Went a month ago seeking help wasn’t feeling well and the PA gave me a sheet with 9 questions!! Nothing to do with how i was feeling and he based my Diagnosis of this peace of paper and had Nothing to do on how i was feeling,Not professional at all. I called my insurance and did a grievance’s complaint.

Dr Romel is pure trash!! Doesn't know what he's talking about! Missed diagnosis me multiple times about a personal issue. He's rude and aggressive. He didn't deliver blood work result in a very pleasant way a doctor should and give the worst advice, and does not send over prescription right away, he take his time.
DR ROMEL IS PURE TRASH.
LOCAL UNION 872 should FIRED him.

Quiero hacer una recomendacion a todas las personas que acisten a esta clinica el servicio de los doctores es bueno y buen trato pero si nos vamos al servicio de una persona. Hispana mujer es la persona menos profecional que he conocido hispana mentirosa hipocrita ella esta contestando el telefono hoy sabado.19 de mayo 2018 es una tristesa que instituciones como esta le den trabajo a persona. De esa mentalidad. Tan baja. E inconpetente.

Brought my son in less than 10 minutes before closing and was welcomed and treated very professionally. Do not recommend arriving with so little time but I was treated by far better than anywhere else I have been. 2 thumbs up.

Every time I deal with this clinic, I am taken care of in an expedited manner. Phone calls are answered very quickly, I am always given prompt answers. Visits are on schedule, somehow they maintain so the wait times are very low. The doctors, associates and nurses all seem to be kind and helpful. They are concerned with giving you a great service.
