It had been a long time since visiting a dentist. A co worker had referred me to this dental faciltiy. Made a phone call and spoked to a very friendly staff. Explained to them that i was experiencing tooth pain on my left top side of my mouth over the weekend and didnt know wich tooth was causing pain. The saff were able to get me in on the next day. Went to the appointment but was longer was having the pain. Staff were very expetionaI welcoming and friendly. Very helpful with explaining my insurance coverage. They took some x-ray. Doctor came in and explained were possible pain was coming from. Doctor recommended to have the two teeth extracted that were causing the most pain. I agreed with the recommendation from dotor to proceed with procedure. I was very disappointed and upset because once I got home and the numbness wore off i started having severe pain again.

It was fine. Love Dena, she makes me smile every time I see her. Cleaning was tougher for me this time because after paying for nitrous, it was first time it didn’t take any edge off. I got a credit for it, which is appreciated, but appointment was rough. Hygienist said couldn’t go over 50/50 on it and that’s strange because I know APA guidelines and past experience tells me it could have been turned up. Happy with Dr Nguyen and will be back in Dec.

I was in urgent need of care and they quickly checked my insurance and fit me in the schedule for the very next day. Little did I know i needed a crown. They fit me in later same day! I was so nervous because I was a new patient and hadn't dealt with the staff or dentist before. Let me tell you that everyone was patient, informative, professional, and kind to me. The procedure was painless and I believe i was most anxious about that part. No pain at all! Thank you to everyone, especially the Doctor for everything. My mom started coming to Dr. LaBarre for many years. I then started going there and we absolutely loved him. Sad that he had to leave. Dena is always there to manage the front and does a good job. I am still not sure how I feel about the new changes. Never was notified until my appointment and the new dentist had to do it. I feel like some work I’ve had to do isn’t necessary as I have put well over 15k-20k in the last 2 years. This is was when we learned you can no longer do payment plans. Not everyone has that to dish out. Also as a previous person noted make sure the insurance claims are correct or you’ll be surprised with a bill you never expected.

I’ve been going to this place for years and Doctor Labarre was my favorite to get dental work with. Since he is no longer there Doctor Hong Nguyen is taking over. I got 2 filings from her. I absolutely love this office and staff. Charlie, our dental hygienist, is friendly, gentle yet thorough, and advises me of any areas of concern or areas I need to focus on. I actually left my previous dentist to come to this office so I could remain as her patient; I have been a patient at this office for several years. Dr. LaBarre and Dr. Nguyen (who took over the practice) provide excellent bedside manner, are knowledgeable and they do great work. I needed a crown replaced a couple of years ago and they were able to get me in at a convenient time to complete my dental work. I work 9am-6pm so I truly appreciate their early morning appointments. On my recent visit this week, an issue with my gums was identified by Charlie and Dr. Nguyen. They explained the issue in terms I can understand and gave me a referral for a gum specialist. Thanks to Charlie’s keen eye and their amazing care, my gums should provide a more sturdy base for my teeth once addressed. Additionally, Dina, who works the front office, is pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to assist. I highly recommend this office!
