not scared one week before I visit my dentist. They helped me to pay my bill with Care Credit. They keep the time of an appointment. The assistants and the receptionist are friendly. I can recommend Laser dental without any hesitation.

Awesome place!!! I have been holding out on going to the dentist to get my tooth extracted due to my fear, it took me one whole year to build some courage to go in. After coming from another dentist in herderson which was going to charge me 450.00, I got it done here for only 140.00.

The doctor was very comforting and explained everything thoroughly. The receptionist Ana was so nice and made me very comfortable. I'm so glad I choose Laser Dental and will be back for all future dental work.
