Although this wasn’t my first visit this visit was a bit different. I had the massage first then chiropractic appt. I guess the pressure in the massage was a much more intense then my back could handle leaving me with a swollen lower back with a baseball size lump as well. Day two my lower back in a lot of pain. I did contact the doctor at the clinic and she was very helpful, giving remedies to easing the pain and swelling. I have to say at my first visit, that was one of the best massages I had from Heather, and that’s why I went back and will continue too as long as this swelling and pain go away in the next few days. Very pleasant staff.

I had a wonderful experience at MaxHealth! Working long hours takes a heavy toll on my body, but Cambra, the massage therapist, did an incredible job relieving all the tension and helping every muscle relax.

From the moment you walk in, Amber at the front desk makes you feel so welcome with her warm, friendly, and efficient service.

The clinic itself is fantastic—clean, modern, and high-tech. They use advanced care technology like the PROAdjuster360 (focused on motion, balance, and strength), which really shows how dedicated they are to modern, precise treatment.

I love everything about MaxHealth. While I’ve not had a bad massage from anyone there, they are all skilled, Aaron is my absolute favorite! Dr. Emily is amazing too. She really listens to your issues and remembers them when your next visit rolls around. I hadn’t been there in a long time before my visit this week and I will need to start going back on a regular schedule because I feel so good afterwards. I do tip the massage therapists either cash if I have it or a lot have Venmo set up as well. Just as a heads up, if you do pay your co-pay with a card however, there is a small service charge. I always forget to have cash so that’s more a reminder to me!

These guys are Amazing!

I’ve been to several other chiropractors in the past and I would come out feeling more pain than I walk in with. Maxhealth Center did it right from the very beginning. They started me off with an amazing massage and not just a heated massage table. This was a private room with an actually masseuse. After that we did a X-ray to make sure there were no underlying issues with my back prior to the adjustment. I greatly appreciate this because other chiropractors didn’t even suggest it. Prior to having my adjustment, Jeff, my chiropractor talked with me about any prior issues or concerns I had and was very perceptive and took great care of me. I would HIGHLY recommend MaxHealth to anyone that is in need of a chiropractor. I have no need to search for any other chiropractor, I will be back. Thank you!!!

My first visit was really good. The doctor sat and explained my MRI results and why I was experiencing the pain. She made adjustment based on my results and I felt good.

My second visit was not as good. While the massage was great, the adjustment experience was really disappointing. The room was so busy, and the doctor (different to last time), simply made generic adjustments and sent me on my way - less than 5 minutes total. I was really hoping for a custom experience, with the same doctor, who would help me track my progress and build a relationship. This was not the case.

I won’t be going back, sadly. The reception staff were super nice.

I loved the providers at Eastern location but I was appalled at receptionist. It like most receptionist everywhere now. All gossiping about their personal lives and acting like the client is interrupting their conversations. Acting like I know where to go for my services? Acting like I should know the bathroom code is posted on the wall and just a feeling of they are annoyed having to deal with the client. I usually go to Ft Appache location the receptionist there are amazing . But I couldn’t get in there . But trust Ill wait to go to Ft .Apache next time !

This place used to be great. When warner left I can’t find anyone there to adjust me without hurting me. Seams they got rid of the wrong chiropractor why keep the bad ones and get rid of the great ones?

Went it being nervous because I’ve never been to a chiropractor and from the moment I walked in to when I left I had a great experience. I loved the vibe in there 😀 update … loved coming here and love getting an amazing massage from Alexis he is the best plus his room is decorated sooo cute and relaxing.

Aron is a fantastic ambassador for this company. He’s got hands of steel and I feel much better since I’ve been under his care. I can strongly recommend him and Max Health centers, team, and General. I will go back for years to come. As I mentioned, Erin is an extremely talented person, I was also very nice and Has such a great experience, and helped my health overall to improve overtime.
