Fine other than dr Thiele didn't want to refer me to a cardiologist.i just got out of the hospital a few days before with heart attack symptoms. He's a very laud back dr. Doesn't always give you what you need. Seems to not explain things clearly.Nice guy but seems distant when trying to discuss things. Thank heavens my husband was with me and got the referrals we needed. Overall he's just like all of these drs now a days. But I will continue to have him as my dr. Good drs are hard to find in Las Vegas
