Overall, I had a great experience. I went in to get a pair of Meta glasses and was excited to learn that my insurance helped reduce the cost. The staff member who assisted me was excellent—very knowledgeable, helpful, and took great care of me throughout the process. The office was clean, the location was convenient, the doctor was great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the communication regarding my glasses order. Since I walk for transportation, making extra trips can be difficult. I spent about a week calling to check on the status of my glasses and didn’t receive any calls or emails with updates. When I finally came into the office, I learned that a tracking number was available and could have been provided much earlier. Having that information sooner would have saved me multiple calls and an unnecessary trip.

Aside from that issue, my experience was very positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future customers, especially when tracking information is available. Overall, I would still recommend this location and appreciate the excellent service I received.

ROBBED HERE. CREDIT CARD FRAUD. If I could give this place no stars I would. The lady that helped us her name is Tyesha stole our card information and stole all of our money out of our bank account after she got off work while we were still out. The LensCrafters was no help she stood in the back while my husband went back for a refund so we could afford to pay our rent but the check won’t happen for three weeks because he had to shut his card off. Don’t come here they will rob you.

The doctors office was quick and efficient however I’m unhappy with the glasses side of LensCrafters. I ordered a pair of glasses and when I went to pick them up the tint was so dark they looked like sunglasses and part of the frame was melted on the bottom. After sending them back to get a new frame and to correct the tint, I went back to the store to pick up the new glasses which had the same dark tint that looks like sunglasses. I decided cancel my order but had to go home to grab the credit card to reverse the order. The lack of care and customer service for my time and gas is unacceptable

I had to pick up a new reading glasses and while I was there I brought my old prescription. They took out the old lenses and replaced them with the dark lenses that came with the glasses which were originally sunglasses by Ray-Ban. The salesperson did an excellent job of fixing my old glasses and they are like new again and I recommend shopping here if you need any kind of glasses

Gave me two separate prescriptions, a new stronger one for eyeglasses and my exact old prescription for contacts and unfortunately I didn't realize until after I got home and started using the testers. When I communicated that I'm not happy that I was given my old prescription and this weird mix up I was offered more trials of my old prescription... that I can't see out of and now I have to make another appointment for a re-check.

update: for my re-check, the Dr offered to just rewrite the eyeglasses prescription for my contacts, and then wrote two prescriptions that are also different and don't match any from my previous appointment here. I am never setting foot in this circus of a place ever again I'm just gonna buy the slightly wrong contacts on 1800contacts

I had a contact lens exam at this location. The doctor wanted me to try a stronger prescription. He said that he would order me a sample. If I didn't like them, then he would give me my previous prescription. He ordered the sample and it took approximately 3 weeks for them to come in. I was called and told they were in, so I went in 2 days later to pick them up. I wore them for a week and they gave me the most horrible headaches and I cannot see with them, as they are too strong. I called Lenscrafters and I was told that the doctor didn't swap out prescriptions. I told her that the doctor gave me that option and she said he didn't. I told her that I'd like to speak with the doctor and she refused to let me speak with him. I called back every other day and asked and was denied continuously, until someone else finally answered the phone. I explained the situation and the different person said she would speak to the doctor and call me right back. She said the doctor said it was okay and I could come by the next day to pick it up. The next day, person #1 was back and gave me the first prescription that gave me headaches. I called right away and she said that the doctor was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week and nothing could be done. A week went by, and she called and said that the doctor is denying my request. I asked to speak with the doctor and she refused to let me speak with him. I do not know why this employee is keeping me from getting the prescription that I need. It's bizarre. I have asked over and over to speak with the doctor and she won't let me. She said the doctor does not speak to patients. I told her that I do not want to discuss my medical concerns with her and she said that's too bad, that she's the only one that I can talk to, yet, she continuously hangs up on me. The frustration is beyond belief. I can't see and I constantly have a headache. This is the most bizarre thing I have ever experienced. I hope the doctor sees this so he knows how the person at the front desk treats his patients and will hopefully return my call. All I want is my prescription. I'd also like to add that this woman who answers the phones also violated HIPAA.

If I could not give any stars that would be my preferred rating. I should be wearing a new pair of glasses able to see and function daily without difficulty. I was seen mid October and tomorrow is December 1st. I don't have my glasses nor any empathy from the sales floor team on the matter. The lack of professionalism in a tough situation is what grinds my gear most. I understand being the middle man is a tough spot. However until I voiced how upset I was on the turnaround time on my glasses, mind you this was several weeks past my FIRST return date, did anyone think to even apologize and apathetically at that. I would ask my spouse to call in to check on the status to avoid being made felt I was a bother for weeks. I will say, I've had one conversation with management that was civil at least. If someone could figure out how to get my glasses produced that would be wonderful.

I love this location specifically. This was my very first eye exam and it was very fast and easy, I felt very welcome. Dr. Broca is the best, the exam went well. I love the frames I picked as well. Chris helped me with my lenses and frames and we was the best! The receptionist was very polite and sweet as well, she also prepared me for my eye exam with the doctor . Great work here !
