I can’t say enough amazing things about Let’s Talk Therapy! Jaclyn has been such an incredible therapist for my son, who has spina bifida. We’ve been on this journey since he was a baby, and thanks to her dedication, patience, and care, he has improved so much. Every time my son Hunter sees her, he gets the biggest smile on his face and is always excited to start his session. That truly shows how comfortable and happy he feels with her. I also want to thank Ana they are both always so kind, welcoming, and make us feel right at home every single visit. My son is now a year and a half, and I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for him and for our family. Let’s Talk Therapy is truly the best, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and amazing care!

I can’t say enough great things about this children’s therapy center!! I have brought 2 of my daughters here for physical therapy and have seen lasting results! We are so grateful. The staff is excellent at working with children gently while making it incredibly fun for them! The center is extensive with multiple rooms, toys, jungle gyms, workout equipment, swings, climbing walls and games… all to equip children for a better quality of life! My favorite memory here was when my daughter got to walk back in the center and donate her wheelchair because she no longer needed it!! The staff celebrated with her and made it so special! 🥹

After an awful experience with a previous speech therapist, I was very skeptical about trying speech therapy again. Then I spoke with Anna at Let’s Talk, and she encouraged me to give the Let’s Talk Southwest location a chance. I was hesitant, but her words and character truly made me feel like she believed in the therapists there and genuinely cared.
I decided to bring my little one in, and from the very beginning, Anna and Erica at the front desk were so kind, welcoming, and sweet. We then began therapy with Ms. Lindsey, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her.
Ms. Lindsey has worked diligently to truly learn and understand my son. She does not treat him in a cookie-cutter way. She acknowledges his individuality, uniqueness, and specific needs. She pays close attention to what works for him and what does not, and she treats him with genuine love, patience, and care.
I have personally told these amazing individuals that they have brought tears of happiness to my eyes and joy to my heart seeing how much my baby’s speech has improved, along with his ability to express himself and communicate more confidently.
I truly cannot express my gratitude enough. Let’s Talk Southwest is amazing, and I would recommend them 100 times over. They genuinely believe in what they do, and it shows when you see your child progressing and achieving goals.
I am so thankful Anna convinced me to try again.

Erika over at the new Southwest location is truly exceptional. As the receptionist, she makes the scheduling process seamless and stress-free. We are new to Let’s Talk and receive occupational therapy, and it has been incredibly refreshing to experience such an organized, smooth, and efficient scheduling process from the very beginning.

Erika consistently provides impeccable customer service; always warm, welcoming, and smiling, with an energy that immediately puts you at ease. Her professionalism and positive presence are very much needed in this field, and she makes a meaningful difference in the overall experience. She is an absolute asset to the team.

It’s a good place until you need ABA therapy. Then they don’t know where you are in the list how long your going to be no matter how many times you ask they WILL NOT update you . As long as your child doesn’t need ABA this place is ok
